I really appreciated the open and frequent communication they had with me while doing the job especially when plans changed which helped me know what to expect. I will definitely be using them again in the near future

I rarely write reviews this is maybe my 4th review ever.. Do not do business with this company. 1) they do not show up, however, when they do show up to the job site it is extremely late. 2) you make an agreement with them, they take your money, you expect a quality job to be done. In reality they are unprofessional and charge you extra for their mistakes. 3)even after pointing out their mistakes they take no liability.

Mr. Can t Stop is UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, AND LOW QUALITY. This is not the type of company you want to do business with ever. They will schedule for a day and will never show up or call you to reschedule. They only care about making money. I scheduled to have the dumpster by noon and he promised it would be there and it didnt show up until the next day. He told me it was $465 for 7 days. I called him to make sure they would pick it up on the 7th day and for 3 weeks tried to get them to pick up the dumpster and then after that they picked it up and charged me another $260. After leaving it on my property for almost a month. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If they had picked it up like they were suppose to then it would not have been over the weight, do you know how many people dump when they are not suppose to? Do you think it is reasonable to leave a 20 ton dumpster on someones lot for 3 plus extra weeks without paying for storage fees to the property owner or at minimum not charging them for your tardiness? And then I am threaten with putting a lien on my property of which I have emailed a lien waiver to them 3 times with no response upon payment. Very UNPROFESSIONAL

I saw the Mr. Cant Stop crew across the street doing my neighbors yard. I asked one of the guys for a quote to clear out my backyard (overgrown, tree branches, etc..). They gave me a VERY good price! I was on my way out the door. Needless to say I was a little concerned that I would not be there to make sure the job was done. I had NOTHING to worry about, they did better than I thought! Professional you g man called about 30 minutes to on time arrival. He arrived and assessed the items for removal, offered a fair price and quickly removed my items. This was only a 3 minute process! Kinds, polite, professional and most importantly ON TIME!

WOW!! PROFESSIONAL!!! Called this company around 10am and they arrived and performed the junk removal around 230pm. They kept in touch the entire time! I had a LOT of debris and they came by and gave a reasonable quote. I accepted and they began clean up right then. They did a great job. A job that would have taken about 7 trips to the dump for me; they handled in one trip. I would definitely use them again or refer them to a friend.

Mr. Reginald is professional and kind. One suggestion to new customers: If you plan to have the leaves mulched, please measure the fence entrance to ensure a 42 commercial mower can enter the backyard. My doorway is 36 or 38 inches. Though the leaves were racked and hauled, the men did a good job removing the leaves....I only wish the mower fit the entrance for the men to mulch the leaves and spread the mulch around the perimeter of the patios and fence.
