Needed a thourough Fall Cleanup and also working around other major projects this fall. If I had to choose one word to describe Proscapes’ work, it would be spectacular! Rocky and his crew did the most amazing job transforming the front our home from a bumpy uneven mess into a beautiful walkway, door step, widened driveway and new grass. Rocky is very pleasant to work with, he’ll go over the design and process step by step and he’ll design and build the most beautiful whatever it is you want him to build. I’ll share some before and after photos of our home just show how amazing his work is. We're very pleased with all of the work the ProScapes crew did to update our yard and transform a steep hill into a beautiful, usable space and garden! They were always responsive to all of our requests and they really did it all: patios, retaining walls, walkway, granite stairs and mailbox post / garden, irrigation system and all of our new plantings. I hired ProScapes to do a major front yard retaining wall and hardscape project this Summer. As a paying customer of this over five week project, here are the reasons why I cannot recommend ProScapes nor consider them for any additional work on my property: 1. Rocky, the business owner, was not customer friendly. When I brought preferences to his attention, he would first be defensive and push back. I would have to convince him why I, the paying customer, wants what I want. This was emotionally draining for both me and my wife. 2. ProScapes initially did not maintain a clean and safe work environment. A tree was cut down and literally tree debris was left all over my neighbor's and my property. I had to call Rocky back to clean up the mess-this was on a Friday. When he came back he cleaned my neighbor's property but not mine. When Rocky took down a granite light post, he did not remove the glass light fixture. So the fixture was crushed when it hit the ground. Rocky did not bring this to my attention and I came across broken glass left on the lawn over the weekend when I was mowing. We would allow ProScapes to use our driveway during the day uninterrupted. However, at the end of the day when we needed to use the driveway there was mud and materials left behind. I had to request that the driveway be cleaned at the end of the business day and particularly on the weekends. 3. At the end of the job there were major shortcomings in the work that ProScapes did. As an example, I was having my driveway repaved and the company I used, Tate Bros. Paving, pointed out that a important foundational block was missing on the retaining wall. This was brought to my attention because after Tate lays the asphalt there will be a gap and dirt will be exposed and allowed to flow through. I was astonished when I saw this flaw because it was so obvious and not what I would expect from a professional hardscape company. Worse yet, when I called Rocky to address the issue, he said there was no possible way this could have happened. My expectation was that he would come and take a look for himself and then provide a professional opinion. However his behavior and response aligned with my item#1 of this review. Since Rocky could not commit to coming over to look at the issue, I ended up hiring someone else to fix the problem. That individual immediately noticed the flaw when he came over and could not believe it either. There were other similar design flaws with ProScapes' work that I can write about but I think you get the idea. I've paid ten's of thousands of dollars to ProScape for work that was less than professional. I've had to spend time overlooking the work and dealing with a business owner that was not committed to customer satisfaction. After the job was done, I had an issue where ProScapes did not stand behind their warranty. In the end, I had to hire someone else to fix the flaws that ProScapes left behind. I've attached photos to substantiate the above review.
Cant follow simple tasks, recommend staying clear. For yourself and neighbors.
Came to do a quote. Waited. Waited more. Completely blown off. Never recieved a quote. Found someone else.
Dont use this company for snow plowing! They dont show up or return calls. We have a 125ft driveway with a hill on either side of it. Both of my children have disabilities, one of which has chronic healthcare needs. Its imperative our driveway stays accessible. Guess that didnt matter much to them. Not only did they not show, but they did not return phone calls from me asking for their help. Speaks volumes to the integrity of the company and the owner. In response to owners comment: As I explained in my voicemail my driveway is paved. There is a small area that is dirt which is completely compacted and no truck or car would get stuck in it. You know my driveway and at no time did you ever express a concern plowing in any condition. If you had, I would have looked for another person. Not returning phone calls is bad business, especially when you knew I was stuck in my driveway with 2 children. You knew my situation and there was absolutely no response. Since when do you tell a homeowner your going provide plowing services and the day of the storm call and say, sorry, not going to plow you?! Again, bad business and lack of integrity.
Was in need of a landscaper. Looked this company up and they looked reliable and had a good amount of solid reviews, but then I saw the white and green logo and was reminded of an incident that happened last year. My wife and I were driving back from having breakfast in Londonderry when the occupants of a Proscapes pickup truck began intimidating and staring us down at a red light. When the light turned green they bombed ahead of us and then started to further taunt us by bouncing up and down in their seats waving to us and generally behaved like obnoxious juveniles towards us. If you want to act like that, my suggestion is to not use a company vehicle, as it is a poor reflection of the business you are representing. This lack of professionalism was the reason for our negative review, and the reason for why we decided to go with a different landscaper.

Rocky and his team created an exceptional retaining wall, walkway and a new front step for our home. This team is not only extremely talented, they are professional with reasonable costs.
My lawn tractor broke down about 1/2 way through cutting the lawn. Couldn t get it fixed before my son s 7th birthday party so I reached out to Rocky to come out and finish mowing the lawn for me. He was very responsive and sent a crew out the next day. I can t thank him enough! He saved the day!

Let me tell you about how Rocky saved me just a few days ago. The kind stranger who I met at my babys daycare. After dropping my baby off, my car could not reverse. Rocky was kind enough to stop, use his heavy duty recovery strap to pull my car out of the snow, so that I could go get my car fixed! Thank you Rocky!!!

Rocky and ProScapes did an excellent job taking out an old deck and putting in a very nice patio. Responsive, friendly, quality work. Offered suggestions when a couple problems/changes came up. Cleanup and grass-seeding afterwards was great too.
Recently, I had work done in our yard from ProScapes. The end results of the work was very disappointing and from the overall experience seem like there was no pride in the work done, from employees and owner. The job consisted of leveling off a portion of our backyard area which started off with three varying heights. The area was supposed to be leveled off to create a slight slope down then finish over the area with loom, raking and hydroseed. A bob cat was used for the leveling off the area (to the best of what I assume is their ability) and add loom in conjunction. Once the tractor was used to spread the loom, the employee that was there said he was going to rake it out the next day before hydroseeding it. Instead, the next day he returned with the hydroseed guy and did not rake it out instead hydroseeded over the area. Which after a tractor has been over the area left track marks, various lumps, and many deviations throughout. When we got home that day and brought this to the attention of the owner (attaching pictures along) he said he would send a guy out to rack out the area and spread seed in the area s rakes. After 3 days of waiting, we reached out again to see when he was sending out someone, which he responded I sent out a guy yesterday to rake out the track marks. If there was someone here that raked out the marks, there was no evidence that anything was done. He then sent out two guys that morning of the message that just only raked out the track marks and not the whole area. In the quote it included raking, seeding of the area. Which was not done. Overall, I believe that there was no pride taken by ProScapes what so ever, and on top of it the owner lives down the road from us and never thought or took the time to stop in and address the issues that we had.
Rocky and crew were very thorough and thoughtful in the design and installation of our patio. We are thrilled with the results! We have received so many complements.
First time using ProScapes for spring clean-up and re-mulching my yard. Very happy with the results. They came in and did an awesome job as well as cleaned up after themselves. Saved me at least a weekends worth of work for not much more than I wouldve spent on the materials alone. That equates to more fun time for me and the family!
After trying to find a common ground for a few years, we have given up. We needed a very minimal lawn care and snow removal around our house. Sadly we got a mediocre service in every respect. Poor communication with the owner, days could go by with no answer, and the team actually doing the job, are not intent on making the effort. Perhaps they are trying there best, but just ok is not acceptible. Requests do not trickle down from the boss, or they dont sync in. Team never did a job right from the start. Some other project elsewhere is always more important than you as a customer. in the pictures you can see the post snow removal damage to the sides of the driveway and pathetic - non-effectual attempt to re-seed. Basically ProScapes is not focused on offering PROfessional quality work.
I have been using Proscapes for many years now. They are the only company I will work with on my yard. Recently they did a large mulch job on a steep hill. I have had so many compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend them!!

I have known Rocky since High school. When I recently bought a new house I hired him and his team to come out and Install a vinyl fence around the back yard and a new paver front walkway. They did a fantastic job. They were very careful driving their machines on the new lawn and you could barley tell they were there after. The very minor damage that occurred was reseeded and the grass came back very nicely. I highly recommend Proscapes for all your outdoor needs. Very Professional great communication and when Rocky says he will do something he stands by it. I will def be hiring them in the future
Weve had Proscapes edge our property and provide mulching, as well as price out and install a new granite mailbox. All were done in a timely manner and at a fair price. You can always count on them to plow you out in the winter, too!
We hired ProScapes to put in a patio for our back yard about 2 years ago. They are truly a top notch company. From the friendly customer service, prompt completion of the job, and excellent quality, we have nothing but 5 stars to give them. Not only did they provide a high quality product, but the prices were far more reasonable than other quotes we received. 2 years later our patio still looks beautiful, and our friends and family enjoy it on a daily basis. We have recommended them to many friends and neighbors who were equally as satisfied. Can t wait to hire them for our next upgrade (fire pit)!
We found Proscapes through the Hudson Quarry. I am so glad we did Rocky and his team surpassed our expectations. His team was very professional and accommodating. We had a lot of work going on at our house at same time and his team would help the fence guys with moving stuff out of the way. The job they did was so amazing.
I was having trouble in my backyard drainage issues after snow melted and heavy rain storms. Proscapes came out and got the job done quickly and were very professional. Highly recommend.
