The mulch was fine, but the communication from the company was really bad, they delivered on the wrong day the first time, and then were very unclear and rude about payment terms (they were absolutely livid when it took a few days to transfer money to them)

The best screened topsoil I ve come across for my delivery business. I use it exclusively in my garden boxes at home. the Eden blend mulch and compost are all I use and deliver. Convient location and hours. The Staff are super friendly and prompt.

They did a great job delivering 5 yards of soil to my house even after I gave them a bad address.

We were very pleased with the removal of a large tree in our front yard. The guys who came were terrific with us, and they really knew what they were doing! It was not an easy task because the tree was close between our house & the fence. They were careful & took time to do it right. And they did a great job cleaning up! This is the second time they ve removed a tree for us. We d highly recommend them!!!! 5 Stars!

Called about sand and theses guys act liked I was putting them out to answer a couple questions about it. Then complained about me calling a half hour before they closed. No thanks lots of other sand places around and better prices. Hope you are better lawn guys than sand suppliers, for your customers sake.

This place is pretty fair when it comes to pricing. Also they have some really nice people working behind the counter and answering the phones. HOWEVER!!!! If you go to this location just be warned that the driver of the front loader is a maniac. Be careful not to get in her way. She s a careless driver and a power-tripping egomaniac. Almost ran into me, and my car, then proceeded to yell at me in front of my kids instead of calmly and politely asking me to move. Other than that good services here.

I love everything about this place. I m greeted every time I pull in. They grab my card and charge me for what I m picking up all while I m getting loaded. In and out like a fast food restaurant! Side note: the 2 girls are my favorite!!!

I buy all of my compost and top soil from their lot often. This is such a better price than buying compost in the bag. My trees have all grown very well in the compost I received from Tucker Lawn Care. I highly recommend them to all of my neighbors.

I have been getting bulk material from this place for a few years now and havent had a negative experience. You show up, tell them what you want loaded, they load it, you pay, and you are out of there. If you have questions about what you need, they will help you figure it out. Their prices on compost and other things like soil and gravel are great and are so much better than what you will ever get at a big box store. Highly recommend!

I was nervous about using this company because of some poor reviews, but I had an absolutely amazing experience with them. We ordered black mulch from them, twice. First time was 3 yards, second time was 4 yards. They came the same day I called. Their customer service was great too - the gentleman who delivered the mulch even swept up some mulch that was dumped away from the pile. He also called to confirm the exact dumping location. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

I drove in with a trailer and was promptly greeted by the owners daughter who told me where to park and loaded the trailer with the requested 3 cubic yards of Eden mix (which looks like shredded wood, but initially smelled like something organic - perhaps just starting to compost?). 15.00 per cubic yard and looks like it will be a good garden cover. Great service and seemed like a reasonable price

Only have used their bulk product service, but the prices for top soil and colored mulch are good and it is easy to hit this place after visiting the landfill.

Really enjoyed working with Melissa. She was professional and knowledgeable. I was disappointed with how much trash we found in our mulch and compost. It s been difficult to pick out and I m sure there is still a lot in the flower beds.

Called and asked is there anyway you can come out and look at my sprinkler system? , then he cut me off and said, No, no, the answer is no, sorry! Then he hung up on me. So unprofessional. Didn t even give me any opportunity to explain or tell him what I needed.

Instead of helping me understand what exact information was necessary for my purchase, the guy on the phone was condescending. I asked him to please not talk to me like an idiot, just tell me what he needed. Once I realized they wouldnt be able to provide what I needed, he just hung up on me without saying anything. I dont plan to call these guys again.

Called to see about taking some dirt and grass guy was very rude. Asked him about taking it he said you have to pay 20 dollars wanted to ask him about taking it in multiple truck loads and he hung up on me. I called back told him that I had some more questions and did like being ung up on he the told me to ask away multiple times like I was ruining his perfect day. I told him about taking it in a truck load at a time he told me to take it somewhere else. Do not do business with these people they dont care. When I asked for the manager he said he was. Hopefully the owner will see these comments and do something.

These people are ridiculous to deal with when you have any issues. They charge you for whatever they want. They break things and then deny it. They have zero communication skills. We have been loyal customers for years and they still treat us like we re a burden if we have simple questions. Look elsewhere

I found these guys in the web. They have competitive prices and were straight with me that they were booked for a week. We communicated by text which I like and they delivered great product. The driver was friendly and put the load exactly where I wanted it. I will use them again.

Their workers destroyed our property and when we confronted the owner, he just yelled at us and told us that it was our fault for having our property in their way. The owner than very rudely terminated our service based upon lies from the crew. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We went in there to take a load of tree branches that was loaded at my moms. When we dumped there was a couple of rocks in the bottom of the load that we had no idea were there. The woman that works there came over and yelled at my husband that they cant have the rocks. He told her sorry that to load it back up and he would take it away. We had no idea they were in there she kept yelling at him and told him he was not welcome there that she is part of the owners and was very rude. Another guy came over and loaded it back up and was much more professional about it. But that woman has some issues. She is on a power trip I fill bad for the guys that work there I am sure she yells at them also. So they dont have to worry we wont be back. She needs to learn how to deal with customers.

Horrible customer service. The employee did not want to be on the phone and it showed. Asked the employee what kind of wood chips they had and all the would say is woooood, natural wooood, do you understand? in such a condescending manner. What I was trying to ask with him talking over me was if they had a bark wood chip. Which is better for improving soil.

Owner or operator yelled at us for trying to find the right spot to drop our stuff. After trying to clarify with him further he insulted us and banned us from the place because we were being disrespectful somehow.

The owner was really rude. I walked up to him while he was in his machine to ask if he was accepting green waste because I was told by a tree remover guy that he was. But I thought I would ask. He opens the door of his loader and yells saying that he is busy working and that I was distracting him. He also said he cant help me and for me to leave him alone. That happened this morning. Kind of ridiculous. All I said was sorry and let. Thats it. Couldnt even ask anything. Wont be using that company nor recommending it. I advise against it actually.

I watched two of there employees dumping there lawn clippings in the gutter very unprofessional. They both laughed while they were doing it.

This is probably the worst customer service i have ever dealt with! I called the owner personally to ask if his guys could be a little more cautious when trimming, they were covering our customers cars in grass and dirt. the owner was a complete Jerk about it and basically told me to find someone else to do the job! Im shocked these guys are still in business.

Worst customer service ever. The owner told me he would be happy to lose our account after just asking him to have the guys not use weed trimmers by the cars in the lot.

The worst company ever. Today (7-19-19) I called and asked for a manager and some one said we dont have managers and hung up. Called again no answer after the 3rd time they answer and made an appointment for 3pm today. The reason I asked them to come was because a couple years ago my parents (elderly) hired their service to remove a tree ($650), but the tree grew back. Normally when a company cuts a tree they kill the tree. My parents being elderly didnt realize the tree was growing so we called again to ask for their services to cut the tree again (not for free) my parents were willing to pay but after how the guy treated them we wont be doing business with them again. 2) He came to my parents house, and he was so rude, he had an attitude he even told my parents to make their dog to stop barking. He said that he will cut it but he will have to cut the fence when my mom said but if you cut it carefully you wont have to the guy said that he will brake it period. Im not going to say more because I think this is sufficient to show what type of company they are.

I ordered 20 yards of mulch for my yard. They had a great price, a reasonable delivery fee, and delivered the next day. The driver dumped the mulch in three piles, just where I wanted it. Great company, great people. Highly recommended.

This is the RIGHT place to get great PRODUCT, SERVICE, and a MUCH BETTER price than places on Orem/Lindon State Street. My Saturday morning visit was so easy and fast, I felt like part of the family as they loaded me up with my generous 5 yards of Garden Compost. thanks Tuckers, I will be back for many springs/summers in the future to keep up my yard needs.

Tucker Lawn Care has been taking care of our yards and landscaping for many years, both residential and our business. They have always done an excellent job and have been very responsive when weve needed a little extra TLC for an event or special occasion.

I have been a customer of Tucker Lawn Care for two years - and they take good care of me. The company I had previously used a stand-up machine that gouged deep ruts in my lawn, and they complained when they had to repair the sprinkler heads they broke. The Tuckers have employees who do a great job of mowing and trimming; and in the Fall they come out several times to clean up the leaves. They also keep my sprinkler system working -- they are such a help to me I could not do without them.

Called Tucker Lawn care for some lawn care service. I was told to text my address and he would come by the following week. He never came so I text again. Finally, I called 2 weeks later and asked if he could help. I was told sorry I m not excepting new work. Crappy service and the dude that answers the phone Sounds like he hates new customers. Short with you and grumpy.

Never got to use the service. This company was recommend to me by my mother in law, so I emailed a few months back to get an estimate of cutting a few trees from my property. I was given a number for John who books and bids work for trees. I called today to schedule an estimate and asked for John. The person who answered said he was John but sounded very unenthusiastic when I told him I needed an estimate to cut a few trees. He asked me what city I lived in and told me that I needed to text him my address and he would see if he could get out to me. Thinking maybe this guy was just someone they contracted the work to and maybe they were using someone else, I called the number on the website. The same guy answered and sounded perturbed that I called back. This time he told me that he would let me know if he had time to look at the work to get me a bid. I told him, that it sounded like he didnt want the work and hung up. Sorry, but if your company is too busy to do the work, just tell people that you are booked up. Dont tell them I will see if I can get to it and definitely dont be rude about it. If you dont want my money, I am happy to spend it with one of the other tree cutting services in the valley. Honestly, with the unenthusiastic way this guy answered the phone and the way he sounded bothered that I called him I wouldnt want him doing the work anyway.

Glen is the absolute best!! So easy to work with and just a great guy. Did a great job on our front and back yard on the sprinklers and setting rock steps.

Dont use this company had nothing but bad experiences

We have personally used this company for a couple of years now for their back to Eden wood chips as well as cords of firewood. Their prices have always been really good vs any competition and so far they have always come on time in the time frame stated, their quoted prices have never changed at the time of billing, and the product delivered has always been good. Ive read some bad reviews on here which I cannot speak to luckily, so far I have always got good service and product at a good price and will continue to use them until such time that it changes.

Ordered top soil and compost for garden. Great material and garden is growing great. They were the fastest around and delivered the next day. They went above and beyond and even helped repair sprinklers that needed to be repaired. Will definitely be using Tucker Lawn Care for any landscaping and gardening needs in the future.

Great Lawn Care Service They have been mowing our lawn for the last 2 years, and have done a great job. They come on the day I requested every week (unless theres a holiday). They are fast, and do an amazing job all around. The owner/company employees are very nice every time I have encountered them. Quality every time!

This place is the go to place if you need anything for your yard. Fare priced for good quality product. If you need snow plowed they can get the job done and get it done well.

John and his team have always done a great job for me.

I needed firewood at my cabin before snow closed the road. I wasn t free to pick it up during normal business hours. John helped me to get the load of wood I needed at my cabin after hours. Awesome

Initial work was great! They were fast and courteous and we were able to get the things done that we wanted. Then there were problems... they had told us that when they installed our new sprinkler system that they had disabled the old one and it would no longer be an issue. Well, it became an issue... a big one. Pipes started breaking around our yard. I would fix one and turn the irrigation water back on only to have another break. I eventually just turned off my irrigation and called Tucker. WOW!!! Talk about RUDE!!! He told me that I was lying and that they did not even do the work. He told me I needed to furnish proof that they did the work and even then, they would have to verify that they actually did it. He was supposed to set up a time to come and meet me, but he came at a time when I wasnt home. He said that it was not his issue. I argued the point and provided proof that they did indeed do the work. Needless to say, my yard is not fixed and I will never have them do work for me again.

Extremely unprofessional. Dropped from client list with zero notification, after being told TWICE service would start this summer. If you dont want to service our lawn thats fine, but after agreeing to service and not following up when you decide not to, is just rude and unprofessional.

I have used Tucker lawn care for the past 7 years and have found them to be extremely professional. I own a building that is quite a ways from where I live and I never have to worry about my lawn in the summer or my driveways in the winter. I would recommend them if you are in need of their services.

I compared several companies when looking for products. Tucker was by far the best price. The owner was there on a Saturday and volunteered to personally deliver it to our house for us. The customer service was unbelievable. Would highly recommend them.

Love Tuckers products! I had 20 yards of the Eden Mix and 7 yards of Gray Gravel delivered to my house. Of course, the driver had to make two trips to bring us both products, but they only charged us the delivery fee once. The delivery was already the cheapest in all of Utah County, so I was very pleased. Great products, great prices, and very timely delivery.

Rude, unprofessional, refused service due to miscommunication. I spoke with them yesterday in which he said his guys could come out this morning and then he would call me with the estimate and I could agree or not. He said they could take care of it right then and I was really happy, until today. He didnt not tell me what time they would come, to spite that he is now insisting that he did. On top of that, he never mentioned that I would need to be there, since he said that he would call with the estimate, it seemed clear to me that I wasnt needed. My brother-in-law was at the house and said he didnt know what needed to be done. They people then left as he texted us to know what was happening. Since I immediately called the company, I thought we could work it out. The man was rude. I understand its frustrating, I get frustrated with customers in my work as well, but his attitude was not how you deal with it. He said that he cannot run a business like this and refused to set up another time, saying he already wasted too much time. I must agree, you cannot run a business giving so little information when setting up an appointment, blaming the client for all confusion and being unnecessarily rude. I apologized for the confusion and for not knowing how this works. Youre response of it doesnt matter, was uncalled for and unprofessional. I have never left a bad review in my life, but this experience was so horrible I feel I must warn others from doing business with them.

To say the least, I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are RECKLESS, DANGEROUS, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am not impressed with the owner and would not trust the guys he hires at all. I am a property manager for an apartment complex in Provo, UT. We had contracted with them to take care of our lawns and take care of the snow. They did an okay job maintaining the lawns, but we had them shovel 2-3 times this year before they quit on us. It was not until they started plowing that I began to notice any problems or personally interact with any of them. The first time it snowed, they came late in the day. By the time they had come I had already personally shoveled much of the property so our tenants could get around safely. The second time they came, there was a confrontation between one of the drivers and a tenant trying to park. Rather than being courteous to our tenant and asking him to move more than he already had, there driver repeatedly slammed on the gas threatening to and, nearly did, hit our tenant s car. Then this driver proceeded to get out of his truck and started swearing and cussing at our tenant. Another tenant witnessed what had happened and told me about the situation while these guys were still on the property. I personally witnessed this same worker swear at my tenants as they left my office and witnessed him driving way too fast for a small parking lot. To say the least, I wasn t impressed. Both times I saw these guys working on our property they were driving way too fast and dangerously. MORE IMPORTANTLY, when I called the company, the owner answered and I explained who I was. Before I could say much he started trying to tell me that my tenant was blowing things out of proportion and that not much had really happened. However, when I told him that I had personally witnessed most of it, rather than apologizing for what had happened and promising that wouldn t happen again which is what I would expect from any respectable or professional company especially who wanted to take in business our who cared about his customers--he just gruffly told me he quits and would be sending me a final invoice. Their tag line is Quality at a Friendly Price which is a joke from what I have experienced. More appropriately, their tag line should be Little or No Quality at a Jerk-like Price . Like I said, stay away from these guys. There are plenty of other professional companies you can have take care of your property.

We had John come out to two of our homes to turn on the sprinklers for the season. He told us the price for this would be $35 per house. We got the bill, one was for $168 the other was for $110. We asked for an itemization of what the parts and additional labor were for. His answer was don;t call me again We wont and you should think twice before you call as well.

Tucker Lawn Care has done multiple projects for me, from lawn care to delivering bulk materials for my garden, prices are better than most, and service is good. I recommend them.
