Aeration Service: Avg Lawn $45 Core aeration is a process in which you go over the lawn with a machine that punches holes into the soil and helps breakdown the top layer of Thatch. It allows nutrients to be better absorbed by the grass and allows the roots to grow deep into the soil. Power Rake / Dethatch Avg yard: $250 This is a multi-step process that involves going over the lawn with the Power Rake, then manually raking all the dead grass, leaves, debris and hauling it all off. Lawns with lots of trees and shrubs, or a matted down lawn is a great sign of a lawn that needs this service.

When you call you don't get some stupid, brokered dispatch service and someone coming out to do a bid. You call and you get the guy (Josh) and he tells you the price and exactly what to expect. He came the exact same day and gave me exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price with a quick turnaround. Who on earth does that these days? 5 Stars.
Josh is top notch. He knows what he's talking about and puts the care into my yard like it's his own. Josh is knowledgeable and gives me tips on how to optimize my fertilizing/watering/etc. Definitely will be having him back for aeration and dethatching!
