I needed a last minute sprinkler blowout, because another company that I scheduled with never showed. I found Professional Landscaping through google. When I called, Professional Landscaping they were willing to squeeze me in. They came that same day and got the job done! Great service! I will be using them again.
Look no further, I have worked with 4-5 different landscaping companies in the past and these guys are by far the best. They were very good at communication, they showed up when they said they would, and they did quality work. I really enjoyed working with Mario and Jose and will be recommending these guys moving forward. They went above and beyond to not only finish the work as we expected, but they helped fix and clean up some poor work from previous landscapers to make my yard function and look way better. Mario and his team (Jose especially) were incredible! I’ve never worked with a kinder, more professional, and talented company. My husband and I needed our backyard redone as it was just a huge expanse of weeds and dying grass. We had a very tight budget and Mario gave us the best quote, but also worked with us to adjust things as needed to fit within our budget. Then when they came they worked hard to get the yard exactly how I wanted it and changed things they had already finished when it just wasn’t quite right. My husband and I decided to install the sod ourselves to save some money and PL brought us some of their tools to help the job go faster, just to be nice. Then when they had extra gravel left over from another job they gifted it to us and installed it for free! Everyone I worked with on their team was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to help. If you have any landscaping needs, I can’t recommend them enough.
Professional Landscaping has just completed a major project in my front yard. I was impressed by the quality of workers who performed the labor. John and Rodrigo showed up each of the four days of the project and stayed on the job the entire time. Both were well qualified in all aspects of their profession. In addition, the owner of Professional Landscaping, Mario, would regularly check on the progress of the project and was always available for consultation if any issues arose. The ability to contact the owner directly and quickly is not common in the industry and was much appreciated. Highly recommend this company for your project.
We needed our yard done badly. Our backyard suffered from recent construction and we had nothing bit weeds and dirt growing. We called around looking for some companies and found professional landscaping, they had very competitive pricing with this market. They were able to start within just a couple weeks compared to others who were months out. They communicated every step of the way. Their service was amazing within 3 days we had we had a new yard. Fernando and John and their crew came in like wrecking balls they tackled everything. They were here late getting the job done and they were super easy to work with. They listened to what i had to say super polite and above all very hard working. I will refer this company to anyone looking for landscaping work.
We had a great experience with Professional Landscaping. We had them install sprinklers, build planter berms with top soil, lay concrete curbing, install a trampoline, place boulders, add rock and mulch, lay sod, and plant trees and shrubs. From start to finish, they arrived when they said they would and worked hard until the job was done. When something wasn’t what we wanted, Mario made sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. The end result is wonderful! We couldn’t be happier.
Mario and his team were a dream to work with. They were professional and flexible. We made a few adjustments and changes along the way which they were able to quickly accommodate. Our yard was challenging with the vision I wanted and working with the elevation changes. Mario took my vision and made it even better than I had imagined. They made sure we were happy with everything and communicated very well all along the way. We would definitely recommend Professional Landscaping to anyone.
5 out of 5 stars. This review is long overdue, but I have to make sure the world knows about this company. 1. Communication. Mario + team were very responsive (also very busy), they would respond promptly and follow-up to my questions better than most other companies—not saying they were perfect, but I never felt like I was chasing them down, even if I had to remind them about a thing or two. 2. Timing. The work was done very quick once the work started—not rushed, just quickly. There wasn't wasted time and even though they were very busy (doing several neighbors yards too) in contrast to everything else in Utah Valley, their work was done very quickly. 3. Price. There were other companies I spoke with that were charging a lot more for premium services, but I did not need the ultimate, highest level of perfection with my back yard. I needed a team that would deliver on my needs without cutting corners and without charging too-high a mark-up. Professional Landscaping is that team. 4. Helpfulness. I know nothing about landscaping, but I do know what I like vs dislike. This team was helpful in helping me figure out what we were going to have them do vs me try and do myself. When it was time to turn my water back on after the winter, I just texted them and they helped me out. They are nice people and v patient. 5. Quality. I will attach pictures, and they speak for themselves, but I will say that the only issues I have with my yard at this point are based off decisions I made (wood chips were a mistake—too windy here), but they delivered at the quality level that I expected and am pleased with. 5 out of 5. So unless you are needing perfection re-doing your royal garden outside of your palace—these guys will do just fine, and if you establish expectations then you will not be disappointed. We had them prepare the backyard for sod (needed LOTS of dirt), sod itself, several trees of our picking, wood chips, garden box, basic brick pavers & white rock. They will go above and beyond for your needs and answer any questions you have. They did amazing work at my home with a sprinkler system, sod, and mulch. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I cant recommend Mario and his team enough. Their communication throughout the entirety of the project was outstanding. Aside from Professional Landscapings great customer service, their pricing was reasonable and their work was fantastic. I will definitely be using them for any future projects!

Mario worked closely with us using good communication and helped us figure out something that we loved for our parkstrip. We are extremely happy with their work and how it turned out. Mario and his crew were amazing. Mario was always available to answer questions and give advice throughout the project. His crew worked hard from start to finish every day. If they ever had a question, they would always reach out to me to make sure they were doing it the way I wanted.
We had Professional Landscaping do some concrete removal and replacement to fix some drainage issues in our yard. They also improved our drainage system. Mario came out to plan the project and give us an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Everything was done in a timely manner and the workers were very respectful and professional. Our concrete looks great and we would definitely hire them again.
I ve had the chance to work with Professional Landscaping on a couple different occasions. They most recently did our fence and took time to even clean the fence afterwards. The pricing was competitive and they took time to consult us and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. They also offered some helpful tips as I have tried to do much of our yard as a diy project. Great company, fully recommend.

We bought our home about a year ago and are first time home owners. Our yard got away from the previous owners and needed a lot of help. Mario and his team were able to provide guidance and options and now we are incredibly happy. The whole team worked extremely hard for the duration of our project. They were also very friendly and happy people. It was fantastic working with Professional Landscaping. They trimmed our massive tree, set up garden boxes, helped us create a hangout spot, planted, and beautified our yard.
One of the worst companies I have ever used. I setup an appointment in October for November to start the job and then come back in April to finish once the city irrigation water was turned on. They didnt show. The next February finally contacted me and came in March and redid our garden area, fairly large garden area. The irrigation system they installed was inadequate, three small drip sprinklers per 15 run. They forgot to install some of the drip sprinklers. They were suppose to come a month later to do more sprinkler work when the city irrigation water was turned on, so they said they would install them then. Once again they were a no show. A month and half later I get a text, they would be able to come back in two months, very frustrating since I had scheduled last October to have them come when city irrigation water would be turned on. Lawn was not getting fully watered due to the sprinklers they were suppose move and fix. So they said they would fit me in during May. Never texted back to set a date, still havent heard from them and now its the beginning of June. If they didnt want to do the job why say they were going to do? Never use this company, dont know how to design and irrigation system and dont show up to finish the job. Im also out the money for the drip sprinklers they were suppose to install at the start.

They repaired my system in the spring and winterized it in the fall. The following spring some pipes split when I turned the system on. They promptly came to fix the breaks and had me up and running quickly!
It was an extremely stressful experience working with the team. There were a number of set backs in the process, misaligned expectations, and poorly communicated needs. Not all the problems were strictly their fault. The biggest struggle I had was with communication. With all the problems that arose they would still go silent for a long time and I would need to wait before i could even know what was happening. Mario would usually try and make time if I specifically requested him to stop by. HE was apologetic and seemed sincere I dont think poorly of him as a person, however it pretty clear he is just starting his professional career and has a lot to learn about scheduling, communications and managing client expectations. I actually wasnt going to leave a bad review but he promised a lot of things the last few visits and never did follow through with them. It was so stressful working with them that despite the fact that I overpaid and they underdelivered, I just needed to be done and walk away
Mario was very responsive and good to work with. We were over budget due to some unforseen problems that werent his fault, but he communicated with us through the process.
