I guarantee if you dont have Greenpest insect control service applying insecticide products to your home and landscape, your going to have bugs in your home.I have neighbors that complain about lantern flies, stink bugs, ants, mosquitoes and various other bugs. But I don t have any of these problems because Greenpest keeps my property, inside and out, pest free.

I didn t remember the time or day when this service was going to happen, so I asked him what he was here for because the truck said fertilizing, and lawn care. He said i was scheduled for this trearment, but honestly, a quick reminder text would have been appreciated. Jadon was efficient, and answered the couple of questions I had about the application. Green Lawn started treating my lawn this Spring after three years with another lawn care company. Immediately the lawn started looking better. There were times when I needed them to come for spot spraying of weeds and the very responsive. Josh was the regular tech who would service the law and he did a great job. He answered all of my questions and told me how the lawn would respond to the treatment.

Excellent experience so far, the team has kept me informed of what theyre going to be doing and has answered all my questions promptly. In addition to fertilizing, I recently added the mosquito treatment package, Ill report back on how thats going after a few applications.

The service call was fine; nice enough guy - very attentive to my concerns/questions. No complaints at all about the service tech, but I did mention areas of concern on the side yard. He said hed go a little heavy on the treatment in these areas. Several days later I wrote a review on Google voicing concern over what I thought were burn marks. At this point Green Lawn Fertilizing (GLF) contacted me immediately and explained that this is normal. They couldnt have been more correct!! I mowed the lawn recently and my concerns vanished; it looks fantastic. As home owners, sometimes we assume the worst. The level of service Ive received from GLF is 2nd to none. So glad I have them as my lawn service company.

Ive had an annual contract with them for several years. Very happy with the service.

I have a no solicitor sign on my yard and they still decided to walk onto my property and leave a flier on my door.

I contracted for the yearly service and was quoted a decent price. I asked if the service auto renewed and was told by the saleman it did not. Just to be sure, I called 3 times and to cancel the service at the end of the season and received to email or conformation it was cancelled. The following season they started the service and then called and asked for a payment for a service I cancelled. Best to move with another company that listens to its customers....If i could upload a picture of the lawn I would. It has more weeds now then it ever did...

They say the contract is not automatically renewed and I did not renew. By chance I stopped home one day only to see a truck in front of my property. I asked what was happening and that I didnt renew and the response was that since he was here he would do it. I never asked for it, contracted with a much better outfit and then got billed for it. NEVER AGAIN.

Looking in my bank account, someone sneakily applied and billed me for two treatments in the same day. The next time this happens without my prior approval will be the last time Green Lawn treats my yard.

Have been using these guys to fertilize my lawn for about 2 years now. Price is reasonable and the lawn looks great. I would recommend them.

They are professional and courteous. They email me a day or two before a scheduled service. This allows me to push the service to the following day or week if I have something planed and need to be on the lawn. In addition, the service tech calls me when they arrive and communicates what is to be applied and if I have any questions. I have used them for a few years now and I have to say that my lawn looks healthy, and the invasive weeds are in check. The key to any lawn is water without it regardless of what service you receive, the grass will die, and the weeds will take over.

Never had any issues with them. See a significance difference with the mosquitos on our property in the warmer months. Luis Colon has such a nice personal touch while still keeping his professionalism. Took the time to ask questions which I appreciate.

My garden including my 3 yrs old apple teee were destroyed because of something in the chemical they use. At first I didnt pay attention until I see my vegetables started wilting and turning yellow after each service. Even though my garden is seggregated in a corner of my yard and I even put up sign telling the technician not to spray the garden area. They still sprayed it.

Luis has been consistently going above and beyond. He communicates his arrival time at least an hour before he arrives and always asks if there are any concerns I m having with the lawn. Today I had a bare spot in the yard and wanted see what could be done about that. Luis suggested seeding the area. Not just that he took the time to till up the dirt and put seed down for me to ensure the best result! He even had to run back to the office and get more tools for the job. This guy is a Rock star!!! Respectful, polite, hard working, kind, caring, responsive. Everything you could ask for in a professional relationship! A+

All these great reviews and my front lawn never looked worse. Going back to my old company next year. Asking to cancel services or at least a site visit by a supervisor. The phone call from Joe is great with offering a 2nd last chance and 1/2 price for second in the fall. Ill pass on that and just get a refund for services that have not been done. I can list all the issues but Ive done that on the phone multiple times and spoke to Joe B twice. He was very nice but that doesnt get rid of my weeds in the front yard

After several weed treatments the lawn was patched with crabgrass. I called and expressed my issue. An extra application was applied to no results. Now reseeding was done, blocking a real treatment for the crabgrass. I fully expect the return of the crabgrass. Find a real pro David

Depends on who is doing the service call. I asked for an extra service because my yard was covered in weeds, so usually they come right away, come to the door to see what my concerns are. This didn t happen, they came a week late . I had to follow up , they came and left and I still have a ton of weeds. I m not happy with the last servicing

I am pleased I suppose with the company, just not the results. The company itself could have been more communicative on expected service windows, such as w/e 9/15, or mid-July, or something that made me feel more warm and fuzzy. Getting a notification the day prior is not exactly enough warning in case I needed to mow yard, or we had a party planned, or whatever. A general window of what week, and then a next week reminder on Friday and then a on mm/dd 1-2 days out would be good. When I called to complain about results it was tough to actually get a person, the hold times were long, and when I did he didnt seem to be empathetic and make me feel better about spending the money for next year. So I may or may not, as I could save the labor costs, its just a pain to work out the actual time to do the work where conditions are prime- moist grass, no rain but slight rain coming in a few days, pets and my work are all other factors in if I really have the time. The results I think are poor, weeds are plentiful now, but was told goosegrass is a different program that costs more, and it seems it turned out about the same when I did it myself. 2 acres tho is time consuming and costly. Still weighing it out, but the techs were great, and again, nothing serious bad about the company.

I fertilized my lawn for years with Scotts, had the best lawn in the neighborhood, then I signed up for Green Lawn, my lawn was the worst it s been in years. NEVER AGAIN!

The service and quality continues to be great, but the technician at times does not place the notification sign/flag that the lawn has been treated. This has happened on and off for the last several treatments and with different technicians.

Perfect timing before the heavy rain. I believe the rain washed everything in rather than out.

I have a (Green Lawn) lawn program, a tree & shrub program and just recently purchased an aeration & seeding service. All very expensive for me, thousands of $. They aerated but didnt seed my lawn at all. Not one grass seed on my entire acre. I have been trying to get a phone call and re-service today and they keep giving me word salad about a manager getting back to me in 24-48 hours! Also, I called 2 days ago when I noticed mold around my front laurel bush asking them to call me out of the house me when they arrived. Well they were here and gone, never got me from the house, and the laurel bush was not sprayed at all and not mentioned on the summary report email. I am very upset at the poor quality of work/ service and the polite blow off from the staff regarding an immediate fix. This is ridiculous!

Excellent service

This year the grass near the roots were yellow, not green. It was that way all growing season. Not sure if they used lesser fertilizer or what. Also we had more weeds. I realize that the dry conditions had some grass die out and weeds to succeed but their efforts to keep weeds in check wasn t very effective.

My lawn still looks the same after a couple years and I still have same patches throughout my lawn after I complained numerous times.

Green Lawn always does a good job of taking care of my lawn care needs.

Why did you come without authorization or notifying me ?? I hope you dont except me to pay for this service . I received a call from Joe B and he offered a reasonable answer to my concerns we agreed to some future fixes and cost so I now feel they are a very reputable company and take care to their customers

This was my first year with Green Lawn and while it was definitely a tough year with very dry weather this summer, they did an amazing job of getting the weeds under control. Overall, my yard still needs work, but I had a noticeable improvement in the quality of my grass despite the tough climate this summer (very dry!). Their communication was fantastic each and every visit and they were no surprises, either with their services or with their billings. I look forward to having them on again next year and beyond. They promised a beautiful lawn, but there is nothing. For more than a year I was just paying money down the drain.
