Benny and his crew were great. Amazing how they were able to surgically take down a large maple that was hanging over the house. They quickly got to work made sure my expectations were met. Couldn t have asked for anything else. Only difficulty I encountered is his crew is pretty busy and weather plays a big factor so identifying a day was tricky but we coordinated a date within 2 weeks. It was worth the wait.

Had Frank and his sons remove seven very difficult trees. They were professional and efficient with a very very fair price from start to finishing. This crew only had an area of 13x13 to drop 200 ft trees, but piece by piece they landed them on a dime. I was very impressed. Thank you all for the great service #1 company

They came in 1 hour to give an estimate. After we booked them they were there in a few days took the dead tree down and trimmed the other trees. It looks great! They did an amazing job cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them! We will be using them in the future for sure.

Left my yard a disaster knocked down all my Pennsylvania wall stone broke about 6 perennials by dragging branches over them put a hole in my fence ripped hydrangea out if ground and threw on lawn moved trampoline across the yard and left it there basically took 2 trees downs and left a huge mess. Fixed after much complaining but claiming they. Could not have broken the fence and we had no cameras so they denied good luck if you hire them. Wish I could add pictures here

Told them not to cut branch with active Oriole nests. Federal Law prohibits destroying active nests of migratory birds. They cut it down anyway.

Carlos came to my home. Gave me a fair price. I did shop around and decided to use Big Brothers. They came on time and took care of my tree in 30 min. They left every clean and were professional from beginning to end. Big Brothers Tree Service did a fantastic job cutting down two huge trees on a steep hill in the front of my house. They also trimmed countless large branches to the side and back of my house and carted everything away. All of the workers were polite and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I was very happy with the work I had done... I called Big Brothers tree Service, they came by and gave me an estimate, and a date, when it could be done. I made a few more calls, to see if I could get a better estimate... for the work I wanted done, and by a certain time, and evidently, there was no one who could beat the quote, or the timing... So I called them back, they came through, on the day we agreed upon, early than the schedule time, ready to work, they went to work and finished the job!!! Way quicker than I expected... definitely was very happy and amazed... 22 huge trees taken down, and taken away, stumps grind down... excellent clean up job!!! I was very impressed, definitely thank God for them and would recommend them, and definitely use them again... definitely two thumbs up, would give you more... but I only have 2... lol... thanks again guys... greatly appreciate the work...

To reply to everyone that is probably family or friends linked to this company. Yes it was my mistake trusting them. But never again. They said not to worry that they would come back. Please go check the district court schedule, they are in the process of being sued right now. Horrible service!!! Avoid them at all cost!!! They dont finish the job that they promised and when you call them they avoid you, just so they wont do the work. I paid them in full and they came once and left a mess and didnt take out a trunk. They said they would come that same week to finish cleaning and taking the trunk out but it has been almost a month and they havent been around. I text them and call them and now he wants to say that he doesnt have the machine to take out the truck. Avoid them!! Save yourself the money, time and hassle.
