I am staying at a local hotel, Extended Stay Hotel, and for the circumstances that are involved with this hotel, the drivers are very courteous and are doing the best they can with the situation. I have plowed for many years a long time ago, so don't judge!

Beware! Unprofessional, disrespectful particularly the owner. Snow service paid for the season, had to call several mornings post snow fall requesting when and if snow removal would be performed, of which time it would be done several hours delayed. Always seemed to be an annoyance to the owner despite having paid for service, and should not have to call for such. Over exaggerates on thickness of snow trying to get more money out of you after finally having removed snow from driveway. Once again, beware of using Berg snow removal services for your home or business!
