Refuses to return any calls, tried 4 times now. Completely understand if you're not taking on new customers but at least let someone know so they could find service. Here's the kicker, they service my next door neighbor and do excellent work. I just assumed it be easy money being next door. No return calls or texts though, none.

I have been working with Mr Lee for 15 years. He is very thorough complete. I have no complaints ever. If you want your lawns taken care of this is the man to call.

I find TDK customer service excellent. Many times they have performed tasks that needed to be taken care of without me asking. I appreciate that beyond measure.

TDK lawn care is a great company and always has customer service in mind and always do what they can to make a great customer experience. As for the bad comments you have to take those as angry people you can't satisfy everyone and the only people to do a survey or rate a company are usually the VERY FEW ones that you can't make happy no matter how hard you try.

When you need some work done to your yard they are the ones to call. TDK has Great customer service and they get things done. TDK goes above and beyond what's expected. Always willing to be more helpful. So feel free to call with any questions or concerns.

If "care" were spelled "kare", TDK would mean "They Don't Kare". I sought this company's help in keeping weeds down, aerating, and spraying for crab grass. My hopes were to avoid my yard looking like a rat's nest. But thanks to TDK, a rat's nest is exactly what my lawn became. I signed up for a monthly maintenance service. The only signs that someone came to my home was a little lawn flag. Not only did I NEVER see the weeds die (until their big "screw you" to me), the weeds actually seemed to be flourishing. It's as though a very lazy worker only came out to my yard to plant the flag and then left. When I asked the company about this, I was assured that wasn't happening and that the abundance of weeds was due to "a wet June". They then told me to "be patient". In July, someone came out and must have used RoundUp because then the weeds died... along with the rest of my yard. Then the weeds came back in full force and any yard I had left was made into a wasteland. My attempts to contact the company were thereafter fruitless. I said the best way for communication was via email but that apparently never seemed to work for the owner. If we weren't communicating by phone then we never communicated. The only emails I ever got were the invoice and the "be patient" line. I finally got my yard back by going to Woody's & Metro Sod & Seeding companies. They couldn't believe a company like TDK would leave my lawn in the state it was in and seemingly take satisfaction in it. NEVER use TDK unless you want a dead lawn. In that capacity, they excel. But I can kill my own yard without their help. Remember: They Don't Kare.
