Summit Lawns is a great company to work with for lawn care. This is the first year we are using Summit and my lawn is looking better already! They don t just show up for the scheduled applications, if you let them know, they will come back and spot spray weeds in the lawn!! Our tech, Trent, was so nice, friendly and willing to take time to answer my questions. Thank you Trent! Update for Summit Lawns has some of the best, polite, friendly lawn techs working for them. Today the techs were Jon & Ryan. Nice work. I would recommend Summit Lawns to anyone looking for a lawn care company. Three weeks ago a Summit Lawns tech, Ike, put the last lawn application down. This time Ike, did our last of year treatment, and said overall looks well, but said, he recommends a Power rake on the lawn, which Summit advised against doing that when i asked in the beginning, because its hard on the grass? Previously having the lawn aerated, the lawn seems to have kept the yellow color throughout the 3 years of services. The weeds have been very minimal, with me going back and using Roundup to kill the ones that they missed, Im debating, this is the last year for a company to maintain my yard, and I go back to doing it myself, as when people walking by would say, your lawn looks so green and good! I just dont understand how the neighbors houses look way greener than mine with Summit doing their service to our lawn? Ive followed the watering guidelines and mowing height, but people still ask, why is your lawn looking yellow? Idk dont want to spend hundreds of dollars and still have the results i called about getting done in the beginning, and Im not accepting, the soil in this area just is compacted clay, and needs aerated and fertilized or it has fungus that needs treated? Somebody knows how to fix and contain it. This is just my opinion on my experience of there service.

Summit Lawns came a bit earlier than I had hoped as one of my maples loves to hang on to its leaves, however, they did an excellent, efficient job in picking up the leaves both in front and back. Jon, Hugo and Mike worked hard and well!

Yesterday was my first time using Summit Lawn for fall leaves. They did an awesome job getting under my bushes and cleaning the lawn. The leaves have been slow to drop this year so I expect they will come again.

Marie and Jom came out and did a fantastic job performing the Fall Cleanup and leaf removal for our yard the other day. Our yard looks so nice Id like to put a bubble over it to keep it that way! Thanks Summit Lawns, your people did a great job!

Great company!.....until my recent lawn service where they decided to do all four treatments at once and charge me 377 dollars for the month of September. Completely unacceptable in this market where people are struggling to make ends meet, these guys are core aerating and liquid aerating on the same day dropping 400 dollar lawn bills on you.

A courteous young man named Layne performed the last fungicide treatment this past week. He explained what he was here to do and was very professional.

The lawn has looked great all year. We used Summit at our old house for a long time, making our bad lawn look great again. Today we had our fall aeration done and Summit Lawns did a great job, yet again! We noticed that some of our neighbors had theirs done by other companies and those companies were not careful to keep the dirt clods on the grass, so it looked like a pack of little dogs had a party on their sidewalk, if you know what I mean. I went out to pull our marker flags and clean our sidewalk but both jobs were already done! Thanks Ryan! We definitely recommend Summit Lawns to anyone who asks. Our property looks fantastic.

We had a tree down in the recent storms. Summit proactively reached out to their customers to see if anyone needed help and then they were there same day and got our felled tree and another branch that came off another tree dealt with within a couple hours. Definitely appreciate the proactive and speedy assistance!

Lost keys to padlock on gate. They kept coming back to see if I had found them. After not being able to find keys to padlock, they came back out and helped get padlock taken off. Even though it was an inconvenience for them to keep coming out to check if gate would be open they still came to try and finish the job. Above and beyond service. Very appreciative!

We were having some issues with bugs, so Ike applied some pest control to our roses as well as some shrubs and trees. He was very good at communicating with me about the process. I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from everyone at Summit Lawns.

Summit Lawns checked with me before pruning my shrubs to see if I had any specific instructions. They did a great job of pruning.

Trent was great. He took time to talk to me about the plan and he was very kind about working around my diy landscaping mess we are working on.

Kains serviced my lawn today. Im very happy with his work and Summit so far.

We hired Summit to do our weekly lawn mowing. The quality of the work was very inconsistent for the month we employed them. Most weeks we had to call them about correcting something (one time they said they mowed our entire front and back without lowering the deck of the mower so no grass was actually cut ). Some weeks they would trim/weed whack and other weeks they would not. I called to request that they come back and touch up the areas they missed (and provided pictures). They said they would come back for $15 more when it should have been done the first time. I found a new service that charges less and my yard looks noticeably better.

Justin took the time to write me a note explaining what he done to my yard: No Tech had ever taken the time to do that

We have had Summit for a year now starting last spring. We were trying to bring our yard back from some very dry, fried dead grass with a lot of bare patches. I admittedly was doubtful Summit could bring it back to life without a full reconstruction but they told us to trust their process and we are noticing a huge difference already this summer!
