Ben and Victoria Watson run the Lincoln franchise of GreenThumb for Washingborough, looking after over 3,000 customers in an area that ranges from Torksey to South Kyme, Wickenby to Brant Broughton, Doddington to Kirkby Bain and all the areas in between (LN1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 10). Our lawn care services which generally cost less than DIY treatments, are carried out by local, trained operatives using high quality equipment and products with care and precision. A beautiful lawn doesn’t come easy and nature has a way of testing us to the limit through extreme weather or the presence of pests, disease or grubs. Our regular weed and feed programme runs alongside options to reduce compaction, remove thatch and control moss.

A scam waist of money . Like to target the elderly. A pointless service. Have many clients with same problems shouldn't have. They give you the problem. That they claim to protect you from. Shameful
Total scam ! Watered down chemicals they pray and con the elderly Staff rude and won’t show up when they say they will deffo avoid and get some one else to care for your lawn
Had a couple of treatments so far which seem to have worked well. I was due an early spring treatment, but they never showed up with zero communication, I had to call to find out where they were, rebooked in for 10 days later, yet again didn't show up! Had to call again. Evidently if I hadn't called then I would have missed this round of treatment. Clearly a big issue with how they communicate cancellations and onus is 100% on the customer to chase, which is rather bizarre. Pleased I didn't go with the direct debit option otherwise I would be paying for a service I didn't get. Didn't seem any rush on their part to rectify the two missed appointments. Not feeling overly confident they will turn up for the next appointment....

This is a franchise with very poor customer service. I have lost count of the amount of lawns I have had to de-Greenthumb! They prey on elderly people...
Good service. Have been using them for over 10years never a weed.
