I am absolutely delighted with the work done by Black Label Property Services! There were mountains of leaves everywhere in my huge Lincoln, Nebraska yard. Leaves in every nook and cranny of my property. Leaves on the picnic table, under the ladders, behind the shed, on the wall, in the garden, and over the deck. Bazillions, I’m sure! Christian’s crew cleaned up all of them, everywhere! My property looks fantastic now! Three guys worked hard and fast. They were polite and helpful, even moved my car for me so debris wouldn't get on it. I am very thankful I hired Black Label to get rid of all my leaves. They have the serious manpower and the big equipment to do the job PERFECTLY! I highly recommend them!
Crew was about a week out. They showed up moved a few items in yard to get all leaves and the yard looks fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone.

Excellent work! Guys were very organized and worked together in a timely manner. They spent a lot of time clearing out leaves from behind bushes, shrubs, fence line, etc. They were very thorough, cared for property, and left the yard spotless. I would highly recommend Black Label.
Absolutely perfect job. Scheduled last week and came right when they were supposed to. Very reasonably priced for the task. Punctual affordable and professional. Could have taken me an entire day to do a worse job than Black Label did in less than an hour.
Was one of the first clients back in 2020 and have not been disappointed since. Christian’s customer service is top notch along with his communication and being very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for all your lawn car services!

Dont waste your hard earned money. Mowed as fast as he could, left the grass buried under grass clippings, and did a terrible job blowing off driveways and sidewalks. Id buy a push reel and do it myself before ever spending money with them.

Always quick to do it, even if it s a short notice or need it done quickly. They mow it with pride, never damage any of the property, and will even send photos when it s done sometimes. These guys are great Positive Responsiveness
Highly recommend Black Label Property Services! In the midst of renovating 4 properties, all of the yards needed major TLC. I was beyond impressed with how quickly they were able to get them done and how reasonable their prices are. They sent a free quote that day and had them scheduled the next. They went above and beyond my expectations and will definitely be my first call for lawn care.
We used them for yard cleanup on our acreage. This included large projects like cleaning up trees and Cat-tails around our pond, the overgrowth of our creek area, and several flower beds. They did a fantastic job! Christian communicated very well and actually took advantage of the nice weather to complete the project ahead of schedule.
Owner was very prompt at calling me regarding my inquiry about leaf cleanup. He gave me a quote and came out and did my leaf cleanup the next day!! He sent me pictures when he was done and my yard looks amazing!! Will use again and highly recommend!!
