I have more dandelions this year than I have ever had when I used First Klass. I supposedly have had the pre-emergent weed control application, but It has not worked very well. There are other weeds growing, too.

Shawn was very respectful and listened to my concerns and spot sprayed a couple areas. Very pleased with his service.

I will edit this review from a 2 to a 5 because a representative from corporate called me yesterday, we had a very good conversation. She was very understanding of the response. She explained to me that the person that was supposed to do my lawn called off sick and they had no one else to send. They need to update the messages they send to people when something like this happens. She said they will be here on Monday to do the service for us. I did receive a call today confirming they would be here on Monday, May 1. If they arent here, then I will repost my original review.

My experience with TruGreen has been a challenge. My yard actually looks amazing but it has been at a cost. I say that because of constant struggles on their performance. They always come back. When I call to express my concerns, but after 5 years it would be nice to never have to keep up with what they do, and know that they actually listen to me. Joshua S came to do my free service this week. If TruGreen had more employees like him they wouldn t have poor reviews on their website. His treatment was actually one of THE BEST services I ve ever had. This technician should be commended by the company with a raise or better yet a promotion. Kudos to Joshua.

Technician did as instructed and was friendly and curtious. Finished in a timely manner with no mess.

Edit: Noah from location 5130 made it out on Friday and replaced the broken part. He was very courteous and professional. I have increased the review to a 3. The reason for not increasing further was due to difficult/poor communication and that we were given 3 different dates for when the part would be replaced. No one arrived on any of those dates. We basically consumed about 4 hours of our time to address an issue that we did not create. This includes time on the phone going through CS and procuring the part because we had given up on Tru Green ever making it right. Original Post: The TruGreen Rep treated our Lawn and then damaged our gutter. They were not supposed to even treat our lawn. We have not requested their services. I understand mistakes happen so that is not my issue. The issue is that we have made 4 phone calls and spent over an hour on the phone going through their forms/process and still have no path to resolution. All this time and frustration because they were trespassing on our property. We only hope that their treatment does not require us to resod because we do have someone else providing lawn services.

Im a new customer and am not happy. Say their on the way ,then five minutes later they cancel. Not dependable. I got the full package and cant depend on rhem probably cancel next year at this rate.

James was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He is an asset to the company.

Christopher did a good job. However, 2 to 3 inches of rain is predicted later today. Possibility of a redo if weeds are not controlled in a timely manner.

The specialist, Sean, has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I am not sure about good quality or good value because I have never used a lawn care service before.

How can you apply a lawn treatment to over 10,000 feet of yard in less than 2 minutes. Arrival time listed is 7:52am and completion time of 7:53 am I couldnt walk up and down my yard without dragging a hose in less than 5 minutes. Makes me question how much treatment was actually applied

Sean rang our doorbell and talked with me about the lawn treatment and we went over which plants should be untouched and areas to be treated. Sean did a thorough job of treating the lawn and was knowledgeable and informative when we viewed the lawn. I would recommend Sean as a professional.

You pay for 6 fertilizer treatments but they dont give 6. The last 2 of my treatments did not include fertilizer. They call the lack of fertilizer their true value service. I would not recommend.

They care about there Customers. I been having some Issues with yard. Once they were made wear of Issues, they responded quickly. And I hope this Application does its job.

Called in to get a quote was rude and kept cutting me off. And then when I asked for an extension to call him back, because I wanted to talk to the wife. He said yea ok and hung up on me, will never use this company or recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely THE WORST!!! I called early this year for pre-emergent and broadleaf weed treatment and was assured it would be taken care of. I was gone for six weeks and they came and treated while I was away. Upon returning, nothing was different. I called and they came back and told me the previous treatment was for fertilizer, which I did not want. The second treatment didnt get rid of them either. I only paid for one treatment to see if I was going to have them back. The weeds are still there and I have repeatedly told them either fix it or were done. Emails and phone calls dont stop even though I have repeatedly told them the only way is to fix it. I am sick and tired of their fake efforts to get me into another program. I paid and was assured they could take care of the weeds. They should refund my money but Im sure they wont! Do NOT do business with them!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst business I have had the displeasure to experience. From the first week I had ordered service I was called by four other salesman to try and upsell me more programs after I asked them to stop calling me each time. I had to call their service line and it finally stopped. I asked for my service to be discontinued after it ran out but I was put on autorenew anyways. They have came out twice since it was supposed to have ended. Ive called their customer support line and ask to have it ended and I still get billed. I even went down to the local location and no response or refund for services I dont even want! Why do I have to involve the authorities and change my cards just so they stop this?

Our yard is horrible. It looks like hay. Can get no response from company. If I could post my pictures it would help. Every neighbor has a beautiful yard andours looks dead. Embarrassing.

Stay away Edit to add that after leaving a review someone from corporate reached out and was able to cancel my subscription and refund what I had been charged after trying to cancel originally. I have used them for years. I so enjoy no bugs, very minimal weeds and also know there is a few less mosquitoes around. Just wish they would take me off the mailing list for trees and shrub protection when I only have 1 lilac bush in my entire yard. And yes, they have been told this year after year.

Hired specifically for weed and crabgrass control and weeds and crabgrass are worse than they have ever been. If they ever get back here to retreat Ill change my rating.

I had requested a quote for a one time application to see how the service/outcome was. They basically blew off my specific request and would only sell me the annual application program. After looking at the reviews, I would have to pass on Tru Green - They just keep calling you from Lexington Ohio over and over.

Im in contact and my yard has more weeds this year than last and double the price ,they over sprayed fertilizer on my arbravitas and burned them

The mosquito defense application that Trugreen uses is well worth the money spent. Going on 3 weeks and havent seen a mosquito yet. Very satisfied.

They advertise that they are arborists.I called about Tip Blight for my evergreens. When they finished they left a receipt spraying numerous fungicides, insecticides and miticides. They said I had fireblight , thats only in apple and pear trees. When I spoke to their service manager, he admitted that was the wrong treatment. Stay away from this company. They dont know what they are doing.

Cancelled service after several complaints of them not treating the whole lawn during visits. Even had note left tht said they knocked when they never did. When we went to cancel service, they said they would come out to treat the areas they didn t do, ONLY if we stayed. I d rather not waste anymore of my time or money on a company that isn t providing the service I m paying them to do.

Young man was very kind and the garbage collectors threw my trash cans in my yard instead of returning to the trash bin. The tech picked them up and put lids back on and put back where they belong. Great service!

Worst service I have ever seen

Do not use @TruGreen, their service is awful! On one occasion they did not know I was home, missed half of my yard. They said we will come when you are home, each time I get a call saying they cant be there then and do the work anyway. Now I am being charged for more service because the contract auto-renews by a verbal contract. Think before using @TruGreen

Our tech (MATHEW BINKLEY) is SUCH a great person! he talks with us anytime we are home and leaves great recommendations, calls us while in route to the home and has been very patient when we forget to put the dog inside, and travels a good distance to treat for us, very pleased with Trugreen because of technicians like this guy, thank you for your awesome work!

After having a fantastic experience with the Branch Manager, John, he quoted me a price for my 1st lawn treatment, 2nd treatment and an aeration/seed. I was told I would get a confirmation call before they came out for my 1st application. I did not. They charged me almost double what I was quoted. I tried contacting said Branch Manager to no avail. I have also not received a receipt for the services I supposedly received. This branch either has no idea what they are doing or they are con artists. I will be contacting corporate and BBB.

My yard looks worse! When i started up with TruGreen I had a couple of bald spots out back and the occasional weed in my grass. There was 1 patch of crab grass that I was told wouldnt be a problem to get rid of. Treatments are done for the year, my yard has weeds ALL over it and my front yard is now 25% crab grass. Ive never been able to reach an actual person any time ive called in.

Am not getting what I paid for. No costumer service after prepaying. Have not performed the work I paid for. Keep telling me they will get it taken care of. When I talk to someone they tell me they will call back with what is going on but never do.

Very professional. My only concern is applying the chems during the rain or with rain before or after applications. I still have dandelions in my yard. hopefully over time these will go away.

I wish to commend John Hardy for his fine care of our lawn. He came two weeks ago to spray the thistle patch in my yard, and it is having good effect.
