He is thorough, considerate, pays attention to detail, and is very understanding, especially for old retired folks, if they cant pay the same day, he does what he can to allow you to delay full payment a little bit; something you do see these days with the economy. My sister needed help with weekly lawn mowing, autumn leaf clean up and trimming the bushes in her front yard. I had to arrange this from Seattle where i live. I was lucky enough to contact John and his crew online. It can be risky doing business with someone from 3000 miles away but John was responsive by email and text. Even sending me before and after pictures! He is conscientious, prompt and does beautiful work. If he recommends something, i feel confident scheduling it knowing i can trust him like a friend. I called John Kelly in the middle of the week but he said he lost his cousin and could I call him back Saturday or Sunday. I called Sunday after lunch and he said he would call me right back but he never did. I called again and left a message but he never returned my call. I decided that he probably wasnt reliable and I shouldnt hire him.
Mr. Kelly is a very experienced lawn maintenance and personable guy. Always on time and goes the extra mile to make sure the lawn , landscape is looking good. My very first experience I text him was quick to get back and was there the same day which was surprising as he had a cancellation and fit me in.
This guy is a class act. Reliable, local , and prices are very competitive. I used him for fall clean up on a truly messy yard and was completely satisfied with timing, work and cost. Had him come again for a spring now and he was very accommodating. Support local family business.
