Simply Green has never let me down. The service is great. They respond quickly with any questions and do a wonderful job. Only one time did a problem occur and it was promptly taken care of. I had a strip of dying grass by my driveway replaced with sod and during the application of fertilizer the technician tried to keep the fertilizer from going everywhere but due to the steady concentration of the fertilizer on the new grass the grass was accidentally burned in some places. The manager insisted on replacing the burned pieces of sod. It was replaced and the strip of grass looks perfect again. That is what I call excellent customer service.

Simply Green has been a pleasure to work with. Quick attention was given to my problem with army worms. The treatment given was successful and two weeks after aeration and overseeding fescue is growing again in my back yard.

I think they are good and would refer them to others. My only concerns is they good up in price every year.

I have had Simply Green Lawn Care service my property for a little over 2 years. My yard has never looked so good. My front yard is Zoysia and other parts are Fescue. My Zoysia looks like a carpet with absolutely no weeds. I have struggled in the past with the Fescue part because of shade and it is the best it has ever been and should there be an issue, I just give them a call and they come out and treat whatever the issue might be. Well worth the money and my peace of mind not having to deal with the treatments as I have in the past. Also, all the employees are so friendly whether the contact be by phone or the service techs providing the on site applications.

My contract requires two things. Fertilize and weed control. They do both well and I even got a letter from our HOA commenting on how well maintained my property looks. I do feel the price per application is getting too high and that s for all the lawn service companies. When it hits $50, it will have become too expensive for me.

Ive used Simply Green since August 2014 for fertilization and weed control in my lawn and also tree/shrub care. My lawn looks wonderful!! Several years ago I had an infestation of Ambrosia Beetles in all 6 of my crepe myrtles. Through agressive treatment, Simply Green was able to save them. Before that, I had an infestation of spider mites in my huge hill of Junipers in my back yard. That was when I started having them treat my shrubs in addition to my lawn. I had already lost 2 Junipers when I discovered the mites, but Simply Green was able to treat them effectively and I didnt lose any more. I am very please with all that they do!!!! I recommend them highly!!!

This company missed my April application so I called the inside sales person, Michael on 4-30-24 at 10:24. I made him aware of this and told him this was strike one of them not providing good service. Michael said he would check into this and call me back that evening. I never received a call back. On Tuesday I received a text indicating the Liquid Aeration will be done on 5-1-24. I have been waiting on this application since April. The technician came out and treated my yard. I watched him treat every area on my yard. This was early in the morning when the dew was still on the grass. While Kyler Karlen, technician was treating my yard, I notice he was missing spots. This application is more expensive than my normal treatment and it was important to remove dollar spots in my yard. In addition the tech the applied a treatment in March missed some spots to kill the weeds. Thats why I wanted to watch this application. When I pointed the missing spots to the tech, he said he doesnt spray close to the driveway. I showed him other areas that was not close to my driveway. He said hes been doing this for years. I told him I didnt care about how long hes been doing this. I told him to leave and he would be coming back to treat my yard. Later I received a call from the manager and he said I yelled at his tech and since I wasnt satisfied with their service they would terminate my service with them. I explained to him that I didnt yell at his tech and my wife was right there and could verify that. He said I did yell at the tech because I was yelling at him. I told him yes I was yelling at him because I was upset with the recent service, but I didnt yell at his tech. I expained to the inside sales person, Michael when he initially set up my service that provide good service was the most important thing Im expecting. Micahel committed to provide good service. The last two months have been less than acceptable service. I would NOT recommend this company.

Ive been using Simply Green for over a decade. I like that I receive advance notice of when they will be out to fertilize my lawn and treat it for weed control. The lawn techs that come out are efficient and thorough and dont leave spaces that will later show up as either burned by too much of an application or some spaces faded from not receiving any of the application. Any other lawn care needs that are noticed by the techs are always reported to me via email along with a copy of my invoice which I pay through automatic withdrawal. Very satisfied with the service and value aspects.

Simply Green came out to apply another Fungicide treatment. I realized I had one recently, so I asked the service provider Juan A. if it was a duplicate. Without hesitation he looked at my account and let me know exactly when the prior one was, and explained that the treatment was a series of 4 applications. He was super helpful and informative, even though I was holding him up with my questions. Very helpful and pleasant!

John has done an outstanding job removing the weeds from my newly installed Zoysia sod! Prior to hiring Simply Green, there were several types weeds growing all throughout the newly installed sod. I hired Simply Green and saw measured results after the first application. John explained that because I didn t apply a pre-emergent, it would require an additional treatment. Sure enough, after the additional treatment all the weeds are completely gone and my lawn looks healthy and green. Thank you, John! Thank you, Simply Green!

I replied there s things going on with the yard that has to be pointed out. Good staff, but service was ok. Unless you tell them or select option to inform of their scheduled service, you wont know when they plan to come.

Contacted Simply Green on a recommendation. Spoke to someone regarding an estimate for small pasture maintenance. I was given an estimate, over the phone, and was told I d be emailed an itemized one. I was okay with the estimate though I wanted to have a specific understanding of what to expect and a document that I could review with my husband. Didn t even have plans to contact any other company. After a week passed, without any communication, I called and left a message during business hours. Never heard back. Disappointing. Would ve like to have been able to support this small business.

After a mysterious experience of billings for claimed visits that didnt actually take place from one national company, I went with Simply Green in late 2020. I desperately needed aeration and complete seeding and was less than enthusiastic about dormant zoysia or bermuda for half the year. Within a couple of months, whole patches of every weed imaginable were starting to disappear, and thick, gorgeously green fescue emerged. By spring 2021, my yard was completely transformed into a true paradise. Now cars slow down and even stop as they pass by, HOA officers ask me to share the secret, and Ive got a really happy wife and daughter. The added bonus is their open communication always available to take a phone call and give extra advice, sprinkle a little extra seed on a bare area... Thanks, Simply Green!

Just dont seem to measure up compared to other lawn services in my community. The customer service and communication were no issue at all but my lawn looks the same if not a bit worse, honestly. This is after just shy of a year of treatment and after they performed soil testing. Overall, the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with but Im paying for a nice looking and healthy lawn. Not sure why the response below was posted. Wed already been in touch and their attempt to resolve the issue obviously wasnt successful. Besides, why ask the customer to reach out to you? This is the 2nd year Ive been using Simply Green. Last year they did a wonderful job getting the weeds in my yard under control. It made a huge difference! This year theyve maintained last years progress well. Plus they are very reasonable with their pricing - far cheaper than many of their competitors! And they are easy to work with.

Very happy with their service. I think they come about 9 x per year and I use them for aerating too. Prior service could not address an issue and yard is in great shape.

Beware!! My experience with Simply Green is not worth the amount. Ive spent a lot of time and money working with this company to have a decent yard and the only they I received in return is a bad looking yard, excuses why weeds and issues with the grass, spent more money with them to kill more weeds that is not part of the monthly program and went round-and-round for years and no result. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I had a disputed amount with Simply Green for something that I did not need because the ground had no grass and they continued to come out dropping what, I dont know. Then they had the audacity to send that amount to collections. I resolved the balance but VERY DISAPPOINTED on how they handle their customers.

Simply Green Lawn Care has done an outstanding job on treating my lawn. I purchased my house last year and it has Bermuda grass but there were some weeds throughout the lawn when I purchased. The tech from simply green said if I would start their program and stay with it all the weeds would be gone this year. I have to say he knew what he was talking about. I have an annual plan that includes 8 treatments per year. The price is very reasonable and I had them to add an aeration treatment this year. My lawn is beautiful (very thick and lush). I would highly recommend their services!!

I have been using Simply Green Lawn Care service for the past 13 years. Very reasonable costs and service. I have been quite pleased with their year round lawn weed control and fertilization services. I have also used their lawn aeration. I have Bermuda front and Zoizia side and rear grass. My lawn is virtually weed free and very green and healthy in the summer. If I have any concerns, Simply Green management responds quickly to help resolve any lawn issues. I highly recommend using their service.

Ive tried several companies offering the same type of service. Fired them all. When I chose Simply Green several years ago, I was quite skeptical. Thats several years ago. My daughter is using them. A few of the neighbors use them . They DONT pressure anyone to do anything!!! Job done right every time.

I have used Simply Green for nearly 3 years now. Theyve always excelled at customer service, especially their office staff, but each year my yard tends to see a major breakout with weeds (halfway through summer). Our entire neighborhood pretty much uses this service, but this year, Im the only property that has weeds. Perhaps the initial pre-spring treatment wasnt heavy enough...who knows? They have conducted additional treatments (free of charge) over the past month, but so late in the season, Im hopeful next year will be better. Overall I WOULD recommend this company. If youre able to catch the techs the majority of them know exactly what weeds you have and can be very informative.

Simply Green has a very professional staff from the receptionist to the service members out in the field. Ive been using Simply Green for about 2 or 3 years after using other top brand companies. Im very satisfied with my service. They are very responsive and affordable. Anytime I have any issues with my lawn (which is rare) theyre always willing to come out and take a peek and do a touch up service. Ive also used them for core aeration. The service was excellent the rep will let me know exactly what he was doing and why. If I had an issue in a certain portion of the lawn he would address it and on his next visit would follow up to see if I am satisfied.

The customer service via phone and any technician on my property are always very professional and punctual and go above and beyond. My weeds and other annoying lawn issues get treated as scheduled. The products they use arent as effective as they should be however. Simply Green has been treating our lawn for a number of years. The customer service and technician personnel have always been very polite and able to answer any questions we have regarding our lawn.

I like the way they send a notice by email to let me know they will be coming out to perform weed control on a specific date, weather permitting. The service techs are thorough in the application of weed control or other applications. They are very reliable in maintaining their schedule. My lawn looks better than it ever has before!

I have had the best experience with Simply Green. 2 years ago I hired them to treat my lawn and after the first application I got a call from the owner who was very apologetic but said that, unfortunately, the condition of my lawn was such that their service wasnt going to do any good and that I would be wasting my money by continuing to have them come out. (My lawn was nothing but weeds and moss, so he was correct.) I was really impressed that they contacted me and didnt just continue to take my money. So upon his advice I stopped the service. Fall of this past year I installed fescue sod and I called up Simply Green again to start service. They have been really great. On the last treatment notice I received, it was noted that I had a particularly nasty weed. I did some research and realized it was a really bad weed and I called the company to discuss options. I received a call back from Scott who had driven over to my house to check out what was going on with my new lawn. He actually pulled the nasty weeds by hand! He explained what he had done and that spraying wasnt an option as the particular chemical they have to use will kill fescue grass. What company in this day and age does that?!!! This is what I call old fashion customer service. You can tell the company is in it for the long haul and values its customers. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would! Theyre normally great but Ive paid for a whole year and Its May 2019 and the last time they came out was February 2019 and I cant seem to get a straight answer as to when they will come back out to treat my lawn. Last week, I was told May 2nd, when I called today its suddenly May 7th. So Ive paid for a whole year but they will only come out every 3 months? Im certain thats not the case because they said it would be every 6-7 weeks. Seems like maybe too many customers now and they dont really care? Or maybe I just shouldnt have pre-paid for the year because now Im not a priority.

They wont come to your place to assess or quote your lawn. The guy pulled up a google earth photo of the lawn and tried to quote based off that. Since he couldnt determine if weed control would benefit my lawn and wouldnt come out he wouldnt supply a quote or service. What kind of business model is that?? You can come out to service the lawn but not to quote it or suggest a service plan?

UPDATE........UPDATE.......UPDATE: I would like to make an update on my experience with Simply Green Lawn Care. After emailing to cancel my business with them I would not respond to their attempts to try and re-establish a business relationship. I even began looking at other companies and scheduling estimates. To my surprise, the management from Simply Green persisted. They were not pushy nor inappropriate. Andy, the Vice President of Operations and I eventually spoke and he offered to come out to my home and further discuss the matter. Andy was genuine and very understanding. He physically measured my yard again and to my surprise was very close to the original estimate provided to me. As a result of our meeting, I agreed to give this company one more chance. I wanted to wait and see how thing went before posting an update. I would like to report that I have been very impressed at how the company has responded to my concerns and addressed things. They are much more communicative and responsive. they have done a very good job of not only servicing my lawn but also and keeping me informed of appointments, when they arrive etc. I would like to sincerely thank Andy and the technicians that come out and service my lawn. I am glad I chose to remain with a locally owned company! I would add one more thing.....I also really appreciate the advice and how candid Andy was with me regarding the condition of my lawn. I know I am in for a long haul. Thankfully, I am not alone on this journey to establishing a beautiful lawn.
