I moved recently and wanted to revive the sprinkler system. About 20 heads needed to be replaced, a leaking valve, and also a broken pvc pipe that a tree root had gotten. Matt and his teammate were able to come out the same day I called. They got to work and charged a fair price that did not change from the original quote. They had the system working in tip top shape!! I highly recommend!!

Terrible experience. First visit ($350) was to repair a broken valve due to a backflow of water. They claimed to run the system and everything was fine but failed to notice that a cycle did not turn off. A neighbor notified me as I returned from work that one of my cycles had been running for HOURS since they left. Called Eden and was told another visit was necessary to fix a valve that they didn't notice on the first visit. Repair was "done" (another $350). I continued to have wet areas after $700 in parts and service. They didn't even bother to set the controller on the right day and time ( a sixth grader could figure this out). I finally called someone else who knew sprinkler systems and was told that "the master valve was left open and the valve for Zone 2 was leaking". Eden could not find this for $700. They wanted another $1200 to make sure the other valves were replaced with current versions. They also failed to divide the bill into the cost of parts and labor. I would not recommend this company to do any work on a sprinkler system. Very unprofessional.

I would not do business wirh an owner who disregards simple public safety measures while driving.

Warning!! Bait and Switch Business Matt Elliott, the owner of Eden Sprinkler and Landscaping came to my home gave me a bid on fence and sprinkler system for a total 6,100.00. He wanted half the day he came Feb 29, 2016 and the rest when job was complete. On March 4th he cashes my down payment of $3,000.00 but I had not heard from him nor had any work been done to my yard. I called Matt, and he proceeded to tell me that the total was going to be $1,000.00 more because he mis-measured. A red flag went up in my mind and I told him that this did not seem fair, we already had a contract drawn up He got very belligerent, verbally abusive and calling disrespectful names. I had a lawyer send him a document stating that Matt performed a "Bait and Switch" tactic and he needed to pay me my money back. Matt has not responded to my lawyer or myself and will not text or call me back. I am on tight budget and just recently lost my job...that $3,000.00 that was taken me has impacted my life drastically. Reconsider~Say to NO to Matt Elliott MAJ
