Columbia Lawn Care in Liberty Township

We have only used Columbia Lawn Care for 2 years, but the improvement in our yard is phenomenal. Highly recommended!

lawn service is fine, but doing busy with this family in different ways for over 35 years, have recently had bad experience trying to get someone to contact me. Have left notes on bill and more phone messages than I would normally put up with, and no indication that the owner-Doug-has tried to call. This has been going on for around 3 months. This should not be how a busy would be if wanting to keep clients.

I really tried to give this place a fair chance. I called four weeks ago to schedule a estimate for lawn fertilization. The young lady told me it would be about a week before they could get someone out to do this. No problem at all. We waited to call anyone else because we wanted to support local business. Over a week went by and nothing. I called again and was told it wasn’t that week but would be the following week. We waited. Again, nothing. I called again this morning and was told they only go do estimates on rain days. I completely understand this and fully support it but we’ve had several “rain days” in the last four weeks. I get that it’s hard to find staff to do much of anything these days but if you can’t make it out just tell someone. I could have called someone else and got it taken care of. I respect that more than being misled and lied to for a month now.

Doug has taken care of my family's yards for over 20 years. I've used him for the last 3. Excellent customer service, and our yards always look great!

I live in a rural part of town that sits on an aquifer and the soil in my subdivision is somewhat sandy. I have two small dogs as well, so keeping up with picking up their droppings, and them urinating all over the yard took its toll.. Had I kept up with proper watering and the like, I'm pretty sure I would've had an immaculate lawn. CLC gave a brief, but detailed summary of what they did when they came out to service my lawn every so often throughout the season. What chemicals they put down,.etc. I recommend their services. Please don't let my somewhat of neglect possibly steer you away. Give them a call. I recommend the full treatment by the way!

Called them specifically to not treat my yard in the spring after I aerated my yard and planted grass seed. The next week they treated my yard and it took three phone calls to finally reach the owner that assured me the yard was only treated on the hill and thats why the weeds weren't dying where I planted grass seed. Week goes by and you can clearly tell they treated my entire yard because all of the weeds were turning brown. Called them again multiple times telling them I spent alot of time and money planting grass seed and aerating my yard that they essentially wasted. Never heard back again from them. I said they could make it fair by simply planting seed in the fall. No reaponse. Terrible customer service and will take my business elsewhere.

Columbia Lawn Care has made our lawn look better than it ever has! The staff is very friendly & very reliable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I've been a customer for almost a year now and my lawn hasn't ever looked this nice. The owner personally came to our house to listen to what my concerns were about my previous provider and he's made all the bad spots in my lawn disappear. I know several people in my neighborhood that also use them as well as our HOA for the common space and everyone has had nothing bad to say.
