Lawn Doctor and their employees and good at what the do and they show me that they care. Was very disappointed. And after treatment I called to try and get them to come back out and touch up....As they advertise! But they gave me the run around.They were scheduled to come back out but I just couldnt see waiting another month to see results. I called again and waited two days to see if they would respond.. And its a NO! Want answer phone. So I left a message telling them to not come back out....Sad!!!

Contacted them on March 24th and was told they would be out to give an estimate next week. On Tueday, 28th received a text stating, Sam would be out tomorrow afternoon for the estimate- He never showed up and never contacted me in regards to rescheduling. On Thursday, 30th, I received another text stating, Sam would be out tomorrow afternoon for the estimate- Once again, he never showed up and never contacted me in regards to rescheduling. In general, I would not recommend this business. However, the owner personally called to redeem the poor service. I will try the service, and if they provide as the owner states, then I will change my review to a recommendation.

Drake does a fantastic job helping me keep ahead of weeds and fertilizer. Always offers suggestions and provide good insight. In only 10 months, we ve gotten our zoysia as clean as can be. Offered to liquid aerate as our sod was too new to do core and it worked well. I highly recommend their moisture control solution.

I have used lawn doctor for over a year now and finally canceled this service since my lawn looks worse than when we started. They said after several treatments that several of the patches of weeds would dissipate and we would have a nice lawn. They charge quite a bit for no results. The one thing they are good at is showing up every quarter to quickly spray your yard, give you the bill and drive off. Used them years ago and they were great. Not anymore. I will find someone else or do it myself.

My yard is improving under their care. We had lots of dandelion s mixed in with our grass and the treatment has it finally under control! We are very pleased and appreciative.

Last year (2020) was my first time using Lawn Doctor. I previously used a national company with a local office. I had used them for many years but recently they were unresponsive and clueless as to what I wanted them to do. So I hired Lawn Doctor to manage my yard maintenance. This is only for lawn treatments for fertilizer and such. They do not manage my yard for mowing and stuff like that. The very first thing they did was test my yard and suggest treatments that I needed to support my lawn. I took their recommendations and for the first time in some time, I did not loose any grass over the winter. Usually, I have spots where the grass doesnt come back and I have to sod those places in the Spring of the next year. So, this is the second year I have had their services. Once again, the first thing they did this year was test the soil to be sure it was doing well for the season. So I have to say, they keep up with it to make sure you are getting the treatment your lawn needs. My only drawback is that I have developed over the last several years, an infestation of Nutsedge. Its very hard to get rid of. They will do a treatment for this, but it is more effective if you stay on top of it yourself. I have been pleased so far with their service and would recommend them for your lawn treatments.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! After one of our regularly scheduled lawn and shrub treatments this summer, I called the company about an issue concerning the application. Within 15 minutes of my call, someone was at my house to resolve the issue. The owner then followed up in a timely manner with a visit to assure me they would take complete responsibility and would do whatever was necessary to correct the problem. They were true to their word and persisted until I was fully satisfied with their remedy. Elite level of customer service!

I have had other lawn services spray my yard for weed control and fertilize but they were the worst I called Lawn Doctor and now my yard is in great shape, everyone comments on how beautiful and green our grass is. These people are great to work with, they call or text ahead to let me know when they are coming to treat the lawn and when they are done they always touch base with me to let me know if I have problems or not I highly recommend them.

He will explain what is best for your lawn and if there is a problem, he will explain what the problem and how to fix it. He will always text to confirm your appointment. The company as a whole keeps good communication with me. They are professional and respond in a timely manner to telelphone calls, texts, emails. I am pleased with them thus far, and really appreciate Bobby. He is one of the main reasons I keep the services. My lawnperson did not know what to do to fix the grass where it was sunburned. Bobby got the job down and the grass look good. Now if we can just rid of these aggravating moles!

been fighting my bermuda lawn on my own for years when i finally broke down and contacted Lawn Doctor for assistance. the owner came out himself and took a look. i was expecting the usual spiel of gonna take alot of work or your gonna need our gold plan upsell kind of attitude. instead he suggested a simple core aeration, which he perfomred that visit, and plenty of water. well fast foward afew weeks and the grass is growing like it has a purpose in life! couldnt be more pleased with the professionalism or the results. would def recommend to anyone looking for an honest and effective lawn care specialist.

The lawn service itself is satisfactory. Treatments are timely and results are green if not entirely weed free. Office response has been lacking. When asked to enroll for online payment, I emailed for information about account privacy and personal/financial information security and havent received a response. More recently, I received notice that my account was unpaid. I responded with an email including dates of check mailing and clearing my bank and asked for an explanation. I got no response until I phoned and was only told my account was current but without explanation.

Lawn Doctor was our preferred vendor for 20 years while we were in MD. We were so pleased with our experience that we quickly sought Lawn Doctor when we relocated to another state. While our experience now is satisfactory, we will continue using them. They make every effort to meet our needs.

I found it odd how they can ring my doorbell, do the treatment, and place the invoice on my door in less that 10 minutes. Now, I do not have a large yard, but that seems a little too short. It takes me longer when I broadcast fertilizer.
