I called to have 1 or 2 lawn and trim services because of a recent surprise surgery. I’m out of commission for a month. They would not do it! Hard to believe. “We don’t do that”. She was very nice on the phone. I was hurting and really in need…very disappointed. Hoping to establish a relationship with someone so when I need extra help I could call.
Contacted them last yr and recvd a quote, was not ready to commit at that time. Contacted again & was to be here this morning between 9 & 10. No show and no call. Contacted later and was early than the appointed reset time. Professional and estimate to be provided tomorrow.
Guys did a great job, efficient, clean up awesome, and are punctual. I like a straight shooting business that does as they say they will, with a friendly demeanor as well. I am fairly new to the area, so when it came time to hire a Lawn Service I called around, checked out a few companies services that they provided. I was so happy to find Fisher. They are reasonably priced, friendly, professional staff, I am very satisfied with the quality of work they provide. They were on time from day one, and always polite, scheduling was easy. Grass clippings cleaned up, lawn is never dug up, flowers are healthy and beautiful. My gardens get the extra help for mulching, trimming bushes, and pretty much whatever else lawn/ yard related I have asked of them. Definitely worth the money, and they provide a great service. Check them out in your search for good lawn care company, I think you will be happy too.

Absolutely amazing experience! Quick responses to all our emails and calls, came out to give us a personal quote quickly and got us on the schedule! Eric and Tim did a fantastic job and the house looks unbelievable! Highly recommend and had a great experience!
Pros: - Responded quickly when I reached out for a quote - Got me on the schedule quickly when I accepted the quote Cons: - Pulled up a returning perinneal that I specifically pointed out to leave. When I called about it, I had to ask to be reimbursed. I requested $15 since that's what I paid for the plant and what it would cost to replace. They came back with $5 since there's a nursery in Tennessee that could sell me a bare root plant for that. I pointed out that the shipping alone was $10 bringing the price to $15 but never received a response to this point. - Mulched around a bucket that I had forgotten was in the plant bed instead of moving it to mulch (it was not heavy and obviously not a landscaping feature). - Did not lay down the landscaping fabric that was quoted in the estimate. A big factor in my accepting the quote was the value I thought I was getting - specifically regarding the inclusion of landscaping fabric which I had regretted not putting down previously. They did reimburse $75 for the cost of the fabric and inconvenience caused after I asked about it. This is about 8% of the total invoice. - While I was still raising concerns about the service provided, I received an email that the invoice was issued 6 days prior and if not paid, they would take legal action. - The site used for quotes and invoicing has a 4% surcharge OVER the invoice. I reached out to pay by check since I was reluctant to pay even more for a service I wasn't 100% happy with but I never received a response and eventually just paid through the site. All in all, I would not recommend this company. For the cost, I expected higher quality and better customer service and am disappointed in what I received.

I never write negative reviews but I think this deserves one . I signed up with a quote to find out months later I was being billed 30 extra dollars each service . During the winter they said they picked up leaves which meant they blew it all in a corner and left it in your yard . After I canceled and decided to let it go , I get an email that they are coming for service which I didn t sign up for .
I love how prompt they were with responding to my online request. I needed a property clean up and they were able to fit me in rather quickly. They were very professional and gave me a chance to view the yard before they left to make sure I was pleased with the results. Thank you so much!
I just moved to Lexington...I like to work in my yard, but this one will require some extra help. After talking with several lawn services, Fisher Residencial Lawn has scheduled regular lawn cuts, edging, blowing, etc going forward. They have also come to cut and trim several very tall bushes back to a nice shape and size. Everyone is very nice and eager to please...rates are reasonable...I feel I made a good choice with this company.
The only reason this company was lucky enough to get 1 star from me is because Tim actually returned my call and showed up for an estimate. Tim gave me an estimate for a monthly maintenance and also to remove some hedges, which was to be replaced with other shrubs. A day later I had changes I wanted to talk to him about and was told that he would have a quote to me in a week. He didnt and when I sent an email to him with some pictures, the company suddenly had no time for my project. I would have respected them a lot more had they told me this from the start, instead of wasting my time.

This company canceled a large project 2 days ahead after being scheduled for some time. They gave some lame excuse because they were not willing to change one small item on the quote. They canceled because they WOULD NOT send another estimate with that small change, when we had stopped getting quotes, counting on them doing the job. They will have some very good excuses, but the bottom line is that they just decided they did not want to follow through with what they had committed to do.. Very unreasonable, made it clear that they do not need the work Do not depend on this company! They will not mind making you wait, then just canceling on you last minute Responding to Holly s response: To clarify about the 48 hours cancellation by you - I met with you, since you had requested this, on the previous Saturday to talk about the dirt removal from the culvert(you had quoted $75 to unclog). You had had since Saturday (an additional 4 days above the 48 hrs) to just remove that particular small item if you desired. Instead, you canceled all the work 48 hrs ahead that we were counting on you to do. The quote was over $1,600, which I do not think is a small project. The back and forth you referred to was simply me trying to clarify a couple of items on the estimate for things we had requested, that you had not specified on the estimate. In reference to chasing payment , we had already gotten the information we needed from you to expedite your payment upon completion of the work. And to be clear, we would never be confident in your company to give you our annual service contract after this. I truly regret that this time has been wasted dealing with your company.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job on our backyard clean up. His quote was fair and everything was done in a timely manner. The backyard probably had about 3-4 inches of old gross pine straw and they hauled it all away! Great communication and job was finished in a great time frame! Would definitely use them for future landscaping needs!

Great service! Responds to service requests & concerns in a timely manner. He reminds me of scheduled service, I dont have to call him. All aspects of lawn maintenance are done with care, especially around our inground pool. Perceives what needs I may have and discusses options. I trust his service, costs, and have no reason to question his integrity. I, without reservation, recommend his service.
Fisher Residential Lawn services did an excellent job on my lawn & also trimmed all of my shrubs & edging. They show up on time, clean up debris. Payment is done online/or mail.. which is very convenient. Great team. :)
Over the course of three years we have used 5 lawn care companies before this one.They were all terminated because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail. Fisher services is very open to suggestions and works very hard to insure effective communications. No project is too big or too small. We communicate weekly and I find them personable and professional. Hire them and you won t be disappointed.
