The service is outstanding! I have been with ABC for about 20 years. My only complaint is that they don t give you a timeframe for when the Tech will show. Maybe they have nothing to do during the day and can just hang around all day! I know the Tech calls before heading our way but that doesn t give a timeframe. How hard is it to give your customers a timeframe.

At my moms home. They consistently show up, but it took me calling to book an appointment for the guy to tell me there was a water leak in the backyard. Wouldnt he have been seeing that for the past months? There was moss buildup on the brick and the water bugs have been coming in right in that area. Edit: ABC was supposed to address these issues but within a month has slipped back into mediocrity. We requested they enter our backyard and blow off our patio since we do not have grass. They did that one time and the last two times they have not even opened our backyard gate. Lazy work by a lazy company looking to profit off the busy people living in Flower Mound.

This was our first service from ABC. I called upon discovering a yellow jacket hive. Al Ward was our technician and he removed the hive, relocated the wood in the area and left the area spotless! The professional expertise was greatly appreciated. We will continue to use ABC for quarterly prevention.

Very dissatisfied. Hired them 2 months ago to spray for bugs and specifically mosquitoes and they have gotten substantially worse. They say they are coming and never show up. For $115 a month I can spray my own backyard. Horrible service.

It took three tries to get the mole removal done and we dont know yet it it has been done correctly. The tech seems to be lazy and has an excuse for everything. He needs to be replaced.

Any time we have an Ant or ANY type of insect problem, he will treat it that day even if its not time for our monthly / quarterly scheduled time. Aron D and his teams are absolute GEMS. In an industry that has a lot of crooks, ABC pest control isnt one of them. Aron took his time answering questions and doing everything he could to put our minds at rest after bringing home equipment from work that was infested with roaches. The staff at this company is knowledgeable, friendly, and ACTUALLY cares about the consumer. I called six different companies looking for flexibility/options and this was the only place I found it--everywhere else wanted to force me into an extended contract with tricky terms. ABC wasnt like that. Weve done our own pest control for years after having major issues with another company (Romex)--workers claiming to have done work that we witnessed not being completed via our security cameras, getting poison powder on toiletries, changing prices without notifying the customer, showing up at random times with no communication, etc. So I was really apprehensive working with another pest control company, since roaches are a bit out of our wheelhouse. ABC pest control provided everything we needed and more. I cant speak highly enough of this company.

We had them come out to give us a quote on the fence. Two guys, one manager and Im guessing the other the inspector. The inspector starts asking us who we use for our pest control pretty aggressively, which we did not appreciate at all since thats not what we called them for. Did not like how pushy he was but whatever. We give him some details but decide not to start service on that day. Few days go by, were looking to get quotes for termite treatment. We call ABC to see if we can get someone to come out for an inspection, and specifically tell them to send out someone thats not the same guy. The lady on the phone, Diane was really nice and says theyll be able to do that. This guy, the same pushy guy calls me up twice about the inquiry. Diane has no idea how he got that info. I ended up being on the phone with her again to schedule an inspection with someone named John Parsons. Nobody ends up coming out on the day of the appointment(8/13). I dont know whats going on there, but its clear we wont be using their service for anything.

We have used ABC for our lawn and pest control/mosquito. We have Al for pest control/mosquito. He is very friendly and always does an excellent job. We have been able to actually enjoy our backyard this summer because of his work getting rid of our mosquitos. Agustin does our lawn and does an excellent job! Always friendly and meticulous about edging, rotating our trampoline on the grass. Plus, he let us know of an issue with chinch bugs when we couldnt figure out why a portion of our grass was dying. Weve been very happy with ABC and the people they employ.

Carlos Magada did an amazing job. He came to spray our home since we found an American cockroach in our rental house. He reassured us that American roaches dont breed inside and cause infestations. He was very communicative about everything he did. He helped point out a termite tube on our house as well so that our owners could take care of the issues. Very thankful for the work he did. I will be sure to use ABC in the future for any needs.

The waterline broke and from start to finish they were very professional always found me someone to help with questions and let me know in people terms what we need to do without pressure of add-ons. Have been with ABC pest and lawn services for years. It used to be that when we had issues with pests, outside of quarterly treatments, they will have a person come out within reasonable time - same day usually to take care of the immediate issue. However last two times now I had sudden issues with ants in the kitchen, they did not have appt for 2+ days and there was no accommodations for someone to come out and do spot treatment - I requested prompt response because ants were coming in kitchen from outside and with proximity to food etc it just wasn t hygienic. Very disappointing that they don t have any slots available for somewhat urgent issues - like many doctors have same day slots available for sick visits!!! I guess after 20+ years with them, I will b looking for a company that can help me when it is needed.

Eric Swain is professional and explained how the services ABC provides work. When he was doing the inspection, a neighbors pig and kits got in the yard. He helped me contain them. I appreciate everything Eric did. I encourage everyone to use their services.

Over the last couple of months, I have been hearing noises in my attic early morning around 3:00am-6:00am and have had 3 Inspections from Pest Control Companies, 2 of which a thorough inspection was not done and 1 of which indicated I had rodents. The cost to remove the rodents seemed, substantially, high. I made mention of this to a friend at work who said to get a 2nd opinion and referred me to ABC Home & Commercial Services. I Googled the rating and noticed a 4.9 Stars so I decided to give them a try. An immediate appointment was set up for the next business day. A gentleman by the name of Adrian came out, completed a thorough inspection in my attic and around my home. There were no signs or activity of rodents at all. There were entry points around my home whereby something could be getting into my attic then leaving for the day (funny). Anywho, Adrian provided me the cost to seal these entry points and place metal cages on the vents on my roof and such along with Pest Control quarterly treatments. Integrity is everything to me and Adrian was so thorough and kind. The cost was reasonable and an appointment set up to move forward with the job. Kevin appeared at my home a few days later, IN THE RAIN, and although I knew the repair would not be done that day, he was committed enough to come by to take a look anyway around my house and in the attic. I was impressed with his kindness and commitment to make certain I was taken care of. We had a great conversation and I giggled the entire time. We set another appointment and Kevin arrived yesterday, promptly, and completed the job. His professionalism was amazing, his willingness to answer ALL of my questions gave me a sense of calm. He set traps in my attic as well as a just in case and will be back at the week s end to make sure everything is fine. I now can sleep in peace at night because of these sweet young men, Adrian and Kevin, AND ABC whose integrity is number 1 !!! If you have small animals in the attic, ABC Home & Commercial is the best! James Parsons in sales did a good inspection, and Nathan Foley has been doing a very thorough job. These guys provide the best service a customer can expect. The quality is high and their prices are very reasonable so I will not be choosing anyone else anymore. I had some work done in my yard so I submitted my mini projects to ABC and they provided me an estimate on time. On the day when work was scheduled to be done, first, I received a message with the photo of the person who was going to work in the yard. Then the guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, understood the requirements and finished the work in time. Mario did the first project and Jesus did the second one. Both had great crew and they did great work. Definitely going back to ABC to get more work done in the future.

Since using ABC the first time and then signing up for the quarterly service plan we have not seen a single pest inside the house. The technicians are very professional, courteous, informative and mindful of property and pets!!

ABC goes above and beyond. They are prompt, keep me well informed, and great employees.

They did not finish the work. Almost 2 years later it is still unfinished. They avoided returning my calls and texts to the job supervisor overseeing the installation. When approached about it his response was that he gave me a discount. Implying that this was his reason for not finishing the work he contracted to perform. ABC contracted to do the work for the price they asked for. They were paid promptly after the installation but never reached out in the subsequent 2 years to be professional and finish the job. This happened in Nottingham Woods neighborhood on Idiots Hill. The job supervisor lives in that neighborhood. It is shameful to handle your business that way but to steal from your customers in the community in which you reside in unforgivable. I will never employ this company again. I recommend you use a different contractor.

JR always is friendly and personable. He is thorough in his inspections and treatments if needed. He calls ahead to let us know he is on the way. We receive notice several days ahead from the company and then we hear directly from JR. He takes note of any concerns and explains what he is doing. We appreciate knowing our technician on a regular basis.

Now, my house seems rodent free. I have not seen or heard anything in several days now. Tan is coming out for another follow-up to ensure things are under control.

The company is great until you have a problem with them. I have asked to speak to a manager twice and each time they just wait a couple of weeks and have someone else call me to put me on the schedule. Management does not handle issues with the tech that come out to service the house.
