Chad and his crew are amazing to work with! They actually respond to texts, emails, and calls. They actually let you know when they are on the way and arrive when they said they would. If you have worked with other sprinkler companies then you know how rare this is! Besides great service, Chad is just a nice guy. He takes the time to explain any work that needs done, how to monitor your system if you have the app, and has even walked me through step by step (over the phone) how to make changes on my system. We have also used TLC for tree trimming and very pleased with the work and the cleanup. I highly recommend TLC Landscape.

Affordable irrigation and sprinkler repair, evaluation, and adjustments - including valve replacements. Figured out exactly what we needed and did the work for a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Chad. We contacted him for an inspection of our sprinkler system and to diagnose any needed repairs so we can get that up and running. From first contact, he was responsive and communicative of when he would be at our home, and arrived promptly when he said he would (a rarity these days, it seems). After talking to us and learning about some plumbing issues we had recently, he read our water meter and determined we still have a plumbing leak somewhere in the house. Rather than proceed with the sprinkler system inspection we had requested, he told us that with the plumbing leak we could get a false diagnostic of issues with the system, and recommended we get the plumbing issues corrected first and then he would come back and do the inspection when we would get more accurate results. Chad spent about 40 minutes with us today and received nothing in return - except new long-time customers in us. It is hard to find good, honest, dependable people and companies, but we have found one in TLC. We are grateful and look forward to working with Chad and his team in the future!
Be warned! This company is not what it initially appears. This is my front yard after TLC landscaped it. Not exactly like the pictures of lawns they had supposedly done looked. They were quick to get back to me and bill me, but once everything was done and I wanted them to address the following, they had other priorities. 1. little mulch put down-actually all disintegrated (thus the weeds) 2. tree installed-died 3. sprinkler head missing 4. sprinkler missing parts of lawn 5. water bill doubled After a month of trying to get them to come out they said they would come out, but they would charge me to come add a sprinkler head. I concluded Chad is more of a slick salesman than a landscaper.
I was looking for a company to come and install a new sprinkler control for me. Along with doing that they also replaced several heads and analyzed my system to make sure I was getting the right coverage everywhere. Sean came out to get my system tuned up with the new controller. Everything is working great! My grass is coming back in my backyard where the sprinkler coverage was not good. And recently one of my sprinkler heads broke and Sean came back and replaced that for me. I am very happy that I found this company. Everyone from the front office to the field people are great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
From my first call to them, TLC kept in touch with me through tje whole process of fixing my leak and getting my water back on. By email and text, I was always kept abreast of the status and estimated time to completion of the project. Came out and were able to repair it the same day! Estimate and billing was handled completely online also. Would definitely recommend- price was reasonable as well- educator discount!

i dont recommend anyone use this company for anything i had standing water in my backyard the owner of the company came over with his brother installed some colorful flags and told me that i have a pipe leak and gave me a quote for what the repair work will cost me they did absolutely no work, just stated the obvious and i had to pay for their visit avoid contractors who charge for visiting i dont recommend anyone use this company for anything

Chad and his crew are true professional. Initially was very responsive and quick to diagnose the issue. When the issue worsened he sent over and emergency crew to fix the issue quickly and gave us different solutions to out problem. Would highly recommend TLC if you are in need of an honest and professional irrigation repair.

Chad to the rescue! One of our 20+ year-old valves decided to stick in the open position. Luckily, Chad was nearby, and was literally pulling up to my house within minutes. He had parts on the truck and had me all patched up right away. TLC The Landscape Company has my business and my gratitude!

I am glad that I turned to them three years ago to address several problems in our back yard. They built a drainage system and did everything the best way possible. This spring, a sprinkle system broke down in our front yard. Again, Chad and his team did a great job and replaced a faulty 4 Port Manifold Valve quickly. We rely on this team every year!
I highly recommend Chad and his crew. They overhauled my sprinkler system last spring and did a great job. I just had them come out to adjust some heads due to new gardens I built obstructing them. Very responsive, friendly, courteous, professional and do quality work and very reasonable prices.

Called at 550pm and Shan showed up at the house within 20 minutes. He started working on the problem right away, broken sprinkler valve box. And while he initially couldnt fix it, his brother Chad showed up and together they came up with a solution to fix it. They stayed for hours and well into the night, working with flashlights, got it repaired. Cost for the work and time was very reasonable. Before you call anyone for work around the yard, sprinklers etc., give the Landscape Company a call, you wont regret it.
Went almost double over the estimate. Billed for work that they did not properly disclose. They did not fix my problems. Hired another company and they fixed the issue and discovered another problem that this company did not properly diagnose.
I can t say enough good things about these people! They are quick to respond to your request, have great pricing & understand budgeting vs big goals on yard work, and are quick & efficient with their work! After this last storm we had half our tree fall against our house & the same day I called they had it trimmed up & off our house even though they already had a full day booked! Am happy to continue to do business with them.
They provided me with a same morning appointment and educated me about the cause of my system failure. My repair was also completed the same day. The owner is very personable and professional. I will definitely use this service again and will refer to my friends and family.
