During, my service of the lawn, the service attendant got his hose got caught on my grill and the grill fellover. It was a blackstone causing the shelf to pop off and slide back. One of the wheels is bent and damaged. I also had to repair the shelf and lid. I will give the attendant this, he did call me and advised me that he did knock it over.

Update due to response below; You absolutely do NOT care about my feedback or resolving this issue because I emailed you on 9/27 and have yet to receive any kind of response! I also disputed the charge on my credit card- no response. You sure could email me multiple times to put blame on me, the customer, for your incompetence but the minute I send you proof of your mistake, silence. Weedex has some kind management/system issue and extremely poor customer service! I received a past due statement from Weedex July 2024 for two treatments in Oct. and Dec. 2023. My account was on auto pay so I replied that I dont understand why I owe these. I got a reply back that it was a mistake and that I do not owe anything. I also had a zero balance when I logged in. Now at the end of September, I get the same statement saying I still owe it. I was told that I got it mixed up with my other property. I called and their customer service manger Nicole was so rude! She insisted that I was lying about the email when I had forwarded it to her and was looking right at it! I told her I was not paying it and I needed to look through my records. She charged my card anyway and I did not authorize it! I noticed at least 3 other bad reviews around July for the same issues so it seems Im not the only one they are doing this to! I was with them for 2 years and had also used them at other properties - seems like they dont care to lose customers.

After he finished treating the yards, Shaun actually took the time to brief us on our lawns current condition and provided us with very useful tips on how we can properly maintain our lawn during the dormant period, to line us up for a healthy lawn come next spring. Consistent and reliable service and attention to detail.

I do not recommend WeedEx!! Apparently spot treatment is the same price as a full application. Paid for the entire year of services up front. During my last service, the tech sprayed less than a quarter of my yard but I am still charged as a full application. Upon speaking with the manager, he explained that St. Augustine does not require the full 8 applications and cannot be treated as other types of grasses. If that is the case, then design a treatment plan according to the type of grass a customer has and do not recommend the 8 applications. You wouldnt go to a restaurant and pay full price for a burger only to receive a bun and then expect the customer to be please with the service. So I just called to ask the receptionist to take me off the auto-renewal for the upcoming 2025 year since I will not be a returning customer and she said, were telling everyone to call back in December, we do not have a way to cancel auto renewals in our system until December.
