Heath and Matt dropped by today. After a long day working Heath still had a smile on his face and took a lot of time to explain our next steps with my lawn transition following irrigation install. I am so grateful to have someone like Heath and a company such as Ryno. They just lift your spirits and work with you no matter how large the job and process. My lawn is over 25 yrs. So, I basically needed to renovate and redo all of the sod. Its a big job. Heres my review from a few years ago. Bottomline, this company will treat your lawn like their own and you will feel like they are family watching out for your asset. Owner, Staff and Crews are all top notch consummate professionals. I have been customer since this business started service in metroplex. They have the highest standards and really care about job done. Highly recommend. You won t regret.

Great company! Have used them for years and they are always responsive, kind, and timely. If there is ever a rain delay they always communicate and return to normal schedule asap.

I received quote and started lawn care services with company. A month into service I received notification that my yard was bigger than they originally estimated by the software that they use and that my price was going up over $80 per month. The fault lies with company and they should have honored their original contract pricing. They tried to offer 10% discount but not enough to account for their mistake.

I called today about a random $41 charge to my bank account. Keep in mind they already deducted my normal monthly billing if $151. The CSR on the phone offered NO explanation other than it was a mistake . DUH. She has to pass this to accounting and I have to wait several days to receive my money back that they helped themselves to by mistake. No interest, no promise it will never happen again. Find yourself a service that keeps better records in accounting and doesn t try to sneak money out of your checking account. They probably would have kept my money if I didn t call. Feels like fraud to me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT: I am changing my stars from 1 to 3 as an accountant from Ryno Lawn Care did call the next with a very thorough explanation of the mistake and a refund to my account. They also refunded my standard July billing was was unnecessary. Im glad to share with anyone reading that they did acknowledge and correct their accounting mistake. Although it felt fraudulent at the time because the CSR was unable to explain the circumstances, it was not. I did suggest some service 101 training for folks answering the phones. The owner Ryan also contacted me, and said he thought my review would be considered slander. I didnt go to law school but I think that requires a falsehood. He gaslight me and instructed me to do the right thing to remove this post (TWICE) and not got back and forth with him online. He called me entitled and slung a few other insults where he could fit it in. Im assuming he is young since he is still in the name calling phase of life. I wish him all the best with his lawn business and future endeavors.

This is a good lawn care company. They have several crew members working on all the different areas of your lawn when they come by so that they can get in and out within 10 minutes. If any issues occur, they usually handle it without any problems.

Been using these folks for almost a year and have tried most of their services. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and if you push back on their work they do not compromise. I would recommend anyone else, the value is just not there for this company. Communication is bad, and the staff is not friendly. This company charges by the hour so there is no sense of urgency.

This company is fantastic. I live in south KC which is covered with leaves each fall and Ryan always does a great job. He is very professional, detailed and timely. I highly recommend Ryno Lawn Care for anyjob you need done!

I ve been a customer of Ryno Lawn care for the past 3 years and I must say they have been the most professional and punctual company I ve worked with.

We used Ryno for sod installation after putting in a pool. Unfortunately, I do not know our foreman s name, but he was great! The crew did a great job, and we could not be happier. My only negative would be that they underestimated how much sod we needed, and I never got to meet someone on site to go over the project before beginning; everything was communicated through email. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would use them again.

Heath did a great job planning our project and he is super friendly. Rynos crew is phenomenal! We had new sod installed and had them build stone borders around our trees and flowerbed. It looks flawless. They are very hard workers!! Its obvious they care about the quality of their work. We are very impressed and glad we found you guys. Thank you so much!!

The backyard sod was replaced and the back tard looks worse 5 months later. They I asked to skip a week of mowing - since the grass is not growing and they REFUSE to credit for not mowing!

They never called back so cannot comment on service or experience. Response to response from owner: I had called twice on the phone number listed on google maps and also left voicemail. Not sure why message was never even received and how many others face similar issues. To be considerate, I gave 3 star(average) review, which seems fair.

Easy process had my first visit a few weeks back the technician introduced himself and let me know what he was applying then I received a follow up email with more details and lawncare instructions im due for 7 more treatments so lets see what happens.

Ryno Lawn Care recently did a spring clean up on my lawn in McKinney, TX. They blew away my expectations! They mowed, weedeated, edged, hedged all the bushes, trimmed the trees, got the weeds out of the flowerbeds, and put down fertilizer. They did an excellent job. Everything looks so beautiful! They were so nice too. If you are looking for a quality landscaping company in the DFW area I highly recommend using Ryno Lawn Care.

I had initially only wanted a yard clean up, but they dont offer the one time service so I added on the 8-week mowing service. So happy with their work that that minor annoyance means nothing now. The crew did an amazing job on the clean up and they do an incredible job on the yard. They even skimmed our pool of all the things that blew in while they were working. Not only did they make the yard and bedding look incredible, they did it in an incredibly professional manner. My only regret is that I bought all of my yard equipment cause Im sold on keeping Ryno as my service. Amazing work!

Consistent and professional service and account setup. I m not a fan of the 8-mow min. but the price is competitive and they do a decent job.

They mow my neighbors house and blow grass all over my driveway and landscaping every time and don t bother to clean it up. Not quality or respectful to other people s property.

This company has exceeded my expectations with everything from fantastic pricing for quality service to informational lawn/landscape guidance reminders via email. They communicate very well with what will be happening in the coming weeks and their workers go over and above what I expected when I signed up for regular lawn care. I employed them this past holiday season to install and remove Christmas lights as well. They were very diligent in respecting my property. Excellent service and quality. Ryan and Heath did a great job with the new sod installation. I used another local landscape company in Lantana, TX to install my front yard with sod and was greatly disappointed. Unlike Ryno, they didnt till the dirt and didnt roll the sod. And they covered very noticeable drains. Ryno not only did a professional install, they adjusted and tested the sprinklers to ensure proper coverage and they cleaned up after the job to look like new!! Will definitely use them again and I wish I would have used them for the front yard.

Not only do they not answer the phone when you call but they will over-charge you based on the quotes that they provide you with to earn your business and then are incredibly poor at communicating and resolving issues. Additionally, they seem to have forgotten that it is the 21st century and are incapable of letting you know when they are coming and rather provide you with a 48 hour window in which youre expected to leave your gates unlocked so they can come at their leisure. Dont expect any professional courtesy or customer service from these folks, and certainly dont expect to have your phone calls answered/returned.

I have been with Ryno Lawn Care for a few years now. Before them I was using various one-man businesses to take care of my lawn (never on-time, skipping days, payment problems). Since employing Ryno Lawn Care I do not have to worry about chasing them or about payments. They are always coming on the same weekday (weather permitting), grass looks good and my lot is cleaned up afterwards. No problem with CC payments, communication or custom requests. Recommended!

100% great experience with Ryno Lawn Care from the first contact on! We requested a bid and they came out within a day or two and provided a complete and professional bid. They scheduled the job and had the entire front and back yard completely resodded within about four hours. This included removing existing grass and completely tilling the ground and laying topsoil. The entire operation worked together like a well-oiled machine...we were home at the time and it was impressive to watch them work and to see the transformation of our yard. It looks amazing! They also sent many informative emails for lawncare including the watering schedule and suggested fertilization. Weve already referred them to two other people including our neighbor so the property values in our neighborhood just went up! On a 1-5 scale, Ryno Lawn Care is a 5+.

Although my lawn had been cut weekly, I hadnt treated for weeds for a few years. The hedges were terribly overgrown & the landscape around my pool was loaded with weeds. I contacted Ryno Lawn Care & talked to Kristi who was very friendly. I explained that I needed extensive work done & was sent an estimate that was about half what I expected! On the day the work was being done, I was not at home. When I drove up to my home, I was shocked at how wonderful my front yard looked! I was stunned when I saw the backyard - all the hedges were cut to the perfect height & shaped beautifully. My crepe myrtles were cut back just right & a dead hedge between them removed. My entire yard is now gorgeous! I have Ryno Lawn Care mow my yard weekly & routinely treat for weeds & use fertilizer. It has been a month & my grass has never looked better!

Im very satisfied with the sod project Ryno did. Firstly the quality of the sod was top notch and fresh when delivered. Then I appreciated that there was a big crew on the job not just two or three guys. The crew did a great job and were very friendly and accommodating with my requests. Then big kudos to Rick and Ryan for always answering my questions and easing my mind. I can surely be a tough customer at times, especially with a prior sod job gone bad, and they were always prompt, professional and helpful. I was a Ryno Customer for 3 years and the first year was ok. After we got past the first year, they started contracting my lawn to another company and everything went down hill. It seemed every week I was having to send another email saying they didnt finish my yard. After countless efforts to tell them that our backyard gate was either unlocked, or they could ring the doorbell to get in the back, I spent 10 minutes on one of the most unprofessional phone conversations of my life. It sounded like a kid on the other end of the line but maybe it was an adult, the lack of maturity shocked me. Their reasoning for not mowing the back was that they have to go do alot of yards and (*essentially) dont have time to ring door bells. They told me to get a combination lock to give to 4 random contracted men, or to leave the gate unlocked. We dont feel comfortable leaving the gate unlocked because my wife and daughter are there, so his response was gates and locks dont keep people out of your home. Touche my friend. Most unprofessional and worst company I have ever had to deal with. Also, this is my very first review and never thought I would have a company prompt me so much to write one. Cannot stress enough that this company was a nightmare from day one (I was the last of 4 neighbors to drop them) but I also just got quoted cheaper by a new company. Thank you.

The best commercial lawn care weve ever had. Prices are very competitive and options are many as far as tree trimming b and care, beds, etc. Also have a landscape design option, though not familiar with that one. Highly recommend.

I recently moved into a house whose lawn was completely neglected by the previous owner. As a result, the entire front yard was nothing but dirt and weeds. I contacted Ryno about sod installation and they promptly came out, made measurements and provided me with a quote. Their prices were a little below what I had expected, so i hired them for the install. They worked with me on scheduling because I was going out of town and they showed up early in the morning on the agreed date. The crew worked quickly and accurately. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and I had a beautiful new lawn! Working with Ryno was a breeze. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and quick to respond to any questions. As such, I have signed up for their turf fertilization program because I am confident that they will continue to do great work! I HIGHLY recommend this service.

I called and got a quote and told them I was ready to sign up. They sent me the info and I made an account online and payed and then followed up with an email with the day I wanted them to start weekly service and approval for an aeration service. I got a reply that it was booked. I waited a week for my weekly mow and nothing. I get a voicemail on the day service is supposed to be performed saying they didnt service my area after all and wouldnt be coming. What a waste of time!

Great company to work with! Strong communication with customers. Very fair and reasonable prices. We will definitely continue doing business with them!!! We have them do a shrub trim, flower bed clean up and removal of any unwanted plants once a year and they clean everything up and they don t hack at the plants. Everything looks great when they re done and so neat and the plants still look healthy!

Have also used them for trimming bushes and weeding, mulch in my flower beds. They are reliable and can be depended upon to show up on the day of service. If weather prevents then they will come the following day. Would not use any other service.

We have been using Ryno Lawn Care for about 2 years now and we love them! They are always on time (unless weather is an issue at which you will be notified of the change) and are quick. Plus they clean up! I love the automated billing and being able to suspend my service over the winter and have their Auto Start up program in the spring. One thing less to worry about and they always are prompt at responding to my email inquires. They also offer a variety of services and have used a couple of them. Overall a great lawn company to have working with you.

We decided, rather last minute, that we would like to put holiday lighting on our house this year. I googled possible companies in the area that do this type of work and sent out inquiries accordingly. Ryno Lawn Care was not only prompt in their responsiveness to the inquiry, but once we agreed to go with them, it was within days, that they were set up to install the lighting on our home. And very responsive to all e-mails sent during the process! Would highly recommend!

The guys came out after just a couple days after signing up for weekly service. I was surprised how quickly they tackled my yard! They may have been fast but they were certainly thorough. Work was okay, but not spectacular. Asked about a military discount, and they insulted me with a 1.6% discount. In other words $25 off of a $1,510 bill. If youre military, go with someone else who appreciates the military.

Unfortunately, the website requires an address to submit a quote and it doesn t recognize my address (new construction 18 months ago) and won t let me move forward. Weve been using Ryno Lawn Care for a little over a year now. For the most part, Ive never even had to think about our landscaping, they show up like clockwork every week and get the job done quickly. On the few occasions where Ive had to note something that was incomplete or had a question, Ryan has always been quick to personally call me back and, in the case of unfinished work, had someone sent out the next day to finish the job. Looking around the neighborhood, you can tell the quality of service the other houses are getting... our house looks great!

Started using Ryno Lawn Care this spring when our former lawn service company suddenly quadrupled their prices! Honestly these guys are as good if not better than the other group at half the price. They are reliable, and reasonable and great to work with. I have hired them for weekly mowing, seasonal bed and hedge clean up as well as irrigation check and repair and have been really pleased with every service they have provided. So glad I switched over to Ryno!

Tremendous customer service! Got me estimates on everything I asked for and also provided detailed descriptions of each process. I had new zoysia sod installed in my front yard along with a ton of mulch for my surrounding flower beds. They did an amazing job and my neighbors are commenting how well it looks everyday! I also signed up for the fertilization treatment plan to get my warranty on the lawn which is perfect since the last time I had sod installed in this area by someone else it died within a year and I did everything they told me to do....Thanks for your great work Ryno!

Ive been using Ryno Lawn Care for over two years now. They do a great job with my lawn and gardens. Recently I contacted them to have my bushes trimmed in the front of the house. I received a very reasonable estimate quickly, and scheduled the service. They trimmed all the bushes back and left no trace of limbs or leaves. My front yard looks awesome!

To reply to the response I tried calling for months and it would just ring forever, so there was no way to leave a voicemail. Anytime I could I did. These people are manipulative and they divert the blame onto anyone else but themselves, I am not the only one that has written a review saying this. UPDATE- After seeing this review, Ryan, the owner called me 5 times in a row while I was on the other line, when I answered he was extremely rude and said they called over and over because they were worried it was an emergency since I had called several times and left a voicemail. That was a lie, because he then went on to say he got my voicemail (which was me asking for the service to be canceled) and appreciates the review and will be responding to it and my account has been canceled (finally, after months of attempts to do this) so he was obviously trying to be a nuisance (how professional) if I would have known all I had to do to get them to respond was to write a review I would have a long time ago. He was so rude, and unprofessional, I literally couldn t even believe it. Especially since I had been so patient and nice with this situation for months, finally after months of trying to get ahold of them, I write this review, and they are rude to me? Worst customer service every, save your money, and your time and go with literally anyone else. He said the reason they are not able to respond today is because they were training, but today is not the first time I ve had this issue, it has been an issue from the start, he also said this happened because they are always busy and on the phone. I hope they find a way to get some help with their customer service, answering phones, responding to voicemails and emails so customers don t have this problem anymore! Literally impossible to get ahold of, which is very frustrating. When I first signed up they said I could change my services on their website, but it says on their website in order to do that you have to call them to get a login, but that s impossible because they don t answer the phone or return voicemails, or emails! I havent needed my lawn mowed anymore and haven t been able to get ahold of them. I have tried emailing, with no response and also calling and no answer, it either just rings forever or I can sometimes get through to a voicemail, but no response to those either. If you have no reason to get ahold of them they do a great job. I just don t feel it s right to not be reachable, as a company that shouldn t be an issue for their paying customers to get ahold of them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible lawn care service. After 5 weeks of no trimming and weed whacking being done I discontinued the service. Their office staff are extremely courteous and try to be helpful, but there is a serious disconnect with the crews that come out. I had trimming from the grass left all over my back patio and driveway. The last week was the last straw with it being apparent that nobody actually did any work of any sort and the same issues were still there. Weather was great so there was no excuse for not being able to mow because of the weather. Their reviews online were great, and people in my HOA seemed happy with them, but for whatever the reason the last 5 weeks that Ive had service have been nothing less than the worst lawn care Ive ever had in more than 30 years. I also requested a bid for having new sod put in the front and back of my house, and they gave me a padded bid that was for the entire backyard being sodded, except more than half of my backyard is a patio and would not need side. They were supposed to get me a second bid that would be more accurate and after 5 weeks Ive never received that either. Again they are courteous and say they will make it right or better but never deliver.

Ryno is a great company. I wish there were more businesses like them. When I inquired about their services, Ryan was extremely quick to get back to me and was great to deal with. He got me a quote very fast and was very detailed - I knew exactly what the service(s) would cost and and the price for each was reasonable. Their auto payment setup was super easy as well. And they had me in their rotation in a matter of days. But it really comes down to the quality of work and Ryno is, hands down, THE BEST lawn service I ve ever used. Ryno blew me away the other day when I came home to find that they had cleaned my yard of leaves. It was a pleasant surprise because I had recently had surgery and couldnt get out to rake up the leaves--there were huge piles of them, as my driveway is at the bend in our alley so leaves from 20 yards are funneled into mine. My yard was immaculate and everything was bagged at the curb. Then today I happened to drive home while Ryno was here. The Ryno guy saw leaves in my garage and asked if he could blow them out. I watched as he carefully swept my entire garage, then waved and disappeared back to blow the rest of the yard. How cool is that?!

I am a new Ryno customer as of June this year. I have been very impressed not only with the way my yard looks (weekly mowing), but with the level of professionalism shown to Ryno customers. We receive emails with helpful tips such as watering restrictions and if weather is going to delay mows, when to expect completion. I have been home a few times when the guys have come and mowed and the best way to describe it is a well oiled machine. They guys are very precise, which I appreciate, and Im amazed how speedy does not impact quality. I have been very impressed with the services so far and would definitely recommend to others.
