We are very happy with Splendid Gardens. They designed our grass-free front and backyard. Elizabeth chose beautiful trees, shrubs, and ground covering, and they look fantastic! For maintenance, the team is always on time, and their work is thorough. Elizabeth always responds to our questions about watering, drought conditions, etc.

We have been customers of Splendid Gardens since their inaugural year. Elizabeth and her crews are fantastic! Their design work is beautiful- they have designed and installed landscapes and hardscapes in two homes for us over the years. We had Splendid Gardens do several projects for us this spring including removing a few trees, sodding some areas of the yard, planting flowers and bushes in our landscaping, etc. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. The crews came when they said they would, worked efficiently and we were given great care instructions for the work they performed to make sure we were able to keep everything alive during the first couple touch and go weeks. We will definitely use them again for our landscaping needs.

I had a list of things I needed the landscape team to do in my yard to clean it up for the spring. Not realizing they were here working, I went out front to tell them. The flowers were already planted, and EVERYTHING was trimmed and dead plants from the freeze were removed. Splendid Gardens joined us in April of 2022. Elizabeth designed a new bed and her team came in and did a meticulous job installing. Her designs came to us via email so we could see in photos what the end result would be. Great way to give you vision of a project. In May they came and installed caladiums in our front beds for us. The caladiums show was marvelous in June and has re-bloomed for a great show again this September. We have also established a monthly bed maintenance program where they will weed, trim and fertilize. So pleased with the work done by Splendid Gardens! They removed and installed new Zoysia sod in my backyard, extended my 10 x 10 patio by putting in 2 rows of concrete pavers & decomposed granite, providing a much larger space. Splendid Garden has been doing our landscape design and maintenance at two properties for the past 4-5 years. Elizabeth s firm has been doing our landscaping and lawn and garden maintenance for about 10 years. A couple times a year, Elizabeth meets with me to discuss bigger projects to be done and new landscape ideas. I rely heavily on her advice. Her crew has installed new beds, moved and repaired sprinkler system components, trimmed and pruned, planted annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees, and created fall pumpkin displays. The crews have been reliable fulfilling their work. They created an attractive flagstone walkway that made a muddy mess into a welcoming landscape feature. I was especially grateful for Splendid Gardens when the tornado came through our neighborhood. Early the morning after, she contacted me and by that afternoon, her crew had finished the clean up. Splendid Landscape Designs did an awesome job with our front and back yard landscaping!

We have used Splendid Gardens for the past 4 years! Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and knows what will work best for your yard. We have the same weekly crew for our yard maintenance. They are very professional and show up each week at the same time. They cut our lawn, edge, plant our seasonal flowers, add mulch when needed, trim bushes/trees, fertilize, etc. to make our yard look nice year round. They also install our Christmas lights during the holiday season. I would definitely recommend Splendid Gardens for any lawn/landscaping needs!

I first met with Splendid Gardens when I decided to redo my backyard landscaping. From the first time I met with Elizabeth, I knew I had the right person to transform my yard. She was patient, listened to everything I said, and was very collaborative about coming up with a design. When she came back to me with drawings, it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Splendid Gardens have been doing my lawn service for about 10 years and i am extremely satisfied with their work. They go beyond just mowing and edging - they check the irrigation, replace broken sprinkler heads, make adjustments, fertilize, dead head plants, prune, etc. They have done several installations for me as well which i have always been so happy with. Prior to an installation, there is a consultation with Elizabeth (owner) and she takes pics of your yard where there plantings will take place, and renders what it will look like following her suggestions, using computer software. I love being able to see what it will look like beforehand without having to just imagine it. I highly recommend Splendid Gardens for both weekly maintenance and one off installations!

I was recommended to Elizabeth via a good and trusted friend. I set an appointment and she came out and took a look at my project. She was very friendly and I was looking forward to seeing what she had in mind for my entire backyard and some of my front flowerbeds. I waited a week and a half for an estimate and design that she said I would have in just a few days. Upon not receiving anything I reached out three separate times over a three day period before I received a response. The response gave no apology or explanation as to why her design and response was so tardy only that she would send something the following day. I emailed her back and said not to bother because of her lack of responsiveness. I did not want that kind of experience during the installation. I don t think she even read that email because the next day I received her design and estimate which looked like she had thrown together in about 10 minutes just to get it off of her plate. She may do great work if you can get her to respond and get her to your property but that was not my experience.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Splendid Gardens! She designed our front beds which were challenging due to different sun needs on each side. Turned out exceptional and the plants are so happy. Splendid has performed tree pruning, the installation of a beautiful mature tree and a smaller Rose of Sharon that we love! They updated our pots. Redid the stone walkway in the back yard too. The owner was professional and did what she said. She showed up with the crew and followed up on them to ensure they did it exactly as the design. We have been clients of Splendid Gardens for 7 splendid years. As the years have passed we have come to feel as though Elizabeth and all of her team are friends who come to visit ,and while they are here ,just happen to make our landscape beautiful. The team arrives like clockwork each week. Each man is detailed oriented and they all work in tandem. They always report to Elizabeth when they notice a anything that needs attention.
