Thank you for the quick service and beautiful work you did to make my house a home I am proud of. I was treated like family and charged a very reasonable price. I cannot thank you enough. Great company. Great people.

They were so good in previous years, but this year, I prepaid for services and they didn't complete the work. No communication as to why. I had to message over and over just to get a response. After two months without a mow and requesting a refund repeatedly, they finally returned the money. But my lawn is now an overgrown horror show. I am so disappointed.

Good all American folks there to help you with your yard care

This review is based off of two emails worth of communication. I contacted them to do snow removal in my driveway, as I am not currently in state and need access to the house for the oil company. I was contacted by email inquiring about the last time it was maintained, I only closed on this house a month ago and have no record of when it would have been previously plowed. A very abrupt email response to me providing this information was, "I cannot help you." No explanation, no solutions offered, no attempt to even see the property before deciding this project wasn't worthwhile. With this new purchase, we plan to do a lot of work on the property come spring. Lucky for On Point Landscaping in Durham - who was able to accomplish this request within two hours - they have now earned loyal business that could have otherwise gone to Watson Lawn Care. This has been my only disappointing communication trying to maintain my new home from across the country.
