We had a great experience working with Jason and his crew. Jason was one of the most honest and genuine people I’ve interacted with. He came through and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and checked in with us post completion. Would highly recommend for his timeliness and ability to follow through exactly as promised. A+ experience!!!

Last year 2023 we purchased 5 yards of top soil. 20 bags of mulch 3 plants and brick to build a garden wall. My husband call about the dirt on how much big boulders of stone and how the top soil was just awful. It took 4 times for the management to call back, they refused to do anything. Well, we used the top soil to plant the bushes we bought from them and they all died. They were planted correctly of course. So I called this year and because they are not selling bushes they won’t do anything about it. We have spent a lot of money through the years at A-1 they are not a company that stands by their products and certainly don’t care about customers. I’m truly not writing this to attack the company I’m writing this so you who are reading this know they aren’t a company you should deal with. We all work hard for our money and they should appreciate that.

Ordered 4 yards topsoil. Excellent soil, service and excellent customer service. Bought flowers, beautiful.

Second time in a few years that I've had them deliver mulch. Price is reasonable, mulch the finely ground kind, and service was excellent.

Called for bulk much and they delivered the next day no fuss. They were pleasant to deal with over the phone and very professional.

In regards to the other post made by a Stephanie Wills that was not me. I am from Ransomville, NY and I have received services from A-1 but I have always had a great experience with A-1 Land Care. I ordered top soil from them and it was beautiful. I never ordered or received stone. I also order Christmas wreaths from them and they are always gorgeous. As a company they have always been accommodating and have given me great customer service.

Delivered product was not comparable to what was displayed in the store. (Ordered #2 stone, received majority fine crushed and dirt) When called and expressed concerns, manager was very rude and disrespectful. Said you will get anything from fine crush to 2"(again not what was in store) and no returns on delivery.
