At Patrick s suggestion, to help our distressed lawn Lawn Squad aerated and over seeded this week, which was great. What was a surprise was the next day, coming back from an errand, I found Patrick and another guy holding buckets of seed and filling in even more in the thin spots. I was only expecting the basic service, so this was going the extra step and I really appreciate it.

Will be 4 weeks late in providing lawn aeration. Its an issue because it set my overseeding project back by 1 month (and run the risk of the overseed not taking). This was my first (and now last) experience with Lawn Squad.

They came out to put the chemicals on my yard, I had some pretty serious issues with the yard. They didnt leave any form or information describing what they saw. For two weeks Ive been trying to get a hold of them with no response. Assuming I have the right number, and now I get this, random request to rate their service

Nevin is a very professional, courteous, and thorough person. Takes his job seriously, and does a great job. Explains the process for the day, answers any questions I have, cleans up after completion.

Lawn treatment was fine. However, I have repeatedly requested that the technician call or text before he arrives so that I can secure my dog. Treatment #4 today and I still havent received a call or text ahead of time.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, and personally helped to take care of a patch of weeds that cropped up out front after the initial appointment. He also walked the perimeter just to ensure nothing was missed. Thank you!

I had put some grass seed down in bare patches and without asking, Nevin made sure to avoid spraying weed killer in those parts of the lawn when he treated our lawn this spring. In addition, said he would apply fertilizer to those areas the next time he comes back

I just started using Lawn Squad last month. I have used lawn services in the past and find that Lawn Squad is more in touch with keeping my lawn looking great and alerting me to issues as they see them. I have no problems spending money on my lawn, if it looks fabulous.

As someone who has been on the other end of providing these services, I tend to give others a lot of leeway before I leave a review. However today was the last straw, watched the technician take one look at my back yard and say Nope, he never knocked on the door to begin with, and ironically the places I have issues with weeds, this guy chose to not even treat with anything. Ever since the name change, the quality has gone down hill, submitting Contact US requests on their website are ignored. Just called to cancel, and the person who answered the phone was apathetic. It never was this bad under Weed Pro, and Eric who normally would service mine and few neighbors houses as well. In fact it was because of how one neighbors house looked under Erics care was the sole reason we signed up for services! Way to piss away all that good faith. In the attached photos, you can see him look over at the back yard and ignore it, then the other attached pictures you can see his reflection in the door when he first arrived/rode up and made no attempt to knock. I have further video evidence should the owner wish to see it. Looks like LawnSquad either hired a bunch of ex-TruGreen employees, or decided to be just as bad as TruGreen.

He did a good job!!! Focused on getting the job done.

My yard is one of the best in the neighborhood and Antonio does a great job

Antonio was proficient and efficient. We have a unique yard with evergreens, bushes and a rock garden on a hill. After using the riding spreader, Tone used the push spreader to cover the areas the rider couldnt get to. Then, used the sprayer for crabgrass around the rock garden.

Malik was very professional and addressed all of my concerns.

Showed up when scheduled.

All looked fine when we returned home, except for the fertilizer pellets still on the driveway and sidewalk. I had asked before that you blow the pellets off the concrete surfaces.

Poor customer service. They do not respond to inquiries and I still have weeds and also divets in my yard from their machines. Since this company changed hands my lawn looks worse and they have no customer service. I paid in full this year for services and will be looking for a different company in the fall. Do not recommend!

I always receive great service. They come on time and leave detailed reviews of the work that was done. My lawn used to be full of weeds, and overall looked poor. We were quite embarrassed. My lawn is now one if the best in the neighborhood.

After a few days, my lawn seemed to come alive. The sea of dandelions that had darted across my lawn slowly faded away leaving a lush green carpet look to my yard. Eric did an amazing job.

Lawn Squad does a great job of communicating with the customer, both prior to and after a service. Erik is very knowledgeable and professional and great communication and follow up as well. Erik provided a very detailed summary of the lawn services performed and provided a thorough review of the current condition of the lawn and provided recommendations for other services to consider. All and all Lawn Squad is a cut above other lawn services providers.

Update based on the latest service from Antonio. He was new for me. Very respectful and listened to my concerns about edges needing extra treatment for dandies. He was very careful to prevent any property damage. I gave him some water to take with him to the next customer. Deionte was my tech this last service. What a wonderful professional young man. He stopped to explain the service, pointed out areas for me to watch and offered helpful tips.

They have a reasonable price and the service seems like a great value. The technician who did our first treatment was courteous and professional. He actually walked my lawn prior to the application and asked me if there were any specific concerns that I would like him to address regarding the lawn. 5 out of 5 for sure so far.

My only critique is he didnt leave a bill as was done in the past so I have no idea what treatment was done

I needed to get my dog out to the back yard and to clean up dog poop before your lawn worker walked him and his equipment, getting into a mess. He graciously waited for me to finish. Wished me a good day.

Tony was a very nice guy. He had a mishap with his equipment getting stuck in our yard which he called His manager right away. He was very very apologetic . The manager came out and access the situation and came back later to fix it.

So far, my yard is looking great. I cannot rate Antonio since I am not there to see what he does. But he must be doing something right! Again, the yard looks great!

Everything seemed to be fine. Except for two (2) items, 1.the extra grandular fertilizer was not blown from the sidewalk and the driveway. Secondly, the grass area near the stream and trees at the back of the backyard did not seem to have been serviced. This is very important because that is where most of the weeds are coming from. Other than this, it seems that the job was well done. Thanks for your time and consideration.
