Rating would be higher but refusal to contact me prior to service multiple times to unlock gates. Had to change gate codes bc service performed with gates open and dogs could easily get out. With gates locked only did front yard, customer service discounted. PLEASE contact me prior to service or will be discontinuing.

I like the service because I am in my 70s and it is difficult to lift the the bags of fertilizer, plus cleanup of the equipment when finished. Lawn Control Center takes care of all of this now, so the service is valuable to me.

Jason does a great job. He’s always responsive and completes everything when asked (even if it requires him to come back with the correct aerating equipment). Our lawn looks materially better in a short time under his direction after hiring him late this summer. It was a rough summer for my yard and it looks amazing again heading into the winter.

The company does a great job of taking care of my lawn, letting me know in advance when they are coming to do yard work and giving me synopsis of what was done and what else I can do to keep the grass looking good. I also like being able to use their portal to keep track of invoices and payments.
