I think it was the owner who called me back, the worst experience Ive had for weeks with a stranger over the phone in a while. During the start of the call everything was fine, I was just going over my lawn needs (I was originally looking for a bi-weekly mow, but honestly I dont have much experience in lawn care). I asked if bi-weekly was ok and thats when he started acting extremely defensive and aggressive. As if I was attacking his personal expertise in lawn care, he started telling me how hes mowed for over 25 years, some hundred lawns etc etc and how he would NOT be able to mow bi-weekly. I thought fine, how often would he mow? I honestly didnt know how that works. He then got aggressive and, in disbelief and hostility, make a few remarks and told me he simply would not know. There was a long period of silence. I was very confused at this point, so I took a step back and asked how this whole system works. He then FINALLY explained the concept of routing to me. After everything was said and done, in this 3 minute conversation, he ended the call with: I think we are too complicated for you, just find a bi-weekly service. I cant make this up. Maybe he was having a bad day, but nobody in a professional business should speak to someone this way.

Patrick was great to work with! He fit us in quickly to meet other deadlines we had. His team was so efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Can t recommend enough!

He gave me recommendations of what and when to plant and gave solid advice regarding moving forward with landscaping. He even coordinated with other businesses to take care of services that his company technically does not provide to take care of us. He is a stand up guy and I highly recommend using his company.

Not impressed!! Called Patrick, the Owner in October 2022. Explained all the services we wanted & he said I will reconnect with you in March 2023, come do a walkthrough and get you on schedule for landscaping. He doesnt call at all in March, so I call him today and he doesnt recall even making the commitment. Then says, well I only service your area in late September to November. Duh, I called in October!! This guy is totally unreliable. Of course, better to find out now then after paying thousands of $$$ for his company to do shotty work.

I am very pleased with how my yard has looked all summer and fall. The quality of their work is excellent and i have recommended them to others.

I would highly recommend Lawn Care Plus to handle your annual mulching, weeding, and bush/hedge trimming. After a quick Google search I came across Lawn Care Plus. Scheduling was a breeze I filled out a short form online and Patrick called me to confirm in a timely manner. Patrick and I walked around our property and he provided his thoughts on how he and his crew could help. He even offered some helpful tips and pointers regarding weed prevention. Once we agreed on what needed to be done he provided an estimate via text. I confirmed with Patrick via text the next day that we wanted to hire Lawn Care Plus and we scheduled for a couple weeks out. On the day of the job, Patrick and his crew showed up on time. They were quick, thorough, and professional. We couldnt be happier with the outcome! Patrick sent the invoice the next day. Payment options included Zelle and Venmo which I appreciated. I contacted Patrick at Lawn Care Plus while away in Florida, looking for help with some final fall cleanup for my elderly in-laws in Powell, OH. The many leaves were a major concern for them. I couldn t have asked for better service! We spoke on Thursday and come Friday morning, Patrick and his crew were promptly at my in-laws home. He met with my father-in-law to discuss his needs, communicated back to me and had the job done within less than 24 hours from my initial call! How nice it was to have some one do such an excellent and timely job! My in-laws are so happy! My mother use to take care of own flower bed for years and she did a great job, well she died about 6 years ago and myself and my sister took care of flower beds. Well we did not have a green thumb and to be very honest it look horrible so I asked pat for his help, my family lives in Granville and it is not in his territory to do business. After years of begging him to come out and clean up are mess he finally did and boy were we happy. Pat and his crew did an amazing job, we could not be happier. It looks like when my mother did it. Great job! My yard hadnt had a good cleaning, edging and mulch for a few years. Patrick and his crew did an awesome job! 11 yards of mulch, 1.5 yards of soil/grass seed, and 6 hours later, my yard has been transformed back to beautiful again. Patrick and his team kept checking in with me on their progress, and having me approve each step in the clean up before they proceeded to the next steps. Very happy with their work, and would definitely recommend them!

I cannot speak to the actual service they provide, but I can speak to Patrick being confident in his business and willing to help. I was researching lawn care very late in the season. I reached out to Patrick who was very responsive. His team s workload didn t really allow for anymore customers, but he was going to try and fit me in if we were on an established route. He asked if I was requesting quotes from other businesses and proceeded to give feedback on each business on my list. Many of them he gave positive remarks, which is saying a lot for a business man to not feel threatened by his competition but can also speak highly of them. At the end of the day, he understands that a customer just wants good work on their lawn. I appreciate him for this and would support his family business if opportunity allowed.

They only want weekly work when budget cant be accommodate they are NOT even reach out not knowing the persons status whether working senior or not

I bought a new home in Lewis Center and called Patrick based on all the stellar reviews I read. I needed some major leaf removal. He and his crew stopped out within a day or two to do the job. He said they could do the job that day but it would be better to wait just a little bit longer as more leaves were going to fall soon and it would be more cost effective to wait. He is totally upfront and honest and always looking to be as fair as possible. Cant recommend him enough.

The Lawn Care Plus team worked with purpose and precision, using mowers and blowers, ladders, rakes, and tarps, to round up all the leaves in our large yard that borders a wooded ravine. One man with a backpack blower was up on the roof blowing leaves off pitched and flat areas and then tackling the gutters, another was on a mower, and 3 worked together clearly knowing how to get the job done efficiently, leaving behind a yard completely cleared of fallen leaves and debris. They were friendly and polite when I thanked them, then loaded up and were off to their next job.
