Terrible! My lawn was in better shape before this company started treating it. Lots of $$ down the drain! We were told certain weeds would die in a few weeks after the last treatment this season. There are still weeds growing strong 4 weeks later. We had them last season too. Just wasn t working out.

In the time that I have had any interaction with Arbor Care the staff from the management to the technicians have always been helpful and resourceful. They also responded to any issues in a timely manner and had a solution or the answers I needed. From the beginning I was told that it would take some time to see the results of their programs. I understand that nothing works overnight.They are a great company to work with!!!

I had a 9 a.m. appointment for an estimate that had been scheduled for two weeks and took the morning off to meet with Zack for this appointment. I called the office at 9:30 to check in since nobody had come out yet. I was told that Zack was on the phone when I called (which means he hadnt even left the office yet) and I would get a call back. Meanwhile- I opened up my email and an email was sent to me 40 minutes prior to my appointment (by someone else) saying they wont be able to service my lawn because it was late in the season. Yes- I know that which is why I scheduled this to plan ahead for next season. I got a call from someone else just prior to 10 a.m. and when I asked if they were even coming out for an estimate- she said no they were not. I asked if Zach had this nice lady call me on his behalf because he didnt want to be the one to tell me all of this, she replied yes. So I told her to have Zack call me and here were are with out a phone call from him.

I have been working with Arbor Care for the last 2 years and the lawn look grest.Ever since working with Arbor care they have done a great job with my lawn it looks better that it has ever looked.

Ive been using them for my lawn care for the past 4 years, my yard looks amazing. They took my yard from a patchy mess of grass to a beautiful green grass.

They treated the laurel bushes on my property that had been taken over by a deadly scale. They saved all of them and saved me a ton of money in not having to replace them.

Satisfied with the lawn service. My lawn suffered from a fungus that was difficult to combat. Arbor Care was able to get the fungus removed and my lawn was restored to normal.

We had a local landscaper who totally revamped our front yard, gardens recommend them. We have never been able to grow, keep grass or anything else due to disease, pests, etc until AC took over! Our grass may be one of the best lawns in an 8,000 home community! They saved our young, diseased magnolias and kept my transplanted mothers day gift Japanese maple alive! We get compliments weekly! We had arbor care up to put in a tree root barrier and they accidentally broke our irrigation line in December. After calling them to tell them we found the broken line, within 24 hours, they have arrived fixed the line at no charge. If you need a tree service or an irrigation service you should seriously consider these people they are excellent

I switched to AC Plant and Turf in 2022 after unsuccessfully trying two other companies. In did everything I was asked to do by those companies but still had bare spots and weed issues. After experiencing yard envy I asked my neighbor across the street who he uses. After him personally introducing me to AC I made the switch this year. They identified a major issue in the soil composition and took action. They also found that the grass was not being fertilized properly and fixed that. Like the two other companies did they recommended core aeration and seeding. Heres what the other two companies never did. They said to make sure you do not run lawnmowers on the turf for the next three weeks to allow for the seeds to germinate and not be destroyed a week later by a lawn mower. Without that information we would have had the same outcome of bare spots. We now have a full, green and lush yard. They also were quick to respond to an issue in the summer where we had a few spots that had weeds. I got an email back the very first day and had a service tech come out the next day and serviced the yard. He also promised to keep an eye on it and see if it improves or not. He did this a week later and treated the yard again. I have found this company very knowledgeable about turf maintenance in Sussex County. They also are excellent at communicating what they will be doing, why they are doing it and steps the owner should follow to ensure a successful outcome. AC Plant and Turf has been a great company to turn our property into a yard we are very happy with.

We like working with Arbor Care at our house in Lewes, DE for two main reasons they really do know how to make a lawn look lush and be healthy; and they are so easy to deal with they are professional and do what they say they will do. The lawn applications are very reasonably priced especially given that an ignored lawn given the poor soil here becomes ugly quickly. These are good people. Debbie & Mike

Its really great when a company does was they say they will do. The contract was simply and the work was performed as needed. They came with new equipment and the service personal spoke English.

Arbor Care has been caring for my lawn for a year. Ritchie, the owner, asked about a water and drainage issue in our lawn that was also impacting the adjoining common area. I had been working with the builder for many months to resolve this. Ritchie offered his assistance and intervened on my behalf with the builder. The next day, work was started. After repairing two water leaks, my yard and the common area are finally drying out. I appreciate the pride and attention he and his company show in their work.

My experience has been very poor customer service. If you say you are going to do something, you should do it.

Arbor Care has been incredible, especially Ritchie Thurman. Our little beach cottages yard suffered years of overgrowth (my Dad liked it that way and since it was his house, who were we to argue?) and he was delicate and fair about our wants for the yard once my father passed away. I dont live full time in the area and he was great about organizing and vetting everything and identifying the trees we would want to keep. Plus, it was extremely (and surprisingly) affordable. Hes a local and used local, affordable people. Cant recommend enough.
