Worst lawn service I have ever had. Trim work was terrible. Cutting was terrible. Had excuses why their work was so bad. Would not recommend Paul s for any lawn services.

I called these guys Monday to take care of mom s yard because I live out of town. Lady in the office, Sandy, was nice, smart and helpful. Guys that came out were nice, on time and did a great job. Thanks Paul

You have to be careful with this guys!!! I called asked for pricing on lawn cuts. They charge me double without even asking. I asked because Im moving to cut the lawn for the last time. They came cut the lawn and charge me double. Not even asking. This iit isvery frustrating when you see the amonut they have already charge you with not even approval on ypur sode. This shoykd be illegal s the second time this happensjust because you give and trust them when giving your credit card doesnt mean they are allowed to charge whatever they want. If theyve found empty accounts they would ask first for sure!

Had some work done on my front yard (9/16/22). They did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the work. They had a 5 person crew that worked 10 hours. Not a simple job and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend to anyone as they were prompt both for the estimate and the day of the job. Paul delivered as promised on the job that was to be done.

I ordered mulch twice from Pauls lawn & landscaping this summer. Very fast delivery and I was very happy.

Run away from this company. Hired them to cut grass. Dont know when they are coming. Asked the lady in the office to call when they come. She did one time. This week they never showed. Called and she said tomorrow. Tomorrow came and the next day came and nothing. Left a message and no call back. Had wife call and she said didnt know when they will come maybe tomorrow maybe next day. We told her we have a problem with that. She said i have problems too. So cancel us she yelled at the top of her lungs. They come whenever they want. And on top of that the work is awful. My lawn never looked worse. Very rude and incompetent. DO NOT USE!

I just want everyone to know how great a job Paul s lawn and Landscaping did for my company. We had two areas cleared of shrubs and trees. Completely cleared the area, ground all stumps, raked and seeded. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you to all who worked on this job. 5 stars

I live next door to their client and it s a disgrace what my property looks like when they are finished. Our cars are covered with grass and clippings, leaves are blown all over our lawn. Don t they know that good will is the best advertising for a home service?

On April 22, Paul s Lawn and Landscaping came to my home to begin work on a new design for my front yard and back yard. After the initial work was in the front yard it looked fine, however, none of the plants were ordered for the back yard. Paul s asked for my final payment on April 25, even though the work was not completed. They charged my card for the full amount anyway. One week later, I needed to follow up with the business as I had not heard back and the work was still not completed. Two weeks after that, I still did not have the backyard design completed and now the flowers in the front yard were dying. I reached out again to ask how we could rectify the situation and was met with the request to be patient. During the consultation meeting, I was very explicit in the color of the flowers I wanted and that I needed minimal maintenance. Paul assured me that maintenance would be minimal and that he will order everything I requested. It is now July 18 and not only has Paul not replaced the dying flowers but the other flowers that have bloomed are completely wrong! I have followed up twice with the business and have been waiting almost 6 weeks for them to correct their errors. In addition, they never laid the weed block that was promised, causing more work and frustration on my end. I paid over $4,000 for work that is not complete and not what I requested and now I cannot get anyone to come to my house and finish the project.

They took trees down in my yard and how to take my fence. And made sure put back up properly.

I just have to say the quality of work that was done at my daughters house by you guys was excellent. You have no idea how happy you made us with the way her yard looks now. We cant thank you enough. I will recommend you guys to everyone. The speedy service, a job well done was magnificent. Thank you thank you thank you.

Good service did a good job cutting my grass would recommend them.

We had vines and overgrowth in our rental property yard. It was a mess! Pauls did an excellent job of clearing everything out. They were so attentive and their price was great!

Where do I begin..... 1. Unprofessional work crew - in other words, I would never allow them to come to my home if I was here alone ever again. Looked a mess, acted as if they knew me for years, very casual - super friendly - I felt extremely uncomfortable 2. Did a terrible job with my grass! Didnt clean up the grass they cut, left a bunch on the fence, until I asked to redo and get it down shorter and clean up everything - which btw I was charged for...hmmm 3. What seemed like the main guy, constantly spoke poorly of one of the workers - so horrible - if you dont appreciate your worker, then why do you have them on your crew AND proceed to tell your first time customer about how crappy they are!!!?? BEYOND ME 4. Broke my fence! So when they were taking their machine out the second time, they broke off a piece of my fence on the bottom - said they will come back asap to put it back on and then wait for a new piece of fence to be ordered - NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM SINCE! I cant let my dog out in the back yard because of this, because Im afraid shell slip right through. - to add to this - I happened to come out of the house to check on them because I hadnt heard noise for a little bit and found them trying to figure out how to fix it - MY QUESTION IS - why did no one tell me about this immediately!? I understand problems happen, but to not be upfront about it.... Basically, shady all around 4. I gave them a week - called today, number is busy/out of service. 5. They also were not the cheapest service out there. I would NEVER use this company again - AND - I dont recommend them to anyone. Lisa or Paul or whomever from this company - please return my call immediately so we can further discuss fixing my fence.

The crew did an amazing job when they showed up; unfortunately I had to call and remind them I signed up for service for the second cut. Then I received a bill with two additional lawn cuttings that they did not do. When I called in about this issue, I was met with resistance in resolving the over charge. According to the lady on the phone, the new Grass manager is the reason for the mistake in the bill. It has been almost a week and they still have not resolved my invoice and no one is there to answer the phone. Horrible communication and customer service, I would look elsewhere.

We have used Pauls for years. They are on time, courteous and clean. They do excellent work!

Pauls landscaping is awesome. Great prices, great work and love the smiles while they work. Jose and mark were so respectful and did the best job on my mothers home, we will recommend them and her neighbors asked for their number too.

Paul has some really good guys working for him, they are hard working, polite and respectful. I saw a few of his men working in extreme heat and long hours. The crew does a great job, they should be getting paid accordingly!
