Please do not use this company, I was considering them until I discovered that after damaging a customers property , they refused to make good and repair it . I can't afford to take chances with my property with such a reckless careless and irresponsible outfit
Great service good price for a xl lawn. Needed new landscaping and they contact me right away the next day. The lawn looks 👍🏽
Used them this year as two houses on our block did and I would never use them again. Besides it being near impossible to get through with anyone in the office, owners, etc., they do what they want and will also break your property or leave messes. At the beginning of the season, the landscapers scraped the white fencing and side entrances with their mowers, and also shredded plastic cups (that weren't even from my own trash) with the mower leaving a million shredded pieces in the grass. Attempted to reach owner, no response. Later in season, shredded my plastic planter into the grass. Throughout the season - would say certain things were done on the bill and were not (I work from home and watch on landscaping days). No responses received when asked about it. Finally, I was called in November about if I wanted a Fall Clean-up, I stated that I did NOT to the woman and she said she made note of it. Two weeks later, guess what? They showed up on a random day and did a fall-clean up. I called the office and they said "they have no record of my call and that the work is done so I owe them regardless." Tried to reach owner, no response again. I paid it and REFUSE TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN. Please do not use them if you want professionalism.
My motherinlaw hired this company to give our front lawn a good spring cleaning. They did such a great job. They were polite and very friendly and our front lawn looks great. The price was very reasonable.
BP Landscaping has been our gardeners since May 1998. They've always taken great care of our lawn and gardens, both back and front, and we've never had an issue. The team is very respectful and friendly. We highly recommend this lawn service.
We have been using BP for ever 20 years and can speak of the great experience in their services. The owner Bob is a complete gentleman and his service team performs a spot on job every season. I recommend their services!
Horrible Company, No Management or Supervision. BP Landscaping is working at my Neighbors house today. They are cutting down a tree with no safety support. they are dropping limbs all over my yard and my trees. My wife comes in and tells me they are damaging our trees. I go outside and find they have damaged Arborvitae trees I use for a privacy screen on the fence line. I ask them to stop but they do not speak English very well. I call the office and leave a message. They send someone over. I tell him they have destroyed the trees and I want them replaced. He laughs at me and tells me to **** off!!!!!!!!! I could not believe my ears. The owner needs to re evaluate his position in the community. His customers need to put him in line. Lets hope his explanation is that he left his business in the wrong hands this weekend. They come on you property like they own it they are lucky the dog was not out (NO STARS)
I just fired this company after them having been my grandparents' landscaper for many years. Last year, after hurricane Sandy I personally cleaned up the relatively minor damage to the yard myself. Approximately a week after I did this, BP came and mowed the lawn and left a bill including a charge of nearly $100 for "Post Sandy Cleanup". I will say that Mr. Pagano removed the charge, but I was very disturbed that someone had put a charge on a bill for something that was basically a complete fiction. A month later my grandmother asked them to clean up an area of bushes along the driveway. In this section was a small Japanese Maple that I had been cultivating for a project. I was able to keep it alive through Sandy and through the winter storm a few days later that completely buried it until I dug it out. Apparently the men from BP can't distinguish a tree from a weed and cut it down. When I arrived home there was nothing but one inch of stump sticking out of the ground. Surprisingly, the little tree grew some new branches from the root in the spring, and I again cleaned out the encroaching plants to give it a chance to grow, and it was showing some progress through the summer and early fall. With the drought conditions this fall hardly nothing is growing at all, but the tree was hanging in there. Or it was, until BP came by and cut everything down in that section again (without being asked to) including the tree. Again. So I have $150 bill again this year for a cleanup that includes cutting down my tree. To be honest, I didn't even realize the landscaper was even still coming as I haven't seen them since early October and my entire lawn is dead and hasn't grown a millimeter. Despite the fact that I have a yard of dead grass and dirt, I have a bill for 3 lawn mowings in November. THERE IS NOTHING TO MOW! These mowings are as fictitious as the so-called post-Sandy cleanup. Right now between October and November I owe this company $324 for what amounts to minor leaf removal I could have done with a hand rake and 45 minutes, and damage to property in the form of a Japanese Maple. The amount isn't worth the time and effort of a small claims suit, but after I send them this bill they will never see a red cent from anyone in this family ever again.
The Workers are really outgoing and accomadate to one s needs. They do an exceptional job and the owner is super respectful.
Great business will totally recommend
I cannot stand these people and I dont even use them! They always block my driveway and cover my entire house in dirt. They are also very unprofessional and give me a problem when I ask them to move their truck out of my driveway.... I would not recommend them to anyone!!
Hired them to do a clean up an they gave me a price did half the lawn front only ignored the back an never completed the cleaning
I called these guys for an estimate for a clean up. I was told they Would come and leave an estimate in my mail Box. I asked if they can call 1st before they come to the house and the man I was speaking to seemed a little annoyed that I want him to call 1st but he did agree to call 1st. Which he didnt do. So how can I trust these people. they cant do one simple thing that I asked him to do before they even start the work.
Theyve been doing my lawn for 11 years. Good work.
They block fire hydrants wherever they go, even though there are plenty of places to park, keep breaking the law bp
Called Bob for help with a faltering lawn. Weeds, dead patches, overgrown gardens - the perfect storm. His guys came and attacked like an army. Really impressed with the way it came out. Given the amount of work these guys had to do (power raking, weeds, top soil, seeding, and other things it would have taken me months to do), Im more than happy pulling up to my house now stress-free. Fair price given the amount of work. A+ on work and professionalism.
