it was not good. when they were ready to go i ask to the workers to clean the dry brush..they refuse..and even when i talk to their boss they ignore me and just took off. then the aztec supervisot called back asked how he could help when the other guys werent part of his crew and offered to help clean up the dry brush that was left over the supervisors name was manuel pinto he said that it was all gonna be taken care of and took 2 days to clean up and i was pleased with his professionalism i recommend aztec to anyone for their customer sevice is very good
Scam company they scam their own workers at least that's why their in a law suit right now take one away from every employee heartless company I worked here for some time had my license to drove and a license to operate chainsaws but they proceed to let employees with no license to operate those and one of their favorites would do Crack so a super unprofessional setting wherever these employees are they retaliated against me and got me fired
Horrible Company. Overpriced, unprofessional , and rob you of your money. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
BEWARE. This is not a review regarding their work. This is regarding the character of their employees. Four of their workers in a company truck intentionally disregarded their red light at a trolley stop. I say intentionally because I had the green light and they saw me coming their way and still proceeded to go. The driver then pulled up beside me and all four workers started to harass me. Their behavior is unsafe and unprofessional. I would never trust these workers around my property.
No stars if I could… I’m Not talking about the Company. But I do have a very serious complaint about two of your workers. Today 11/16/2023. @ 11am In the parking lot, of Jack in the box located on Genesee Parked in the handicap spot! Well if you’re working hard labor and you DON’T HAVE A PLACARD WHY WOULD YOU PARK IN THAT SPOT. Because I am disabled WITH SEVERE INJURIES AND MY LICENSE PLATE IS DISABLED. They both went into jack n box and was ordering food. When I question the individuals, they became sarcastic even lying about having to pee. And that’s their reason for parking there. Sad excuse of humans who dont abide by the laws here in the United States. The mouthy one said he don’t believe in the laws. My camera wasnt working so the pictures didn’t come out. You little boys got lucky there! They were wearing the company’s Orange shirts with YOUR LOGO!! If you are supposed to be representing your Company, you need to follow the laws next time it may not go so well.
Hard working dedicated team: I live in Rancho del Rey and, this morning, I saw how the Aztec crew was already hard at work clearing out the tons of pine needles and debris that the latest storm created. I appreciate their diligence and hard work to keep our community beautiful.
You helped me too much. I almost wanted to cancel the service. Too much customer service. Excessive af. My bushes look amazing and exceeded expectations and it was above and beyond but no one is perfect. I can’t even. No room for error ugh...I guess five stars. Call them and find out. My bushes do look amazing. :)
These men are working behind my house in the canyon. They do a very good job too! I ran into one of their trucks on Clairemont Mesa Blvd the other day and not literally, I'm the lady in the dark blue van, and your driver was excellent! I've been giggling ever since and I haven't laughed in over a year Thank you for that! Lol Happy Holidays and thanks for all your hard work!!

Outstanding Service! Aztec Commercial crews work very hard to keep community green space in the Rancho Del Rey area beautiful including Discovery Park & Rice Canyon Trail near my home. Regularly, I see Aztec teams working along Rancho Del Rey Parkway and it is amazing all they accomplish to remove pine needles, trim trees, clip bushes and remove weeds. Thank you for maintaining our area so well!

Why are 6 or 7 of your employees outside of my apartment building standing around a fire hydrant with both ends of a hose attached to it. What does this have to do with landscaping?

I called them regarding one of their trucks that was broken down in front of my house for a few days and they apparently could care less about it. I believe that how you do some things, is how you do most things,,jus saying.

FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF, this company promote good service but in reality is just looking to make profit charging ridiculous high prices.
I had just gotten gas at Costco off Gateway Center Dr and Market St in San Diego when I witnessed a minor car crash (morning of September 6). The cars were turning left from Gateway Center Dr to Market St. There were 2 gardeners with a Aztec Landscaping Truck parked on the side of the street working on landscaping in the median. Both witnessed the crash as well. Instead of offering to help, both workers stopped their work, pointed and started laughing, commenting loudly as they laughed about how dumb the driver in the rear car was for crashing into the front car. It is highly concerning that these are the kind of people Aztec hires.
I have been coming to Eldorado Park and the Gentleman assigned to clean does an amazing job. He is fast efficient and always greets me with a warm smile like someone who really enjoys his work. I wish him a long and healthy life with great success. I called into the office to personally let the company know how much of a gem employee they got

One of there trucks had something fall off there truck and crack my windshield and I took down info and took pics and when I called them to fix it they said that I cant prove it was them. Horrible company.
