After some careful deliberations we decided to replace our natural lawn with artificial grass. This was mainly due to the fact the the natural grass was proving almost impossible to maintain to a high standard. One of our close neighbours had previously had work carried out by AGS and we were very impressed by the natural looking finished product. We were visited by Simon and were very happy with his quote and explanation of how the work would be carried out. On the day they turned up when they said they would and worked extremely hard and produced two fantastic looking lawns. Simon and his team transformed our patchy bare lawn into a green lush oasis by installing artificial grass. We recently had our artificial lawn installed by Simon and his team. From the initial meeting with Simon we felt confident that we had chosen the right team for the job. Everything was explained to us at the initial meeting along with an instant quote - we didnt think twice and got this booked in right away. Our friends were here at the time and will also be booking this in as soon as their building project is finished (and possibly their neighbours too!). On the day of installation it was like a military operation, the skip arrived first thing, shortly followed by the team and then just a few hours later we had a beautiful garden and the skip was picked up the same day - it was as if wed always had this lovely garden. The guys even cleaned up after themselves and hosed down the patio. We love the garden but not as much as our dog who now spends as much time as possible sleeping on the warm grass! When Simon came round to do the initial quote we were very impressed and he talked us through the options. Excellent job and excellent customer service. Simon quoted us for turfing our garden just before lock down took hold. My wife also had an unusual request for a aerial yoga swing. I was fully expecting him to say they couldn t do it, but instead he went away did some research on what it was and came back with a proposal and a quotation broken down clearly so we could understand the exact cost - fantastic! They were also very accommodating when we asked for some additional areas to be turfed and quick to revise the quotation. When we agreed to the quote and it came to the day of installation they said the work would be completed in a day. Again, I was sceptical as it was quite a lot of work, but everything ran like clockwork. The aggregate delivery was sitting on our driveway at 7am and they finished up pretty much bang on 5pm. This was all as we were approaching lockdown and whilst practicing the appropriate social distancing measures to keep both them and ourselves safe. Now we have been living with it for a few months, the turf and the swing have truly transformed our family life and the way we use our garden. My wife is a child minder so it s like having an extra room which she can use all year round. We always thought the garden was too small to really be of any use to the children and had been considering moving house, but we are living in it at the moment and we feel we can now stay put. The timing was also perfect, I think lockdown could have been a lot more stressful had the garden not been done! Worth every penny, thank you!

I recently contacted a few companies for a quote for artificial grass. After meeting Simon from this company I cancelled the other quotes! Mainly due to his professional approach and knowledge. Glad i did, they attended dead on the minute they said they would, and they worked very hard. The other 2 men were also very professional and the thing I liked most was how they respected your property. When they finished the job they tidied up really well and left everything as it was. As for the grass, what an amazing job! I love it, as does my dog! It wasnt an easy square patch of grass, it had zig zag edging, and they made it look fantastic. Simon from Artificial Grass Solutions, was first called to our property to give his professional opinion and report on an installation of artificial grass from another company. (Their work was less than satisfactory, even after two attempts and we had lost confidence in artificial grass altogether). As a result of his report, we were able to obtain a full refund from the other company and immediately contracted Simon to start the project again. On the day of the installation, Simon and this team were very professional, arrived on time, did an excellent job, paying attention to detail, tidied up and left us with a garden that has restored our confidence in artificial grass. We was going to get 3 quotes but after meeting Siimon we knew we didnt need to look any futher. He was so professional and knowledgeable we booked him there and then. Simon and his team were bang on time, they put fence posts and a fence up for me which i had, but wouldnt have been able to do myself.His team where so helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The kids and dog love it and are spending more time playing out. Would defiantly recommend, in fact we have got a quote already for the front garden!
