My tech was Grant Nunan. He did an excellent job from beginning to end. I called out for maintenance to make sure everything was working as it should with my sprinkler system. Grant assessed the area and found 3 broken pipes and 2 heads that needed replacing. He was able to fix the pipes and replace all the heads in the same day. The service was timely and professional. I highly recommend!

Did an adequate job after I explained my issues. He unfortunately left before I got back from doctor appointment so he never showed me how everything worked. We have had very good experiences with Coastal. Evilio went above and beyond to be sure that our sprinkler heads were covering our lawn and ornamentals when we realized certain areas were dry. Luis (sp?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we found out we had spider mites. Bryan has been great helping us with our garden. I think it may have been Bruce who tackled and conquered an insect problem on our hibiscus. Chad has always been very responsive. Every technician has been friendly and thorough. Our landscaping is very important to us, giving us pleasure and curb appeal. We are glad we went with the company we thought was most professional. Grant did an excellent job installing our irrigation water filter. He also did a great job replacing one of our zone control valves that was plugged up with a small snail that came through the line. The company is very good to work with and are very responsive. We highly recommend them.

Matthew was right on time and called in advance to say he was in route 20 minutes out. Immediately noted the issue was a cracked water intake pipe due to Hurricane Ian. Had it fixed within 20 minutes and thoroughly tested the remainder of the system noting 2 other minor issues. Communications were excellent, services were efficient and of high quality. Great job!

Oscar did an exemplary job, he was knowledgable, focused and professional. Once he discovered that the problem with Zone 1 was debris in the line (probably from the new pump installation) he set out to clear all 4 zones. In the process he found and replaced a broken head. It was a pleasure having him here, discussing the problems and having the problems solved. He is also a good communicator, which is so helpful when problem solving. I hope he is assigned to work on our system in the future.

During our pool construction the contractor cut our irrigation lines inadvertently. We contacted Coastal in August when this happened and they promptly sent over a service rep to make an assessment and do some initial work. Fast forward about 4 months and the pool is nearly complete so we contacted Coastal to complete their work. Their 2 man team led by Ruben arrived around 830 to begin their work. They dug the trenches and installed the lines and sprinkler heads per the plan made in August. When they demonstrated the sprinklers all worked in the manner as expected except for 3 that were installed by the home builder. We asked Ruben to see how much it would cost for those heads to be replaced, and after making a quick call to check the cost, we agreed to have those heads replaced by Ruben. Overall Coastal treated us very professionally and we are pleased with their work. For those who need an irrigation installer, I highly recommend their company.

Called them almost midday when sprinklers would not go on through control box. Had just put fertilizer down and it would have burned without water. Horrible service. No notice of arrival for quarterly maintenance. Upgraded a few heads per suggestion of service tech. He then puts the paid for heads he raplaced in the back of his truck, I guess for the enext cutomer down the road. I paid for those heads. I want them. Expensive for what they provide, would not recommend.

Coastals technician, Osvaldo Avila, called to let me know when he would be here and he was punctual. He assessed the problem with my outside lighting and communicated that and the solution to me very professionally. The problem couldnt be rectified while he was here so an order is being generated to replace the effected lights. Very happy with Osvaldos professionalism and I look forward to the job being completed. Ill have a follow-up review at that time. UPDATE: Osvaldo just completed the installation of our back yard lighting with three new lights. He was punctual and courteous as before. Everything looks good in the daylight and I suspect it will look great when the sun goes down tonight. UPDATE: As expected the lights look great!

Ive used Coastal for the last 10 years. Most recently I needed to add a zone and update the other zones. David came out, gave me an overview of the work that needed to be done and an estimate. He was on time, professional and told me all the work could be done the same day. He worked diligently, finished on time and came in under his initial estimate. I will definitely use Coastal again and request David for any work needed at my home.

I got quote from Chad for irrigation system. I liked the numbets, so went with them. Did not need to get another quote, I knew it was them. Signed on 5-1 and told me 5-28 is when could put in. I said I was going out of town if they could get it done sooner would be great. They call and said could do on 5-13. They came out on time, started and workrd all day. Got home from work anf they showed me how to use it. Miguel & Taking a did an awesome job on it and were very professional. Chad was great in explaining things. Casey in office answered all my questions which were a lot with professionalism. Worked with Chad on installing a complete irrigation system at my home. When schedulde on(7/6/2020) they were on time and completed in one day. After install was complete had one unforseen issue, called Chad he was right on it and had it fixed. Chad and his lead service tech were very professional and courteous and communicated very well. Lost water pressure, and was concerned that my well pump had failed. Coastal had previously installed an Aquavar Solo 2 well pump controller box. It was not cheap to purchase and install, but it has reliably provided constant water pressure over the past few years AND provides codes which which to troubleshoot problems. I called Coastal, and after walking me through some brief diagnostics, turns out there was a voltage surge which caused the Solo 2 to interrupt power to the pump and provide an appropriate error code. So the Coastal tech had me reboot the Solo 2, with no damage resulting to my well pump, and with no service call and no charge from Coastal. Combined with the friendly and helpful attitude from Coastal, this certainly deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you, Coastal!

Anthony G. came for the regular service on our irrigation system. He tested all heads, took the time to show me where the leaks are, best way to repair and the cost. There has never been a problem that they could not solve, and there have been some tough issues. Brianna and Christine in the office are great. My technicians Alex, John and JR are all amazing--Thank you very much for your service and expertise. ___________________________________________ Coastal has been servicing our irrigation system since we moved to Florida ~2 years ago. The technicians are great and they have a solution for every problem. Coastal has replaced and adjusted heads for our mature growth and they now have our 9 zones operating efficiently and in a sequential logical manner. Our techs have been David, JR and Scott and all of them are smart and a pleasure to deal. Briana in their office is great as well with scheduling and billing. Irrigation systems always need adjusting, we have Coastal come every quarter for a comprehensive check and some adjustments to ensure that we do not have any issues. We feel fortunate to have found such a great service provider.

Sheldon came out to revamp and help with our irrigation system that had been a do-it yourself project from the previous owner.
