I was hearing scratches in my attic and finding droppings in my garage. I called Deans and Eric came right out. After checking and setting some traps, he was able to eliminate my rodent problem within days. Eric is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I highly recommend this service if you re experiencing a pest or rodent problem!

We had a wasp problem, first time. Deans connected us with their tech, Alex, who scheduled us for the next day. Alex was thorough, efficient and communicated his plans. Perfect. Well be using Deans Services from now on.

We have had Deans for 6 years and our lawn has never looked worse. They have been trying to get rid of cinch bugs and repair our lawn for at least 4-5 months. I contacted them today to request plugs or sod. We will see if they are going to do anything more. Would have loved to add photos. But not tech savvy! Ok, up date Deans sent someone out to see our yard. End result .. everything is dormant So they can t do anything Tell me they aren t laying sod somewhere in the Villages?!

On September 21, 2024, I contacted Dean s to address a wasp problem. Within two days, their technician,, Philip, Arrived and quickly dispatched the paper wasp nest, which had attached itself to the overhead soffit of my garage. However, Philip Checked the surrounding area and discovered another wasp nest in the garden hose rack on the same side of the garage. This was the size of a football! Phillipe removed this, thereby increasing the security and safety of my household. Great job, Philip! Your services are much appreciated!

The report I get is exactly the same every time.... Also, I believe its supposed to say that you SHOULDNT water within 24 hours... Your report says to be sure to water within 24 hours. Please let me know if Im wrong about that.

Ricky came to our door and rang the doorbell several times. Unfortunately we werent home, but appreciate the effort he took to contact us. From our view of the front yard he completed the job. Have had Deans for several seasons and are pleased with our lawns rejeuvination.

I had new Provista sod installed in early April of this year and decided to signup with Deans to treat my new lawn. I used them many years ago on another location and knew how pleased I was with their service so I decided to call them again. I started getting some fungus in my new sod that I suppose is caused from the hot summer temps and late evening rains. My service tech Markus noticed this immediately and treated with a fungicide and now has my yard looking perfect. Markus has great communication with his clients and is truly an asset to this company. I highly recommend this local business, Deans Services, for all lawn care and pest control as they are a top notch company and truly care about their customers. Did a great job

Deans got right on my pest and weed control program right after hurricane Milton. He went around my house sweeping bugs and webs from the eaves and doors and porches, sprayed for bugs and weeds, and fertilized the yard. Andy is a good guy.

George visited my house on Thursday and sent a service report about a possible watering problem. I saw him again the following day in the neighborhood and stopped him to talk about what he had written. He was able to clearly explained what he thought the problem might be and make some specific suggestions on steps I might take. He clearly has a good knowledge of the issues and is able to explain it all to me.

Theodore is always thorough and helpful. He provides excellent service and represents Deans well.

Brian did an excellent job evaluating all the problems with the plants in my yard and offered workable solutions. I really appreciated his sound advice.

Pete is fantastic. He always texts the day before he comes and answers any questions I have, beforehand or after he arrives.

Thomas (the tech) with Deans Pest Control is great . I m still deciding about the company!! Thomas is friendly, responsive and helpful each time he comes out. I just cant decide if Deans Pest Control is the company for me. We live on a lake and I m not sure they re meeting my needs. They (Thomas) comes out each time I call when I have issues but I feel like the company just doesnt quite get it? Sooo the 5* are for Thomas I d actually give Deans probably 3.5-4* for effort. I do think they try and they are very nice.
