I appreciate the comparative value of Massey's service and diligence of your associates. The associates ring the doorbell upon arrival and whether their presence is acknowledged or not, they perform their work, spending the same amount of time and attention to the applications. Their written summaries and recommendations, by necessity similar and brief, are helpful - - and one would hope that if there is a noticeable severe issue, i.e., sprinkler head broken or clearly not covering an area, the problem would be called to my attention, verbally or written.
I want to tell you about a wonderful young man who Massey has as an employee. His name is Ben Cox. After hurricane Milton went through Leesburg we had soffit pieces blow down and left an open hole to our attic. He came by to take care of our service call and took it upon himself to help us . My husband and I are elderly and we couldn't take care of it, Ben did Thank you Ben and thank you Massey!
A lightning strike took out my sprinkler controller/timer (second time). I have my sprinkler maintenance with Massey, so I called and they came out to look at it. It was confirmed dead by electrocution. It was Friday, so they came back out on Monday; it was swapped out, tested and reprogrammed in under an hour. I am very happy with Massey Irrigation Service in Leesburg, FL.
Ben and Dustin did a fantastic job on the lighting for my pool area. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for any outdoor lighting project.
I've had Massey for my termite and pest control for 17 months. I decided to use them for landscape and landscape lighting. They arrived yesterday and were completed the same day. I couldn't be happier. Several of my have told me how impressed they are with the work. Ben Cox is a great employee, who is extremely professional and personable. I was very impressed with Matt Rogers, the inspector from Massey who came to my home to help me make decisions about having an irrigation system installation. He was professional, polite and very patient with me, as I had asked a lot of questions. He also kept his word whenever he said he would do something. He was always available to take calls from me and answer all my questions. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Massey and their employees in all the time I’ve been with them. My interaction with Matt is just another example of that. I’m looking forward to the installation and my future association with Massey Services.
I just moved to the villages about a year ago and Massey was our landscaping company so we signed a contract with them and on October 19, 2022 to go outside to find the siding on the side of my house destroyed and torn up by a lawnmower, I contacted Massey They said they would come and repair it. It is now on the third month and they still haven’t either called me or done any of the repairs. I canceled my service and I will never use them again nor will I recommend him to anyone. Here are the photos of the damage.
We live in The Villages Fl. and pay Massey annually for landscape and insect maintenance. Our flower beds are overgrown and not edged, weedeating was incomplete, insects are abundant outside and getting inside our home, shrubs are dying and not trimmed. Massey used to do a great job and reception personnel are friendly but we have called 5 times in 2 weeks to no avail. Unfortunately their service has changed and are forcing us to find a new landscape company.
Very pleased with the services provided - I would definitely use again.

Ben Cox came and looked at my sprinklers and made suggestions that would save me money and water usage. I made the changes. Ben is very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. I was very impressed with everything he said and done. Massey is very fortunate to have a employee like him.

Mar 3 2023 I just want to take a minute to thank Ben Cox who did my irrigation inspection yesterday and spent the most time ever with me checking and making small adjustments to my system. Ben is very knowledgeable and courteous and is a good business card for Massey. Dean C.

Jeremy is a Massey s gem. I asked to meet the lawn tech prior to his first treatment. Making the apt was easy. Jeremy walked the yard and assessed the problems. He told me that my yard was in bad shape and what he believed was wrong. He explained his recommendations for how he would fix it. He also shared his experience of doing my neighbors yards for many years. Yards that look amazing! I have all the confidence in this guy. He gave me the impression that he takes pride in his work and his customer relationships. Praying for a greener healthier lawn!
Problem was diagnosed and treated in the time frame as expected.

Jermaine is an irrigation technician. He is prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent at his job. I think he has the qualifications to be a manager; I hope to see him promoted soon.

Ernest was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and made sure the system was working well when he was finished.
When Earnest arrived for our quarterly irrigation maintenance he quickly determined that 1of our 3 zones wasnt working. My husband showed him the 2 electric sensors on our patio, but neither was for Zone 1. Earnest worked diligently to locate it (we had no idea!), made several phone calls, and pulled in Jermaine to assist. We were able to tell them the date the sensors were installed, but that was all. The 2 men kept at it until (with help from Tim Fox back at the office) the sensor was found! They marked it, made notes for my file, and got Zone 1 updated and running smoothly. Thank you, Earnest, Jermaine, & Tim, youre the best! We also want to shout out our Massey bug guy Matt who is always friendly, professional, and makes our day brighter when he visits. We are loyal to Massey for our yard services because of employees like these.

Chris has been exceptional to work with. He is very thorough and detail oriented. The day of extensive replacing of sprinkler heads on our yard he came by to check and assist. He even made a point to contact me at a neighbor s house to make sure I knew the details of the project. He has given up his cell number to call if any issues. He and the other man who did the work are very kind and professional.
