New exterior lighting installed by Ben Cox is just what we wanted! Has added nice curb appeal at night. Ben is very professional and did great install. Hard to tell he was even here. Very pleased.
Mike Knecht came out to repair a leaky sprinkler head that had sprayed all the sand up thru my landscaping. He did a very neat job of digging up the head and replacing it. He also tried to replace all the sand back under my landscaping as best he could. He did a great job!
Mike was here and looked at the sprinkler system and found and fixed the leak. Excellent job.

I started using Massey about 2 years ago for total lawn care and irrigation services. When I recently moved into our home full time I was disappointed to see that about a third of our front yard was covered in weeds and areas of dead grass. I contacted Massey and they came out and treated the weeds which left large bare dead areas in the lawn. The employee advised they would come back and put grass plugs in these areas. I was told to water them daily, which I did. The plugs were turning yellow so I contacted them. The lawn looks very bad, so I asked if they could put sod in these bad areas. I was told only if I paid for it . Since I have been paying them to professionally care for my lawn and their services were guaranteed I didn't feel I should have to pay for it. I'm not that picky, just want some grass in my front yard. I'm now looking for a new service, but will truly miss the young people that cut and trimmed my yard. They were always dependable and did a great job.
Was hesitant as I had read positive and not so positive reviews. I can say that Massey has been very attentive and good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.
I just started Massey lawn service the other day and tech Michael P. showed up today for the initial application(s). Micheal was very professional and answered ALL my questions and completed his work. I am trusting Massey to successfully complete a lot of various home services this upcoming year and so far so good. Did a great job on fixing my sprinkler system
The tech checked and corrected several problems that I had with our irrigation system. He was very pleasant and explained everything that he corrected. I was very pleased with the job he performed.
So far so good. It would be a better review if you waited a few months to see the results of their work!

I live in The Villages and switched to Massey from a terrible provider (rhymes with jeans). Masseys service is heads above the others! Extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend Massey for all your lawn maintenance and pest prevention.
I wasnt sure what to expect as this was the first time I used Massey for lawn care. The reps of Massey came right on time, finished the work and cleaned up after themselves. Should the results of their labors be positive, then I would re-rate them with 5 stars.

They bill my credit card every month, but do not perform services until I call to complain. Now they will not return my calls, and I was being nice. I will keep going up the chain until someone decides to get involved. Do not believe their guarantee, they NEVER refund any of the charges when they do not perform any services. This is FRAUD. Planning to dispute the 2 months of charges with the credit card company.
Very polite in setting up our account
Well, Where do I begin. I hired Massey for complete care of my hard, which included, lawn, irrigation, pest, landscape etc. Thinking having one person so all those service would be awesome. Needles to say not so much. Recently my lawn went over 4 weeks without mowing. I called several times and they left messages for people to get back to me, I herd nothing, not a single phone call. I have since hired somebody else. I also hired Massey for quarterly landscape trimming, that is not going well either. Needless to say Massey has some issues, a return phone call would be a great start.

I met Brandon who was assigned the job of restoring my lawn which had an insect problem at the end of my driveway. Brandon assured me that he would take care of my problem. He sprayed the entire property and informed me that he would be back in 21 days to inspect the area in question. Was very pleased with the service provided and look forward to the inprovement of my lawn.
Very professional...
Massey Lawn Care service was extremely disappointing. They did not live up to our expectations or their contract. They constantly did not show up to mow the lawn as contracted. The fertilizer and weed control program was terrible leaving the lawn covered with weeds. After numerous complaints (40 to 50), the company failed to remedy the situation.
I called Massey with concerns on the upkeep on landscaping. Two days later Christopher and a crew arrived and took care of any and all issues. They were courteous and did a thorough clean up of plant material. Thank you for a job well done.

Michael Knecht did a great job servicing our irrigation system and helped to identify a leak in the irrigation line prior to the solenoid valves. This will save me bunches of money paying for a water leak and unnecessary usage. He also keeps the irrigation heads adjusted and working properly. Thank you Michael and thank you Massey for employing personable and competent service providers.

Massey technician was very polite, on time and performed our lawn fertilizer and pest control.
Salesman Chad arrived on time for estimate. My concerns were weeds, fertilizer, and lawn insects destroying lawn. He told me the fertilizer treatment would resolve all my concerns. The tech arrived at a later date and was UNAWARE of any lawn insect treatment on work order. With fairness, once I expressed my disappointment, he was happy to do the complete all the lawn treatments necessary. Communication got lost between salesman and service tech.
Too often grass is cut when ground is soaked resulting in sod being torn up by tires and careless workers. Cut grass is not cleaned up well as I see patches of dead grass at back of lot. Edging skills are lacking as well.
Great service and attention
We have been customers for about 3 years now. Lawn and shrubs look great. No problems with pests, fungus or irrigation coverage. Employees have all been knowledgable, professional, and courteous

We have used Massey the last two years for treating our lawn and plants. I am impressed with Kevin O. for his professionalism and he is always willing to answer my questions. He is informative and a good listener. I appreciate him and his passion to care for our lawn. I also appreciate Jason (J), the service manager, who has treated me with respect and courtesy with zny concerns I may had had in the past. I like that Jason supports his staff and speaks positively of them.
