Hired to make a large plant bed in infinity shape. When finished, the two sides weren't nearly equal. They came back trying to fix the issue twice but still couldn't get it right. Then I was billed by the company for having them try to fix the issue.
I used Benitez Landscape and Design for the first time last week. They did a spring clean up in my yard including new mulch. I could not be happier with the job they did. They showed up on time and worked until the job was complete (unfortunately in the pouring rain). I would absolutely recommend this company. My yard has never looked better.
Great experience from start to finish. Benitez Landscaping was extremely easy to interact with, they came over and walked me through the estimate for the work I requested, built the quote while they were onsite, and came out the next week to complete the work. Work was done over two days with a professional crew of 5-6 team members, they graded my yard, removed stumps, trimmed the hedges & bushes, installed seed & mulch. All done within 1.5 days! Great value for the level of service, we will be using them for all our lawncare needs.
Wow! Fantastic communication, attention to detail, and results. I included before and after photos. I cannot say enough good things about Saul and his excellent team! Our front walkway, steps, and wall around the tree are so much safer and beautiful than before. They asked questions along the way to be sure we were clear in our options and what we wanted. Exceptional! We had Benitez build a retaining wall and landscape all around our new deck. They worked efficiently and our project looks great! Saul Benitez was great to deal with - very fast follow up. We will be using them to maintain our gorgeous new outside. Highly recommend projects small to large.

We purchased a new house and Benitez Landscape & Design was able to quickly clean up the yard and get everything landscaped so that we could enjoy our new yard! Saul was knowledgeable, but was quick to give an estimate and stay on budget. He laid out in detail the changes that should be made to landscape the yard and his team quickly finished all the work in the next couple of days! We purchased a new house in Virginia. The landscaping was minimal and the backyard tended to retain water making it practically impossible to walk on it. We hired Benitez Landscape & Design based on some excellent recommendations by local homeowners. At our very first meeting, it was evident that Saul was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very forthright and honest. His pricing was fair and implementation rapid. He laid out in detail the process he would use to eliminate standing water in the backyard. Furthermore, with his knowledge, he was able to suggest changes to adapt and adjust our landscaping ideas in a very practical manner. His team began working in a very short time and his work has met all expectations and more. His team is polite, efficient and unobtrusive. Could not recommend him more highly.

Sauls team recently gave our back and front yards a total makeover and also trimmed our tree and removed an old frog pond. We didnt know our grounds could look so awesome. Thank you for the amazing work! Definitely recommend this team.

I called Benitez and sent them a text message to have them come out to give me an estimate for some landscaping work that I wanted to have done in my backyard. They never got back to me. I am guessing that theyre either too busy to consider taking on new work or that they are simply non-responsive. Either way, if this is how Benitez runs his business, I would never recommend him to actually perform any services.
They did good work at a fair price. Will absolutely hire again for future landscaping needs.
Absolutely fantastic services proved by Benitez. I was looking for the extra star to rate their services because of the follow up after completing the hard scraping and Landscaping to ensure everything is as we wanted. It was a very tough hardscaping assignment that was completed by Benitez on time and professionally. They brought our dreams to life. Would absolutely recommend Benitez
Benitez has done several projects for us over the past 6-7 years. They are timely, efficient, neat and do a great job.......but a bit pricey. Would I call them again......yes, absolutely.
Springtime cleanup of fallen leaves, branches, etc. and raking of flower beds and main lawn areas around the property, as well as applying mulch in the beds.

Benitez Landscape trimmed my 3 huge crepe myrtles. It was a lot of work and it took a long time. They worked diligently until done and cleaned up all the debris. The Myrtles bloomed beautifully after their trim. Great job!

We live in a very picky-about-landscaping community with an HOA that will cite you, which can lead to a Fine, for ANY small infraction. This HOA is absolutely, strictly, unerring in the Landscaping Perfection areas of the development. This is a good thing when you plan to live their forever AND to protect your property value. We had problems with former landscaper/seasonal grasscutters for several years. THEN, Benitez Landscape & Design became our go-to company, now I think of them as family that helps us not have to worry about receiving Warning Letters from our HO. Besides that, its so nice to know the people who help you and truly care about your lawns (they have a passion and knowledge for lawns equal to my passion for having a lovely exterior without worry and the work I can no longer undertake at age 66.) The Benitez team did a super job of trimming all our shrubs, mulching and providing a river rock drainage area in a particularly difficult and muddy area. I will definitely use them again!

Benitez Landscaping did excellent work on my lawn, were very professional, reliable and I will definitely use them again.
Saul has completed several projects on my lawn from a french drain between my house and my neighbors which has diverted torrents of water from heavy rains away from my house, to removing three large river birch trees, grinding the stumps and smoothing out the torn up area with sod. The results have been beautiful. My front yard was so overgrown with trees that you could barely see the house from the street. Now the yard is uncluttered and Saul has whipped my lawn into shape. I am very thankful to him and his fine crew for their diligence in creating a lawn I can now be proud of. I am so pleased with the work that they have done that I have cancelled my 2 other lawn contractors for mowing and fertilization so that Benitez Landscape will be overseeing those also. Saul and his team are very hardworking, polite and trustworthy. He is very conscientious and takes great pride in his work. I strongly recommend Benitez Landscape Design.

I am pleased by the quality service and product that Mr. Benitez and his team provided us. I contacted him in late May and said I needed a patio, back steps and pad for my grill installed before 4th of July weekend. There were many rain delays that put him behind schedule with all of his projects, yet he was able to complete my project, including he (Mr. Benitez) returned to review the projects and make adjustments to the design that I had not originally included! I have many complements on the look of the finished area from family and neighbors! Mr. Benetiz and his team are polite, courteous and totally professional and I will call on them in the future for assistance with professional landscaping projects!
