K.C. Metro Lawn and Snow in Lee's Summit

Order rocks to be delivered. Price was good but delivery was very poor. I ask them to be place in the single garage side of driveway. That’s what they had in the notes. My driveway is 25 feet long. Instead of dropping at end of drive way they decided to drop 3 ft from garage door. Driver never came to the door to ask here I wanted. Now I probably need to wait 3 days to get my car out of garage. Poor communication.

Scott and his team were very responsive! He came out and gave me a quote as soon as I reached out to him and was able to start my project within the week. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up my landscape beds, cut in and laid down fresh mulch. It looks great!

I bought 6 yards of pulverized dirt had it delivered quickly. The problem was I was expecting pulverized clean dirt that I could use in a vegetable garden and the rest for low spots in the yard, now it seems I am going to spend as much time taking the pulverized rocks, concrete and mulch out of the yard as I did putting it down but with the rains coming I needed to get it down the day it came. I don’t know about the rest of their products but I would not recommend the pulverized dirt. My next dirt purchase will be from Randy's Lakeview Nursery & Stone, at least I know if I get pulverized dirt from them it will be clean and they don’t charge delivery fee if you buy a certain amount. Worst $$$ I have ever spent on dirt, I can’t say enough how disappointed I was.

Top notch! We have a large business and transitioned from a different company that wasn't meeting our expectations, Scott listened to our concerns and now we are proud of how the property looks again. Excited for this winter to see our parking lot after they complete our snow plowing and salting! Highly recommend.

Poor company to work with. Very disorganized, we were invoiced months after work was completed, they made several mistakes and then tried to blame us for their mistakes. We are being charged another fee nearly a year after work was completed.
