Kyle and Janssen Lawn Service was great to work with. Kyle was very professional but also very personable. Aerated my yard and walked me through some tips and advice to get the most value and success out of the lawn care service he provided. The only person I'll trust to help me grow and maintain a better lawn!
I have been with Janssen Lawn Service now for 5 years! My lawn was in terrible shape and Janssen has turned it into a beautiful yard! I even get compliments from my neighbors about how thick and green my grass is. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are a family owned business and their professionalism and responsiveness are hands down the best!

Janssen Lawn Service has provided exceptional customer service and knowledge in maintaining my yard with their lawn care applications. I am beginning my third year with them and my lawn continues to stay weed free and a wonderful green, even though I do not have a sprinkler system to assist in the overall care. I highly recommend them, especially against other competitors, and those DIY'ers that think they can do it themselves (such as myself for 18 years). I've tried everything from Grass Pad's 5-step program to using a couple of different lawn service companies. My lawn never looked as good as it has since Janssen took over (and it's not even close). Kyle and his team are professional and always willing to answer my questions. I recommend Janssen to anyone wanting to improve the look of their yard!
I would highly recommend Janssen Lawn Service for your lawn care needs. I have use Kyle for many years for lawn mowing service and switched my lawn fertilizer care two years ago and I am glad I did. My lawn has never looked better. Kyle and his crew are all very courteous and always attend to any special request that I may have.
Janssen Lawn does a great job with chemical applications and maintaining the lawn. I've hired several of the big lawn companies over the years and none of them have offered the same service and value that I get from Janssen. Kyle and his family are the epitome of what a home grown business is all about. Its all about customer service. The only thing I have ever asked is for them to call me before they come out so if I need to cut the grass I do before they to the application. Without fail that has always happened. The other story about Janssen I would like to mention is that one time they came out and did their thing. Weeks went by and I never received a bill. So I called Kyle and he told me that the application process was on them and I didnt owe them anything. In other words it was FREE. What business does that? As for my lawn, it looks great. Now if I could only get me neighbors to do the same!

These guys are amazing. I have cameras around my home and when they came and did service, the guy actually moved our extra large trampoline in the backyard so he could treat under it. I would have expected them just to work around it. The lawn looks amazing and they go above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended!
Great service. Love that I get reminder texts to keep my pups in before they come. Staying with them going into the 2 year of using them. Never any issues. Made such a huge difference for my lawn !

I have used Kyle and his crew for over a year and I couldnt be more happy with their service! They are affordable, professional, dependable and they go the extra mile! Between the trampoline, basketballs and even flamingos, they always move things and then put them right back in place. I would highly recommend them!
I would love to have given a higher rating for service, because the work was exceptional. However the customer service practices are not. After being unable to resolve the issues with them on our own we reached out to the BBB. It was not resolved there either. While I wish them the best with their business they have lost me as a customer and I sincerely hope that they resolve the issues I was having with them for future customers.

Friendly, consistent service. Janssen mows and treats our lawn for weeds and our yard has been worry free in good condition ever since. They notify you when they treat the lawn and provide directions for watering needs. Janssen texts if mowing day changes due to weather. Multiple people mow, trim and remove debris at one time and finish quickly.
