Not professional. I got an estimate from them about three months ago. He was nice to me at that time. That was it! They keep ignoring my calls. I've wasted essential summer time for my lawn to wait their answers.

I was recommended this company by a neighbor of ours this past spring…. We hired them to take care of our lawn as we spent like 3 years trying to fix it ourselves and have failed 😞!! This family owned lawn service is amazing! We have saw results just in less than a year!! We just had it aerated last week and already have grass growing in our spots that are brown!! I have followed all directions given to me by them and it truly works. Hands down would recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care!!! They are the scientists of lawn, fertilizers and ph balance!! You all Rock 🤩

Although I live too far (in Paxtonia area) to access the exceptional services of this fine family company, I have seen the results of their workmanship and pride in quality. Even as I spoke to them on the phone, I could tell this was a company with high ideals and service standards. If you live in the Lebanon and surrounding area, call GrassRoots first and forget the rest!

Requested estimate a month ago on mulching and fertilizing . After two requests I got a reply from Josh and he said they would come out. They never showed up!

I just moved into our new home in April and was so disappointed in the condition the contractor left my lawn. The set was that disgusting 🤢 contractor grade seed. I complained about the incompetent landscaper who had the audacity to tell me it is what it is and it will take a few years to look good, especially when they removed the topsoil and left me with clay. While visiting a neighbor, I could not help to notice their lawn was a carpet of green velvet. I asked how did they get a luscious lawn in such a short time and he commented “GRASSROOTS” and he explained it was his lawn service. I immediately called and spoke to one of the nicest and most honest professional businessman I ever met. He came next day and recommended to apply a soil fertilizer and in the fall aerate, overseer and apply compost. Go to their Facebook page to see the pictures of my lawn before he aerated, over seeded and composted my lawn late September and the after pictures taken a week ago, nothing short of amazing. I cannot express how impressed I am with their integrity, honesty and the competence level is so high because they are passionate about their business and what they do. He will continue overseeing my lawn, in spite of me having an HOA who really mows the lawn. I now have my neighbor also using their service.

They are doing my lawn care very happy with their service so far.
