Edit: We have had the worst time with this company since our initial experience with them, and Im sad to say I can no longer recommend them. They turned out to be just like all the other landscaping companies weve worked with. They took our money and left us high and dry when we had issues with the work. They refused to respond to me, and would not answer my calls. When my husband called with a different number, they answered right away, but when they learned who he was, they ghosted him as well. It would stand to reason that we did something wrong to make them treat us like that, but I cannot imagine what it would be. I made them hand-written cards of thanks and treated them to cookies when they completed the project. I quickly left a glowing review to help boost their business. I gave them ample time to respond to my concerns and was very understanding and patient when they continued to make excuses initially before ghosting me. I really dont know what went wrong, and if I was at fault for something, I will own up to my mistakes, but they havent communicated with me, so I dont know what happened. We have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix what went wrong, and it makes me upset that a lot of the money we invested initially was wasted. All 3 trees they installed died. Our irrigation system has had problems and the company who came to fix it wanted multiple hundreds of dollars because all the sprinkler heads were not right for the space. The ground is not level so its impossible to mow without scalping. They planted grass right on top of a giant rock in the yard with the promise that it would still grow. It didnt. Our flowerbeds are overgrown with weeds and grass because they just mulched on top of the existing grass. We cannot keep up with them. Its a big problem and weve spent thousands trying to rectify the situation and rip out the weed guard and ground cover that was just making things worse. Our yard floods when it rains because they covered the drain when they rerouted the downspouts to allegedly fix that problem. I really hate to speak ill of others and want businesses to be successful. Im the first one to recommend businesses that Ive been pleased with. Im pretty forgiving with mishaps and mistakes. However, I do want to warn others before using this company that if there are problems, theres a possibility that they might ignore you and not take responsibility for fixing them. Thats an immature and cowardly way of handling business and Im disappointed. I tried to handle this privately without leaving a bad review, but when they wont talk to me, I have no other choice. I truly hope if you use this company, youll have a better experience than me.

Love for Lawns did a fantastic job turning our backyard from overgrown weeds and winter loss to an awesome A Plus yard that included new lawn, rockwork around the edges and artificial turf where sod is impossible to grow and maintain. Poor service, we had to literally chase them for scheduling. No response on phone or message. High prices and the plants were also subpar, one of them came with disease and they denied any responsibility for it. They did a good job with turf installation but overall for garden service I Would not recommend to anyone. Highly disappointed.

If I had any questions about the process or needed to communicate changes, I had a response the same day, if not the same hour. The quality of work was great! Love For Lawns were an incredible company to work with! From the very beginning, they handled everything with a level of professionalism I have never experienced with landscaping or trade companies before! They helped us plan our landscaping project with diagrams and plans. They gave us ample plant selections to choose from along with their expert recommendations. Their entire team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They worked long hours, and even made sure to completely clean up the job site at the end of every day! My neighbors even commented how impressed they were with their work and the cleanliness of the area at the end of each work day. Ultimately the work speaks for itself, but they were able to manage xeriscaping, providing plant and trees, installing all new landscaping, amazing stone work, awesome woodworking for a custom lattice system for vining, a drainage audit and complete reconstruction using underground piping and catch basins, review and retrofit of existing irrigation system, planning and installing a custom landscape lighting system including adding new exterior electrical outlets. They handled everything from start to finish without telling me I needed to hire an electrician, or a sprinkler system guy, or anything third party, and the project came out amazing!!! I highly recommend working with Love For Lawns if youre considering any upgrades to your landscaping project, (big or small)! They took my crazy ideas and turned them into a reality in a better way than I couldve imagined! It was the best experience I could ask for from a landscaping company and then some!!!

Our experience with Love for Lawns was not pleasant. It started out good with lots for promises but did not deliver. The work took much longer than anticipated and was sloppy. When we reached out to Chris to complain about the patio, he became combative and threatened a lien on our property if we did not pay him. All we wanted was for him to come and take a look at the work on our patio he did not. His guys do work hard, and we appreciate that, but the work is very sloppy. In fact, they had to pick up all the stone on our patio and start again because it was nowhere near level and now we are left with what looks like a pile of rubble with mortar holding it together. We are so disappointed.

Would highly recommend this locally owned, family business. We had a our home landscaped for walkways and steps to the patio. Chris ensured we were happy at every step of the process. Helped us through the HOA review. Worked quickly, professionally, with care and competence. Highly recommend.

Love For Lawns came out and did a makeover of our landscaped areas; around trees, flowerbeds and bushy areas. They also laid down a new border I wanted and they made it work. There were a few issues I had with their service... The FIRST crew came out, installed the border and laid the mulch, however, they trampled newly planted plants, covered plants and branches with weed barrier and they blew old leaves and mulch back in the newly planted mulch.. I wasnt happy with this and contacted my coordinator, Greg. Greg was excellent and responsive with my issues and saw through the whole job to make sure it was finished. The first crew seemed to not know how to lay down the eco border I wanted and I needed to show them a bush fix for some of it. I gave 4 stars because Greg had another crew come out and fix these issues, one I appreciated.

Had a scheduled appointment then it got moved due to a family situation on their side, which was fine. However, no one showed up for the rescheduled appointment and so I sent an email. Email was answered days later. Update: reply below. Understandable - just wasnt communicated. But hope all is well with kids and staff health and wellness! Will update again soon.

My wife and I inherited a landscaping mess when we bought our new house. Charli was great with helping us pick the best plants to replace ones that had died. The crew was very friendly and did a great job with the install and trimming. The front and back yards look a thousand times better now. I highly recommend Love For Lawns.

Have used them three times. I was pleased with their service the first two times and referred them to others. This time I got 6 tomorrows before they actually came to do the work. It wasn t the fact that I had to wait, it was just poor communication.

Love for Lawns did an outstanding job on our landscaping overhaul. The designer, Greg, is a terrific collaborator. He took all of my many plant preferences into account. He understood the feel I was going for in our landscaping and beautifully translated that into his design. The on site work crew were, to a person, professional, positive, friendly and accommodating. Love for Lawns was recommended by a lawn restoration company when they couldn t save my grass from dying underneath two large heritage oaks in my front lawn. Gregory came out and provided the estimate, worked with me to decide on what we wanted done and our best options, and the crew came out and finished the work in less then a day. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism from start to finish!

Used this company for landscaping and irrigation install. Landscaping turned out good put the irrigation work was sloppy. Install took almost a month and they did not pick up the rocks initially which led to me ruining my lawn mower, sprinkler heads were set to high and constantly hit by the mower, and a year later I have had to have another company come out to reset the sprinkler heads lower and replace a couple valves that stopped working. Additionally, was told that they should of done a different layout with more zones as I am not getting proper coverage.

I was hopeful they were going to be professional and they were for the initial visit. Was told a quote would be over in about a week. Didnt hear back and followed up...was told another week. Never heard back again and now it has been a month. Very disappointed.

I am so happy , the work they did looks amazing. We had one little snafu with communication on start date, but they quickly rectified and ensured communication was proactive.

Firstly, I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for the completion of our gravel sidewalk. It was exactly what we wanted and better than we could imagine. I also wanted to give major kudos to your guys. They were very hard workers and we both were impressed with their attention to detail and the long hours they put in to get the work done. Especially during the hot day! They were also very polite and a general pleasure to have around. We have also received a lot of compliments on the walkway and will be sure to recommend you to anyone that asks.

We got a nice oak tree installed in January. The freeze seemed to have killed it. They are going to help us replace it !

Had high hopes for Love for Lawns given all the positive reviews. I called them and Austin came over in short order, looked at the job, got me an estimate in a reasonable time. Estimate was fair, Austin said they were 3 weeks out, so I signed up. They wanted 40% up front. I balk at this because its hard to hand over a bunch of $ to someone and hope they show up, but I paid it anyways. I was told Id get a receipt and get on the schedule. Nothing happened. I called them the next day and they emailed a receipt and told me theyd get back to me in 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went. Nothing. I called in week 7 and was told theyd be there tomorrow. Nothing. I reached out again in week 8, was told theyd try to be there. Nothing. In week 9 I requested a refund of my deposit. They did so. At no point did anyone ever reach out to me.

I had sod installed in my backyard recently. Though the project got delayed owing to some reasons, Love for Lawns was transparent and in constant touch. They got it done quickly and professionally. Charli and Chris were personally there to oversee the project. I would recommend them strongly. Positive

Very disappointing: paid deposit 2 months later, unable to complete order because supplier dons have supplies. But, we have someone else who can complete the job but it will cost you more money. Hmmmmph.

Charli and Chris are extremely professional! Their team began the landscaping incorrectly but had no problems removing the stones and brick to redesign the pattern: My front lawn is the BEST on the block (so far) . Also, their quotes are $500 less than the competitor and the work looks better!

Unfortunately Love for Lawns Landscaping didn t earn my business. They were scheduled to come out for an estimate last Friday (4/24) between 2-2:30. No one showed, no phone call, nothing. I followed up with the company via email to express my frustration and have yet to get any response from the company. It appears this company has great reviews, just not sure how?

We got good amazing experience with Love For Lawns Landscaping. They kept updating us when the sod got delayed. On the day of replacement, they came as promised and did good job. Once the sod replacement is done. They cleaned up all the stuff with the hose as well. Overall good value for the money. I highly recommend Love For Lawns Landscaping. The pathway and fire pit I had built today is awesome! These guys did a great job and knocked it out super fast! I will definitely be calling them again when I m ready to add more projects.

Love for Lawns put in 2 rock flower beds for me and repaired some erosion spots with additional soil and new sod. They also top-dressed the remainder of the back yard. The quality of work was great, and crews were very respectful of property and worked well to accommodate specific requests. They damaged a sprinkler line when driving in border stakes, but repaired it completely before leaving for the day. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up when the work was done. I would recommend Love to Lawns to my friends needing Landscaping work at a reasonable price.

My senior citizen mother who lives alone, hired Love For Lawns to install grass in her backyard in the Spring of 2018. The grass they installed was either dead or dying when they installed it. Not only did it NOT thrive, it ALL DIED. She now has NO grass in her backyard again. After charging her nearly $3000.00, she has to hire another landscaper to install sod.

Love for Lawns planted this grass in April of 2019. The grass they planted was either dead or dying when they planted it. We communicated this to them and they did absolutely nothing about it. We paid them $3000 and went without grass in our backyard until 2 weeks ago when we bought our own LIVE from a local grass dealer for $550 and planted it ourselves. We now have a beautiful backyard no thanks to Love For Lawns.
