Set up an appointment days in advance and had appointment between 10-12. Took off work to meet them for the work. By 12:30 called for an ETA as nobody had shown up. Was told that the installer was held up from a job from the day before. He let them know this morning he would be late and probably wouldnt make my appointment. They knew that morning, but never called me to let me know even though I took off work. I asked why they hadnt called me and she said the day wasnt over they would have called me eventually. As that is really helpful after I sit around and wait all day. They also tell you they begin charging you by the hour when they leave their office to come to your house. Not sure how anyone can track that time. You saying I was uncooperative because I dont want to pay $105 an hour to talk to you on the phone. I stated this when I made the appointment that I would prefer to have someone onsite that could quote me the prices and the landscaping prices. I said this upfront - you didnt show up and then call me uncooperative. Not a good way to run a business.

I cant say enough great things about D&L Landscaping! We hired them to completely clean out and revamp our flower beds and to install a pathway and fire pit area in our backyard. First, the Office Manager, Daisy, was very friendly and responsive when I had questions or when we needed to reschedule. Erasmo came over to check out the projects and give us an estimate. We werent 100% sure what we wanted the fire pit area to look like, but Erasmo has such a good eye. He gave us some great ideas for the positioning of the fire pit area and suggested some new plants to add to further beautify the area. The end result far exceeded our expectations! Our flower beds look great, too. Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Erasmo and his team at D&L Landscaping! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. We had them reroute and repair our irrigation system after installing a pool, as well as shape and landscape, lay sod, and install a concrete pad for future construction. They were so kind and communicative, even when we had to cancel multiple times due to a nightmare pool construction schedule. Daisy was great at keeping communication lines open and rescheduling our work multiple times....we really appreciated that! Erasmo and his entire team went above and beyond for us.....I would highly recommend D&L to anyone!

Didnt have the service I needed

I have used D&L Landscaping and Erasmos team several times for lawncare/landscaping and I am ALWAYS pleased with the job they do and their friendly services. Erasmo is an honest person and has talked me out of things that other companies have told me I needed. I definitely recommend them!

I reached out to D&L landscaping through their website. Within a few days they contacted me and asked if I would be available for an appointment on May 15th at 12:30. On the morning on the 15th I received an email asking if we could reschedule the appointment for 1:30. My husband and I had to do rearrange our schedule, but we agreed to the change the time. Well at 1:14 we received a phone call asking if we could change the appointment yet again. We declined.

They replaced my 30 gal live oak tree like complete professionals highly recommend their service and everything they have to offer!

Jose from D & L Landscaping showed up as promised and quickly assessed the situation on our broken Sprinkler System. He looked over the entire system and made a few quick adjustments and got our sprinkler system up and running. He showed us how he fixed the problem. He was very pleasant to deal with. Wed use D & L Landscaping again for future services if needed. The staff that answers the phones and sets appointment is very pleasant to deal with and very professional.

I recently built a home in Liberty Hill on a very raw and challenging lot which my builder left in a terrible mess. D&L did an excellent job trouble shooting with design and execution. Rick and Hector are incredibly hard working guys and did an awesome job creating an amazing xeriscape environment. Erasmo exceeded my expectations with labor, material and delivery. Im super happy with their work and we have more to do.

Called last week for a free quote, just had a pool put in and desperately need help with the back and front yard after all the construction. Daisy quickly responded by phone and email. Erasmo was on time for the appointment and was friendly, insightful and knowledgeable. He listened to my preferences and offered his input on plant selections. Within a few hours after our appointment, he had the proposal ready for review. He was very professional and personable. Waiting on one other quote, but I was very pleased and thankful with the turnaround time. Speaks volumes, compared to a few other places that never got back to me.

Erasmo and his team have exceeded my expectations in terms of promptness, efficiency, and transparency. This is my first Google review and I felt that recognition was needed here. I had delayed laying new sod for about a year because I was unable to find reasonable and timely estimates for St. Augustine grass. I emailed D&L landscaping and was seen that SAME week for an estimate (even when it was pouring rain here in Leander). Erasmo was extremely helpful providing recommendations and sent an estimate within 1 hour after leaving my house. He, along with his team, were here the next week (working with my schedule) ready to lay the sod. We also need 6 tree stumps removed and by far was the most reasonable quote. We also needed a new sprinkler system to replace our 20 year old existing one and Erasmo had it installed the same day. After said sprinkler system has suddenly stopped working (due to external wiring conditions from bad weather), I texted late in the afternoon and he was here the next morning troubleshooting. It doesn t sound like my experience is unique considering all the other positive reviews, but I do think it s worth sharing. Erasmo is not only kind, humble, and extremely knowledgeable, but you can tell that he truly cares about the quality of his work (which seems rare).
