Very pleased with new drive and landscaping carried out quickly, efficiently and with excellent quality. Had many highly complimentary comments from neighbours and passers by asking for information on who did the work and obviously looking for potential future projects of their own.
I used this company to install a block paved drive and erect a fence out back. A mixed review from me I'm afraid. Good points first: Clear cut pricing and was our cheapest quote Stuck to schedule and turned up promptly Gave us good advice on the type of blocks we needed as we have a heavy van and a large SUV Did a almost perfect job (see below) In general we are very pleased with the end result. It looks great and a nearby neighbour has had theirs done on the back of it. They bent over backwards to appease a difficult neighbour Less impressive: Without prior arrangement they wanted paying half in cash (who has four grand in cash lying about at a moments notice?) When I came back from the shops I found half the workforce chuffing cigarettes in my garage (which is part of my house). Of course they stopped when I pointed it out - but really in this day and age this shouldn't have needed to be point out The day after the work was finished I looked out to notice that the overnight rain had revealed that 5 darker blocks were in the light section and three lighter blocks were in the darker boarder. To be fair no-one (including me) had noticed the day before so I sent a message and the owner and his son came around to sort this out. Fortunately I had not at this point gotten together all of the cash and I very much thought that they might not have been so keen had I already fully paid. After they had gone I found that, instead of taking them away, they had dumped all the broken blocks they had taken up in my black bin. This was very disappointing - like all the bonhomie, "hail fellow, well met" attitude was out the window now. They also lost a bit of my down pipe and, although offering to return to fix it, didn't. Fortunately the excellent Adam at Warwick Guttering stepped up and fixed it free of charge.
I'm really happy with the maintenance work Robert and his team did on my patio and the new path looks fantastic. They are friendly, respectful of your property, and make sure you're satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend this company without any hesitation.!!!

Robert and his team redid my patio for me and installed a shed base in the corner of the garden. Really couldn't be happier with how the work turned out. The team were all friendly and professional and worked with an incredible efficiency. Very pleased, would definitely use again for future work.

Honestly can t recommend Rosendale Paving enough. The end result far exceeded our expectations and their eye for detail impressed me the most. The job was well organised and waste/materials were removed/delivered in such a way that it caused minimal disruption. Well what can I say remarkable is how I m going to start this review I spoke to rob at rosendale paving About getting a new drive way installed he came out the same day to view the work we had 2 quotes before rob came out and he was very competitive with he s price we went ahead with the quote and it was clear sailing from there he s done a fantastic job on our driveway we are even have rob and the team back to have our patio done very good job and lovely workmanship you couldn t ask for better I recommend rosendale paving to everyone thanks guys looking forward to see how my patio turns out now

I looked at 3 different quotes and all were in the same ballpark for our patio extension I just felt the Rosendale quote seemed more professional and I felt at ease with my decision and I was proven correct Rob and his team turned up when he said they would and completed the work in just one day the guys were great and treated my property with respect and worked hard in awful weather.cleaerd up all the mess and took it away even jetwashed areas that had become dirty due to the awful weather Would I recommend them ? Spoke to Rosendale and asked for a quote on the garden/landscaping they were there within the week, asked me what I was after took measurements and went over the details with me we came to and agreement and within the month they were working on the pathway/decking they started on a Monday and the team as efficient and organized they did a grand job over 3 days total (one day in the middle also for it to set) they cleaned up after themselves were all friendly and they all grafted All in all an amazing job by a cracking team Would definitely recommend Not expensive either considering the current cost of everything
