Excellent service, sorted us a great patio and pond for our new garden. They were very professional and did such high quality work, we will definitely go to them again next time we have a garden project.

Initially so impressed with this company as they gave us a good price and could complete the work in a shorter timescale than other companies. Unfortunately as time went on it was clear why they were so available and the price was less than others. We had the following issues: - Turned up sporadically to complete the work. Some days not at all, others just for an hour in the afternoon. It was as though our job was on the side and not a priority. - Once the job was nearly finished, except for some missing stones, we had to keep asking for them to bring the stones and return our key on multiple occasions before they did. - Within a couple of months the patio started wobbling. Took ages for them to come back and repair it and when they did, they didn’t speak to us and left the garden in an absolute state. - A year since the work, it is wobbly again and some of the slabs actually lift right off. We asked for them to either repair it again or give us the money to get someone else to do it. They said they will come back but haven’t. I really didn’t want to have to write a negative review and hoped they would put things right, but I’m fed up of waiting. I have a young daughter who will be wanting to use the garden in the summer and it’s just not safe for her. Really disappointed to have parted with thousands of pounds only to be left with a garden that needs to be done again. Would not recommend this company at all.

Pro-scape paved our patio. They were very friendly, professional and customer focused from the start. We felt very listened to and part of the design processes throughout. Pro-scape's work was to a really high standard and we are very happy with our new finished patio area. Would highly recommend.

Russell and the guys did a fantastic job putting in a 5x3m concrete base in our garden ready for a garden office. He managed to fit me in last minute and was at our house working away without fuss 3 days after the first contact I had with him. Once it was all done he even came out free of charge the next day to get rid of fresh cat paw prints that had been added overnight! Fantastic price for the quality and quantity of work done in a really short amount of time, absolutely will be going back to his team in the future for any other landscaping projects we might have. Russell and his team at Pro-scape Landscaping have been great at renovating my garden which now looks amazing. From the very start during the quotation phase, to right to the end, Russell was very enthusiastic and kept me updated on the work done. Any changes/questions I had during the time, he was happy to discuss them at any time. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Russell and his team anytime.

Five other companies came to look at my garden before Pro-Scape came along. All the others told me what I needed to do rather than listen to what I actually wanted. Russell was enthusiastic to take on what can only be described as a disaster garden and turn it into something lovely. He was conscious of waste and re-using materials where possible which was great. For anything new he gave a range of product alternatives at different prices etc until we settled on the one that suited best. I now most definitely have a wow factor garden that is a delight to be in! I'd absolutely recommend Russel and his guys. Money well spent!

We had Pro-Scape into completely change our back garden from a new build throw down of soggy turf to artificial grass, small deck area. From the initial quote to the completion of the job Russell kept us up to date with everything. As always with these type of jobs things changed as it went along so we had to have the lawn area lifted and Russ again made sure we knew why it was needed and what would change but always left decisions up to us (we did have things lifted) the guys also lifted the deck area and bike store to match, something he sorted, none of us discussed this but he knew it would make everything more aesthetic for our garden and "threw it in" Already had the guys back to sort the drive out for getting rid of the drive edges and replacing cr** plant area with stones, same quality of work again. Double membraned the area for weed protection and meticulous in sorting the job and as a bonus went a checked everything in the back garden and has said they'll pop back in the spring to make sure the lawn etc are still top quality! VERY highly recommended
