They don’t respect boundaries that we spoke about over the phone, I take pride in tending to my own lawn. His guys continuously edge pass the boundary in that god awful angle and cut way over that established boundary. My neighbors depend on them for snow removal but I have had to help them several times, since they will not show up for days. They even defaced the front of their garage with their snowplow and did not even call/walk up to them to let them know what happened. Consider using someone else that treats their customers with loyalty and integrity while respecting other’s boundaries.

Great lawn service will do anything you need my friends used this service and they lawn look better than ever and the trees great over all service🙏

We moved here a year ago and our lawn was pathetic and embarrassing. It had more weeds than grass. We called New Horizon and they gave us a very reasonable estimate and started their service right away. In just that year our lawn has not only improved but looks so amazing! It truly is from all the treatments and help they have done. Highly recommend!

No show for scheduled aeration and seeding and won't return messages. Extremely unprofessional.

Rick is great to work with. He set up a program for us based on what we were looking for and didn’t just push us into a cookie cutter program. Very personable and cares about providing the best service. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Contacted via HomeAdvisor and set up an appointment for Travis to come and give an estimate on the job. We agreed on a quote and he stated he would start job the next week, lots of rain so I communication open on when job would be started. Finally got a text saying Rick the opener wanted to stop bye. He stopped bye June 1st and took measurements very nice guy said he would figure up an estimate. I figured I'd give a couple days and I finally on June 6th asked if he had an estimate figured. Here it is June 23 and have yet gotten a response from Rick. He hasn't even responded to say job wasn't for him.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and extremely rude not even to give response and I got this company from HomeAdvisor..
