Had my ups and downs with them, but all in all they are ready and easy to work with.

Called and scheduled aerating. Pre paid to have it done. Told me they would come the following Friday. I mow my lawn and leave my gates open and they never showed. Rescheduled again and they were supposed to come today. Again I mow my lawn and leave my gates open based around them coming. I then get a text saying they re machine broke and they will have to reschedule. So I wasted a lot of my time prepping for this twice plus prepaid 150.00 all for me to find someone else to come and do it. Not to mention the first time they were sure eager for me to pre pay and then don t follow through with putting me on the schedule for the day I was told. I won t be trying to use them again. And I still havent received my re-fund.(I would think the person who responded to my review would check that before saying I was refunded) I have called twice to see about it and both times was told just give it a day or so and it should show up. Well, a week later and still nothing so I guess I have to waste more of my time making sure someone is actually doing what they told me they would do. Latest update: after being told multiple times my to just keep checking my account and the refund will hit tomorrow.. well, I am still waiting. Now they tell me they need to mail me a check and that usually takes 4-5 weeks. How ridiculous. I wonder if the check is coming by horse and buggy? By the way I found another company to come when they said they would and they charged me $45.00 vs the $150 I paid for this awesome service. Only good thing i can say is the lady i finally talked to that seemed like she actually new what was going on there. Too bad they dont have 10 of her.

Albert, The technician, was polite, knowledgeable, considerate of our property and very efficient.

We ve used them for four years and had no issues until recently. They ve always texted us in advance before coming and treating our lawn but did not do so this time. We told them we did not want the service anymore and they should have communicated with us as they normally do but they refused to do anything about it and refund the payment. Because of this, we will be finding a new company to work with moving forward and they will lose out on hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

The first time they sprayed my house, it was good. They did the inside and outside and told me what to expect with the spray. The second time, the tech showed up completely unannounced at 7am, let themselves into my backyard without my permission and sprayed only the outside. I have dogs and if they had been outside they could have either attacked this person or gotten out. When I contacted the company (I talked to Nichole) about my concerns it was ignored that they had come into my backyard without permission. They only apologized for not letting me know they were coming. As if doing me a favor they said they would set up automated texts to let me know when they planned to come and that I could reschedule from there (this should have happened in the first place). As mentioned, my complaint about coming into my yard without warning was ignored by the person I talked to, so I had to bring it up again and they continued to not address my disasifaction with how they handled things. They just tried to hurry me off by scheduling the follow up for spraying inside as if that was the only issue. It wasnt. Also when I brought up not spraying inside the response was well your account isnt noted for that, which leads me to believe they dont keep very good records since that what I discussed with both the person who set up my account and the first person who came and sprayed. I wouldnt recommend using this company as the customer service is non-existent when you reach out to them if theres a problem.

So grateful Stewarts Pest Control killed all the cockroaches, so the house can sell.

Stewarts Pest is a great company to spray for bugs and spray for weeds. Weve used them for many years and are very pleased with their service.
