Prior to Jonathon I had 2 other Specialists, which did not complete the job. Jonathon fertilized my backyard, which had not been taking care off during prior visits from previous associates. Unfortunately, it was raining all morning, but Jonathon ensured me that someone would be out to take care of the weed invasion out back. Used them for 2 years, my front yard went from healthy to over half dead. My back yard, now has a large crab grass problem. And they cost so much for so little results.

EDIT: Even after being assured I would be left alone, no more flyers, pamphlets, phone calls etc, they still willfully disregard no solicitation signs on my front door. This company is beyond parasites that will not stop harassing you to use their services. Under no circumstances will I recommend this company to anyone and HIGHLY recommend everyone to stay away from them. Even if you don t complete and submit for information, they will reach out to you for everything. I am beyond sick and tired of dealing with them. I don t know what it takes for you to leave me alone, stay away from my property, stop calling me. This is treatment akin to harassment and I simply want to be left alone by this God forsaken company. Previous: Terrible customer service. I canceled my account with them over a year ago, but keep getting hounded by people coming to my door. I called today and was transferred to customer service but was then unable to speak to anyone. These guys won t leave you alone and will pester you endlessly. They will willingly ignore no solicitation signs as well. This company is worse than parasites.

Jonathan was very professional and did a great job applying the treatments to my yard. He fully explained what he was going to do and how to care for the treatment and what to expect.

My wife called these guys before she knew I had coordinated with KC Lawns and now they show up every day. They did this last year as well. KC Lawns showed up to spray my lawn, then 10-20 minutes after they leave this company pops up trying to steal KCs customers. (You can clearly see the yard was just sprayed green, not to mention the guy was in a standard unequipped white Tacoma just following KC around.) Its poor business etiquette, if you ask me. These guys are trying to lock you into a contract for their business. KC has been very affordable and reasonable. Not a fan of them doing business the way Ive seen them do business.

I called to get a quote. I received 2 text messages the first day after getting a quote with a guy on the phone. I told him I wanted to check out other companies before making a decision. The next day I received FIVE phone calls in one day. On the last call I made it very clear they had lost my business because they were harassing me. The guy said I needed to call management for them to stop. They then sent a guy to my house. Had yall been patient and waited on me when I was ready you would have had my business. I should have looked at the reviews because it seems as if that is how you treat a lot of people. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR A QUOTE!!

The guy that came out looked at my yard and told me what was wrong. He let me know he would take care of it and he did a great job on my yard.

I noticed that Johnathan was very careful to spray the product at the edges, next to sidewalks. He was also very thorough in applying pre-emerge to every square inch. He fully explained his plan and his process before he started. If the variety of Spurge never reappears he will have been successful.

Our TruGreen specialists, Michael, performed our lawn service this morning. Im very happy to say that Michael was very professional, polite, and did a great job. Excellent service with great results

Derrick has done our lawn care for well over a year and our lawn looks the amazing! Derrick is smart and knows so much about the system and how it works. Any question I ve asked, he was able to answer.

Johnathan always does a thorough job and ensures he speaks with me before and after treatment.

This was very easy to setup. Messages were sent telling me when they d get here. It was very accurate, with updates. The men were very nice and professional. My almost one acre was treated in 15 minutes or so. Now, we wait to see how effective it is at preventing weeds.

Weed control program works great, just wish they would use a dye marker to give home owner a sense of confidence that all areas were covered.

They do excellent service but I canceled my service a year ago when I retired from the military. Yesterday my yard was serviced while I was at work without my consent and I didn t even receive notification like I did when I used to re service and my bank account was charged which has caused me a financial hardship for this pay period so now I am beyond angry and when I called to try to correct this all they wanted to do was sell me a discounted service after I told them my financial situation has changed and I cannot afford their service anymore

Been with trugreen over 28 plus years, Ive had good service their technicians are very helpful and professional.

We have just started using this service and so far I am not very pleased. We have had to call them back every 2 weeks for another spot spray for weeds. I guess they will spot spray all summer! Courtney H sprayed our yard today and he took the job seriously and looked to make sure each and every weed was sprayed but I have no doubt more will come. I do not understand why they did not use a yard treatment at the beginning of our service to cover all the weeds! In a word, we are not to pleased with the overall service. They do however come and spray again each time we call so I do give them credit for that!

London is very knowledgeable in what chemicals to use on different grasses, and informative. They both did a great job.

TruGreen is a company when they first start out will get your grass super green, but when the weeds continually come back year after year after year, I hear the same story were working on it. They came out today and again did not discuss or put it on the report that they hang on your door so Im going to have to call again and find out why not.

These guys are amateurs; the person was rude and the lawn got progressively worse ... the help line doesnt help and I already paid for six treatments, none of which I have confidence that will work ... avoid at all costs!

I am a retired Army veteran of 20+ years & over 65 yrs old. I used this company to treat our lawn front & back for weeds, they text us the day before to alert us that they will be treating our lawn the next day however they have on several occasions pulled up in front of my house sit in the truck for a couple of minutes and drive away without treating my lawn. This has happen several times. I called the office and the reply was a 20% discount and they will try to fit us in later in the week. This is subpar service, the fact that this has happened to me more than a couple of times tells me this is a poorly supervised company, I don t recommend this Lawton Ok, branch to anyone

Since signing up for a weed control service, and paying for a year in advance, my lawn has never looked so bad. I just came in from the front yard and I have dandelions, crabgrass, various types of clover and other weeds. There are patches where there is no grass. I have received texts, emails and phone calls to the point that I would suggest spending less time communicating and more time treating the lawn. I received a text 2 days ago notifying me the treatment had been completed FOUR MINUTES after the one notifying me the technician had arrived. This was a total waste of over $300.

Tech pulled up, couldn t get in my yard even though I was told the tech would know where the key was. Ok, I get it if he wasn t told, no big deal but I left a note with my phone number in case he had questions. He didn t call but it gets better(worse) he actually said he did the work. He was there a total of 3 minutes. Put a fancy looking report on my door of everything he did. Ask me how I know he didn t do anything ,he was caught on camera defrauding me. I ll visit the office in the morning, if I m not satisfied after that, my next stop will be the courthouse to file a lawsuit.

After more than three years I have had enough of the yard ghosting, not doing the complete job, tried repeatedly to get a hold of a supervisor, and the weeds keep popping up after they spray quality. Done done done, I have to leave my job to make sure they do their job, and that s not the way business is to be conducted. True Green you are fired!

This place is a scam. The lead is going around to clients properties and putting bag worms in their yards.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start we are al busy with jobs and specifically asked that we get heads up for appointments to make sure someone is there and can let them in. Scheduling was a nightmare every time. These guys have come and treated the yard per their reports and invoice. They all said he did all the work in like 4 min which is impossible. NONE OF IT WAS EVEN DONE. We made sure someone was home to let them in the back yard and ask questions since they were supposed to tell us information. Ya, they never even tried and somehow still got in the gate to the backyard which is completely inappropriate. They keep running the card for the charges for services never completed. These guys in Lawton are a complete scam. Multiple reviews with the same problems and multiple technicians... they know this is happening and wont do anything about it. We called to cancel and get refunds. The corporate guy on the phone was nice and said they would refund us the money... we will see if it actually happens.

This has been a horrible, horrible experience and investment. On top of paying for services that are not being performed, when I ve called to figure out what s going on, the customer service person just tells me the service has been completed or says they ll just send them back out again. I ll be canceling my contract with them tomorrow. How they are still in business around here is beyond my comprehension, because after reading the reviews (I wish I read them before purchasing) apparently I m not the only one this is happening to. SCAM!!

I have been a customer of TruGreen for 30 plus years and have always received high quality service. The technicians were very professional, and if I had a problem, I would make a call and someone would be back out within a couple of days. From their lawn services my friends say that my lawns feel like walking on carpets. I am a very satisfied customer.

When we first had them coming out they did a good job. And then all of a sudden not so much. They didnt spray all of our yard that we paid them to do. And only did a so so job on the front yard. Had to call more then once to have them FIX the job. Today we called and canceled our service with them. If I could give zero to them I would.

Their representative came to our house and offered an estimate. Unfortunately I lost her phone number so a week later I called the company and asked for another estimate. Gentleman I spoke with said I will not be able to call back and talk to him again so we agreed he will call me back in about half an hour so we will just decide with my husband about payments options. He never called me back so they just lost one customer. I didnt know they dont care about new customers. Dont recommend.

I received a letter with a coupon for 50% off first treatment and we were told that a Tru-Green employee would be calling in 48 hours to set up an appointment. That never happened. I went on line and filled out the request for a quote. The Tru-Green employee that called wasn t able to give us a quote, but Brandon with Tru-Green called and we settled on Tru-Green spraying 22,000 feet of our 2 1/2 acres. We were told that Tru-Green would be out today, April 19th between 8 and noon. After a while we received a text saying Tru-Green would be out today, April 19th between 1 and 6 p.m. The Tru-Green employee showed up at 4 with a back pack amount of spray for 22,000 feet! My husband told him that we were to have 22,000 feet sprayed, the employee looked at the order sitting right there in our drive and the ORDER READ 22,000 feet, yet the employee showed up with a back pack to spray with, when he actually needed a machine to disperse the chemicals. I can only imagine how the employee must have felt to show up with a back pack amount to spray 22,000 feet AS THE ORDER HE READ SAID 22,000 feet. I m not sure what it takes to get Tru-Green to actually show up with the amount of chemicals needed to spray 22,000 feet with. I would not recommend this company, totally frustrated.

I ve had an awful experience with Trugreen lately. I do not recommend their pest service.

Unreliable, we had two separate appointments to spray, no one showed up and no one called. After calling the company for an explanation we found out that neither appointments were scheduled on their end. Not sure how they stay in business.

Contacted company 3 times in a 10 day period to resolve an issue with absolutely no response back. The issue has been resolved by me. I canceled my service and will not use them again.

Have been trying to get a refund since March 21 when service contract was terminated due to my fathers death. Here it is Sept and Im still trying to get the reimbursement. Have filed a complaint with the Lawton BBB, contacted an attorney regarding next steps and filed a complaint with corporate headquarters.

They called to solicit me on the phone. I explained I was moving and the caller gave some smart comment and then hung up on me.

TruGreen ignores my no soliciting sign on my door and manages to leave my flyers anyway. NO SOLICITING MEANS NO SOLICITING. What if I am out of town? How about we dont announce that to my neighborhood. Not cool.

Did an online quote for lawn care, even after telling these guys I m not interested they still call multiple times a day. They also text multiple times a day. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Trugreen supposedly came out and sprayed lawn for weeds about 5 or 6 weeks ago. Nieghbor was out when they came and tild us they never sprayed the south side at all. Waited 2 weeks and notified them nothing was happening. About 2 weeks after that they said they came and looked at yard. One week later we were told they came and sprayed. I was home and didnt see them. They couldnt have gotten in back yard without a key. Wont let me post pics. But i have a trygreen sign in my yard with a big black X and wrote dont bother.

Very professional group who have been providing superior services to our lawns for years and the lawns maintain their verdant foliage through the growing season. I am pleased with their staff who will give a courtesy call when their next service is due and they always leave a written summary of the work performed with notes and suggestions for healthy maintenance.

Tru green has been great compared to perm o green. I had perm o green for a couple of years and my lawn never really improved. It always had weeds and still looked like hay. I cancelled for many years and then decided to try tru green. Within the first year, the weeds really started to go away and the grass started to change and become greener. Now that Ive had them for a few years, my neighbors literally compliment my yard (used to never say nice things). The weeds are pretty much non- existent and the color is much darker than my neighbors yard (they use perm o green btw). Its a distinct line between our yards and very noticeable when you look from the street.

Never again ! Hired them a couple years ago, I was out of town at the time of the call. Agreed to front yard aeration only, they did my back yard, broke my fence in two places, their aerator must have been something from the 1800 s, as the roller sank 1/8 and that was it. Missed half the front yard and never touched the side by the driveway. For this I was charged $100.00. Their weed, killer killed my bermuda along with patches of weeds. My yard needed help, before, but now it is a wreck. Never use these people, I m sure they have good people, I know they didn t send their best to me. I cringe when I see them in my area.

My yard looks much better than it did; however , I still have weeds along my fence line and around patio. I have had service for a little over a year. I have requested my service be cancelled .

Made the mistake of paying upfront for the year. I was specific about the problem and what I wanted taken care of, and they Truegreen gave a great sales pitch, but now it seems my yard is worse off than when the service started. Yes the will come back, look at the problem and treat the area...they will also leave my gates open. The last treatment has really cause the crabgrass (the initial issuse I hired them to deal with) to grow, the more I water, the more weeds I have. I had better results going to Home Depot for the supplies and doing the yard myself.

Have them since 2016 , this is the last time. Had a nice green lawn, now it s yellow. Called & was told someone would come out to check my problem, twice no response. Not recommended by me.

Terrible management they will let you go for anything that isn t your fault

Most unprofessional and dishonest organization I have ever seen. They were told repeatedly not to provide service and they did it anyway. Sent a bill for services which were immediately disputed at the local office and now they turned it over to collections. Do not use these people for any lawn care needs.

Problem year-water restrictions Westford ... Timely service as well as help when needed. This year was a problem due to water restrictions but prior I have always been impressed with results from Trugreen services.

First off, I fired them back in December and they showed up at my house this morning 4/26 and fertilized my fescue lawn with 36-0-6. Not sure if they know this or not but youre not suppose to fertilize fescue after April 1 where I live. This is going to promote desease and fungus. Also, I had them do the aeration of my lawn last fall and it was such a amateur job that I had to go out and rent a machine and go over the areas that they missed. I kept a really nice looking lawn but hired them because I was getting tired of sourcing the products and doing the work. would not recommend.

I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the Tech. Fast application. He also told me if there were any problems let them know and they would redo it.

Its nice to have a green lawn among the brown ones in the neighborhood with out having to get down on my knees to pull the weeds. A comfort also to know that should weeds appear, a phone call to true green will rid me of any concerns.

Mitch, the technician, and Josh, the sales manager, provided a great customer experience. My yard looks outstanding - best in the neighborhood by far. I recommend TruGreen especially with the service that Mitch and Josh have demonstrated.

Was not home at the time of treatment. In the past most of the specialist have been courteous and professional. Demonstrate a good understanding of what they are applying to the lawn and why.

Im not sure Im talking about the same trugreen you people are. They came out, applied fertilizer on my yard, spilled about 10 lbs on the street, and left it there. I called about it, they assured me it would be taken care of that day. Never showed. Called again the next day, they ASSURED me it would be taken care of THAT DAY. Guess what happened. Nothing. Up until this point i was happy with their service, but i wont be lied to a third time by any service provider.

I always appreciate knowing in advance when my specialist will show up; and then having him call me up to 15 minutes before arrival--I can be ready for him. He is so quiet and thorough. I dont have to tell him anything about the yard, and he gets right to work. Sometimes the specialist is done before I even realize. They always knock on the door to make sure I know the work is finished, if I have any questions, and if I need anything else done, other than what I was expecting. I wasnt sure I would keep doing the lawn, but I appreciate having someone else helping with the maintenance--and since I live across from an empty field, this is even more wonderful. My yard looks great!! I get compliments all the time, and several of my neighbors are now using TruGreen service.
