We had Gray's take down an old fence and put up a new one, we were quoted a price and agreed to it. The day I was told they would be finished, I had the check for the full amount of the bill and paid the owner. A little while later I was told they ran out of nails and would have to come back. Basically, a month later, after trying to get a hold of the owner numerous times and him telling me they will be back, I am finishing the fence myself. I'm pretty sure that the weather proofing that was part of the bill we paid is not going to happen since communication with the owner has ceased to exist. Now I wish we would have paid the extra money to have it done by professionals. Live and learn!

Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable in jobs, and friendly customer service. We had tall trees in need of some love and unwanted bamboo growing in the middle of our yard. Gray’s tackled both jobs with no problem. Very pleased with the outcome!

I called Gray's for two huge oak trees in the front and side yard. They did a great job and even removed the stumps with the roots. The tree was ugly and the roots was causing the sidewalk to crack in places. So glad they were reasonable with price and friendly. Since then i have used them for other services as well!

We needed a tree removed and a few other trees cut back. Justin was very professional and got the job done. We will be using him again.
